Their TV service is actually better, their internet is I find to be about the same, and the price is right. But I apparently owe the $425 for service at a house that I’ve never been to. LOL
-
Stephen McGarrigle (@thespiritof72) reported from Saint John West, New BrunswickBecause we are loyal @Rogers customers (and trust me, that loyalty has been tested in recent months) and presumably in another attempt to apologize for the massive Canada-wide outage a few months ago, we've been gifted three months of Apple TV+.
-
rekounas (@rekounas) reported from Kingston, New Brunswick@Rogers please explain to me how I have roaming charges on days that you had your little incident and I had no way to contact anyone? -
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick@cc_pover @Apple I wouldn’t trust companies like @Xplornet or @BellAlliant or @Rogers etc. because I don’t wanna have to pay the extra charges 💰 for my iPhone 📱 @Xplornet1 but I would wait until I get my own 5G Service and keep getting new updates for my iPhone 📱 and I keep using @Twitter
-
Tanner Cheeseman (@tannercheeseman) reported from Saint John West, New BrunswickSwitched to @RogersHelps Ignite from @Bell last week. What a mistake! Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.
-
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New BrunswickBut the problem with 5GTechnology is that it comes at a huge price which means that @Bell and @Rogers Provider were definitely within their rights to restrict my 4G Internet Data so they don’t have to keep paying money 💰 for my Internet so I can get better service @RadioIP

Pietro Cammalleri (@PCAMMALL) reported1 of 2. @RogersHelps I'd like to discuss with an agent Rogers' poor execution today of the Rogers Yankee Offer. There's no way for a user to know to take a screenshot of the code or write it down first before tapping on the Rogers mobile in-app notification...
-
E. S. (@gewked) reported@CanadianNunya @RogersHelps @Rogers One of the reasons why I left Rogers 7 years ago. Was a customer for 19 years at the time.
-
Lindsay Brown (@Lidsville) reported@MarsellientEl @Rogers Doesn't come up as Rogers, but sometimes calls from service providers don't ID themselves either. -
Puck Scholar (@PuckScholar) reported@BenLypka @h_n_z @Rogers Why do you need a podcast approved by rogers? There are plenty of independent creators you could choose to support

Phil Mason (@Philo1000) reported@MacDoug1 So wow, just poor customer service! So what can you do against the collection agency?? Never again using @Rogers internet or mobile. Bad enough using satellite Although they have improved the picture quality.
-
Token 🏴☠️🖭 (@jnarai) reported@sameo416 @Rogers ******* gross of Rogers for trying to make the customer responsible for replacing equipment destroyed by a wildfire, the eqpt should be written-off by Rogers for all impacted. You're right, CRTC doesn't allow companies to charge a fee past when the service was accessible.
-
Tyler Higgs 🇨🇦🌻 (@UberJumper) reported@kennethdavid @Rogers It's so bad. 4 hours today on hold/calls with them. Had to dial in 3 times. I think I finally found someone that knows how to do this... but we'll see if he can move the shaw emails to the rogers account he just created.

When we called them on it, the charge was reversed with no apology and the automated message made it sound like they were doing us a favour. Time to jump ship @Rogers @RogersMediaPR
