Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

Was suggested I PAY for a tech to come out Sunday AM (in 3 days) even tho I told them 100s have no service it isn't just me. Supervisor refused to listen to logic.

My original ticket was closed as resolved w no notice but new streetwide ticket created. Still ongoing check outages page every hour and see projected completion extend 1 more hour. Solidarity
