@RogersHelps my wife can't call me and I can't call her. I get a message about the call can't be completed. What's the problem now?

  • rekounas
rekounas (@rekounas) reported from Kingston, New Brunswick

@Rogers please explain to me how I have roaming charges on days that you had your little incident and I had no way to contact anyone? Also, had roaming charges on phones that didn't have roaming data enabled. I would like to have that resolved!

@RogersHelps Are there known issues currently in Saint John NB regarding all TV programs currently lagging and very choppy images

  • tannercheeseman
Tanner Cheeseman (@tannercheeseman) reported from Saint John West, New Brunswick

Switched to @RogersHelps Ignite from @Bell last week. What a mistake! Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

  • tannercheeseman
Tanner Cheeseman (@tannercheeseman) reported from Quispamsis, New Brunswick

@jothone96 @RogersHelps Don’t do it. Their TV service is actually better, their internet is I find to be about the same, and the price is right. But I apparently owe the $425 for service at a house that I’ve never been to. LOL

Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick

@cc_pover @Apple I wouldn’t trust companies like @Xplornet or @BellAlliant or @Rogers etc. because I don’t wanna have to pay the extra charges 💰 for my iPhone 📱 @Xplornet1 but I would wait until I get my own 5G Service and keep getting new updates for my iPhone 📱 and I keep using @Twitter

  • SeanMor27198990
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick

But the problem with 5GTechnology is that it comes at a huge price which means that @Bell and @Rogers Provider were definitely within their rights to restrict my 4G Internet Data so they don’t have to keep paying money 💰 for my Internet so I can get better service @RadioIP

  • thespiritof72
Stephen McGarrigle (@thespiritof72) reported from Saint John West, New Brunswick

Because we are loyal @Rogers customers (and trust me, that loyalty has been tested in recent months) and presumably in another attempt to apologize for the massive Canada-wide outage a few months ago, we've been gifted three months of Apple TV+.

  • houseman_katie
Katie Houseman (@houseman_katie) reported from Saint John West, New Brunswick

@RogersHelps Internet gone! Is there a known issue right now in the Saint John Area? Have tried rebooting the modem and getting no where.

@MikeDelpieroX @RogersHelps @Rogers So I got disconnected (seems convenient) and called back. To get through, I called the new product line. Picked up right away. Of course they couldn’t handle my request so I’m back in the cue. 28 minutes. So 2 hours so far to get a resolution.

    Jared Hanson (@JrdHanson) reported

    @RogersHelps @reptoid27 Roger’s your service sucks

  • BrockWarkentin
    Brockus (@BrockWarkentin) reported

@mattsekeres @Rogers @CorusPR They don't see it, they never saw it & I am sure the unfortunate people being laid off some how accept their sacrifice for their more Enlighted Toronto comrades. The irony is Brian Mulroney's talk show is probably the last thing left that gives Corus any relevance.

  • briangm11
    BrianM (@briangm11) reported

@globeandmail Such a bad team this year. No better next year, either as all responsible are on long contracts and @Rogers is laughing all the way to the bank with 41,000 tickets sold for every game!

  • SharonMcKinno16
    Sharon McKinnon (@SharonMcKinno16) reported

@RogersHelps I've never experienced such poor service from Rogers until the past few months. I've called several times trying to resolve issues and get nothing but run around. I'm done. What a disrespectful way to treat your customers.

  • xuanyuanxiaohei
    Arbutus Running Fox (@xuanyuanxiaohei) reported

I called Rogers on June 22 to cancel my internet effective July 2. Rogers sent me a gateway return label on June 23 and confirmed receipt on July 13. On July 15, I was billed again and told there was no cancellation request on file. Always get written confirmation. @Rogers

  • jcgamache2001
    J.C. (@jcgamache2001) reported

@RogersHelps Now 1hr and 17min, was calling to activate a new Line, but now I'm waiting to cancel this other line.

  • Irene_NoKillTO

@RogersHelps Why can't your customer service staff provide that information. I specifically asked their manager for an alternative contact.

  • 522IntoOvertime
    Dragon Was Slayed (@522IntoOvertime) reported

@patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers Another example of why quasi monopolies are so bad for consumers... there's no accountability for ****** customer service, because there's no real alternative (try getting through to a human at Telus 🙄)

  • kian_zac
    Kian Zachary (@kian_zac) reported

@RogersHelps eSIM issue originally .. but switched to physical SIM at the store and still issues has not been fixed.
