  @Rogers Happy to discuss in a public forum instead of DM’s, I was assured someone would fix the internet on Tuesday and your support agent just hung up, for no reason…explain why I shouldn’t cancel 4 cell phones, 1 cable package, and 2 Internet packages?

  @RogersHelps Internet is down in Toronto area? Contacted Rogers chat and got automated replies asking me to unplug and replug the modem. Thanks for that surprising and insightful help that clearly I didn't try already. Then I got no help afterwards. Can I get some help?

  @RogersHelps @Rogers never use Rogers services, the customer support is the absolute worst, 6 days with no internet or tv and countless lies about when it will get fixed, also 6 hours of talking on the phone to people that don’t care #cancelrogers

  @Rogers @RogersHelps Guess it’s time to cancel my scheduled install for April 1st at my new house. No response on Twitter, no response or action on the phone, Rogers guaranteed it would be fixed by Tuesday then Wednesday #cancelrogers
