@RogersHelps So when I went in to your corporate store I couldn’t get a sim card because the name on my account didn’t match perfectly. Trish is a shortform of Patricia. The agent at the store told me she put in a ticket which will take 24 to 48 hours to process. No cell service since Tues

@RogersHelps There was nothing on the website other than the time it went down - which was completely inaccurate too. That's the point I am trying to make to drive home. Your customer "service" is terrible.

Once i decide to end this frustrating relationship with @Rogers my number will suddenly become visible to me with all manner of offers to come back. I’m frustrated. I can’t keep giving my organization excuse that my home internet is not working.

@RogersHelps @towerguymatt Why? YOU should know when YOUR service is down. It should NOT be on the customer to notify YOU about YOUR OWN BUSINESS!!! The level of laziness within this industry is embarrassing to the human race.

@RogersHelps But I am still deprived of service I pay for with no remuneration , underground lines eliminate the breakages

@Rogers wifi at home has not been working since yesterday. Mobile data is super glitchy today. After trying to contact your support forever we were finally told someone can help by Tuesday! Are you for real? Do not have the audacity to send us the full bill!

@Rogers My internet has been out for almost 2 hours. Are there any issues in the Eglinton and Hurontario area?

@RogersHelps I understand how that may work for just making calls. But if my boyfriend or friends only receive texts via SMS or RCS, but I have no service to text them, how would me using wifi work? Because I’ve tried and it doesn’t send the texts

@Rogers Hey Rogers, you put incorrect roaming charge on my account when in fact I am not traveling to U.S. - I CALLED THREE TIMES NOW - every time your agent authenticate me and instead of correcting the bill - DROP THE CALL?! WTF is going on?!

@RogersHelps I don’t know. I saw there were service interruptions in my area yesterday. How do I get compensation for lost services when I needed it the most?
