    @RogersHelps @Rogers u lost a long time customer 2day. As a frontline CYC worker n a parent, the least u could have done is inform us of wht u are dealing with so we can make necessary arrangements. Almost 12 hrs in n I am just as clueless as I was when I woke up @6am

    @RogersHelps This is insane that you can’t fix this quickly!! How many employees do you have?!? And updates every few hours. Give us more info. Not excited for voicemails from my boss (if they will even show up!)

    @RogersHelps intermittent my *** I haven't had service since 5am. Been on hold with @rogers for 3 hours for the thrird time now lets see if they hangup on my for a 3rd time. Work customer service ever

    @RogersHelps Terrible customer service. This service outage is absolutely ridiculous and we are paying $130 a month for this? I’ve sent two DMs since this morning and just want some form of compensation and customer service. I guess that’s too much to ask.
