    @RogersHelps This could have happened to any company. Technology can have hiccups. I had calls to do, couldn’t text, no wifi. The main thing is that tech workers are fixing the issues.

    @sadlon11 @RogersHelps @Rogers I do agree that going this long without updates and knowing what’s going on can frustrating. But the way I see it is that there’s really not much I can do about it but let them work and fix it. Still think a months credit for one day of no service is a little much, no?

    @xHarveyKiddx @RogersHelps @Rogers Typically I haven't had any issues with Roger's before, I've never really liked their customer service and it's always a royal pain when you have to deal with them, however I cannot recall a time where Roger's has had an outtage like this for this long with barely updating
