    @rogershelps is there an outage in the Greely area? I have restarted the router a couple of times and still no Internet. Internet has been down for about an hour.

    Hey @RogersHelps Do you guys pride yourselves on garbage customer service or do you just have no standards whatsoever? How many times do I need to call to get my issue resolved before I take it to Social Media? Please take a look into the issue with my billing and fix it.

    @Trubador11 @Rogers @YMCAGTA Well I’m hoping they have the intention to help minorities who could use sone extra help but the wording doesn’t sit well with me. This is because my minority white immigrant parents were given the choice to work or starve.
