@Rogers I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 20 years & I pay $450/mth & yet I’m not able to get a new phone for my son w/o my bill going up $30+ a month? And then to be told that there was a promotion but it expired last week? Is this how you treat loyal, paying customers?

@RogersHelps half the city I have no 5g. The other half it’s unreliable / slower than 4g. So much for Canada’s best 5g network #rogers regretting joining this awful network #toronto #thanksfornothing
