    @Rogers Invest in your Internet and Ignite delivery infrastructure. Maybe do your own service calls instead of contracting others to waste our time not fixing anything.

    @RogersHelps my internet is not working properly since Friday! I got a SMS to book a visit in the chat and after 2h waiting I was informed there's an outage so the visit can't be booked. Now I was informed the issue was fixed just to go back to the chat and read there's an outage

    @Rogers @RogersHelps this is the 3rd time y'all have had service interruption in less than a month. What the hell. People rely on the internet now more than ever given everything runs on data. This is unacceptable coming from the biggest monopolized service in Canada
