@RogersHelps Yes I’m currently with Fido. I have been with Rogers/Fido for 15 years now between the 2 and incredibly disappointed with the rates and data issues I’ve been fighting for years

I swear every time I try to login to my Rogers it is down for “improvements” yet it never improves. Easily the most frustrating company to deal with. Fix your shit @Rogers

One more scam by @Rogers I have the Rogers Device Protection, my iPhone has a cracked screen on the back. They sent their protection to a 3rd party who say it’s either $300 to replace or $100 to fix, taking one week. What a scam. I’m going to upgrade to the 11. Not Rogers.

@RogersHelps You lost a customer who wanted to upgrade, hand you more money and stay with you 24 months.

@RogersHelps Thanks for making it an easy decision to cancel my wireless service and switch to another provider. Making it impossible to upgrade my device online was the clincher. Can't stand the infinite loop of error messages. I'm out.

It would be great if @Rogers would honor, and encourage their marketing partners to also honor, customer requests to be put on the do not call list. Multiple calls per week is bordering on harassment, a complaint has been made with the CRTC.

25+years battling the encumbant telephone companies as Call Net / Sprint / Rogers (MetroNet /AT&T /Allstream) never thought I'd see a Bell truck in my driveway. Good job @Rogers

Hey @RogersBiz you have got to have without a doubt the absolute worst service of any company I’ve ever tried to deal with, you should be ashamed how bad it is.
