    Wondering how many others are impacted? @Rogers sold us an internet upgrade, only to be left without internet/tv for over 72hrs. Alledgelly this was a known provisioning issue, so am wondering why Rogers wouldn't cease selling an upgrade with known defects. #stricterpenalties

    @BodyguardOne @Rogers @RogersHelps They are absolutely ridiculous! All of them are the same. These phone companies have such a monopoly on the market that we have no choice but wait endlessly! I'm with Fido now. 24/7 customer service. Not sure 8f they use Rogers but way better!

    @FidoSolutions @Rogers Home internet service has been down since last 12 hours... There has been a service issue and it got extended in the area. Another prolonged down time by the internet service provider. #FidoInternet #Outage
