@Rogers The outages are NOT related to extreme weather, this has been continuous months, many reports filed and you have sent out repair technical support and you have NOT been able to rectify the problems. I have documented times and so has CRA, it is just too unreliable im soo upset

Hey @rogers hours to set up and reschedule an appointment with dropped call, redundant questions and misinformation whereas with @Bell called and had an appointment in 5 minutes WITH CONFIRMATION! Next time I am flying with someone else. Oops…wrong issue!
