  @RogersHelps Well after being told there was no charge on my bill... I now have a very large charge. & nothing sent to us in regards to the so called damage, as previously promised. I sent a perfectly mint phone via your chosen method & Rogers claims damage was done. Delete from bill thanks

  @Rogers my phone was stolen this evening (732 PT). Your virtual assistant Ana is lovely but appears to have been imbibing in some sort of AI Apertif and isnt getting help how I need it. Current situaion: I literally cant talk to you on the phone but have many client calls still

  So I was part of internet outage that affected parts of Ottawa. @Rogers claimed the outage was due to vandalism. I called the Rogers 800 number and was greeted by an AI chatbot. Rogers has laid off 900-1000 employees and are now using AI. Not cool.

  @RogersHelps Your frontline support team already wasted 5 hours 35 minutes of my day. I have tallied all calls and AI chats and there are such long queues that end with being cut off. It is despicable disrespect for your clients’ time and lives. Your CEO made $15.45 Million last yr. HIRE MORE

  @RogersHelps @RogersHelps I did not. I've been paying from my bank account for almost 10 years. If you guys have been charging my credit card that long then we have another serious problem. I tried calling you guys but as usual it said you guys were busy and hung up. Customer service 👍🏻

  @Rogers You have fired hundreds of employees and changed your agents with an ai unable to help with my issues, for 3 days i have called to resolve a phone number transfer issue and your ai system keeps hanging up. I would like help with your nonsensical service before I cancel.

  @Rogers I have been trying to call customer service all day. Get same message we are to busy call again later. I would expect better from a company like yours.
