@Rogers They have stated what they wanted to I don't see how they will resolve it they are trying to tell me to contact the CCTS when it's out of their mandate. I called CCTS and it's just terrible.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions @Rogers I have a unknown charge in the bill and when i called customer service they don't have info on that charge and won't reverse the charge as well. I have never such a worst customer service.

@RogersHelps when will service be restored to the London and surrounding areas? Cell, internet, cable all out since 9am. Tried asking via DM and cannot get a simple answer. And no I’m not filling out a goddam security form to get the answer. Honestly.
