Canceling my device protection with @RogersBiz . What a "great" deal. I get to pay monthly for protection, only to have to pay again to use the service. Shame on you Rogers.Edward is right. There is a need for a change of senior management, especially the VP of Customer Service.

@soslo_sr @RogersHelps @Speedtest Worst part is I know trees were cut down over there like start of August. Right around the time by internet woes started. So assuming they took the box out when dropping the tree 😞 never even called it in.
