Tom Canadien (@tom_canadien) reported@Sportsnet @rogers All the lemmings in Southern Ontario will put up with this crap.
-
Dan (@DanMac2014) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport I’m with @Rogers, great service but all Canadian phone companies are just too expensive- yup, Canadians are definitely getting ripped off in comparison
-
Manny Sforza (@MannySforza) reportedJust received my monthly bill from @Rogers and my billing issue is not resolved. Countless hours on hold over the last few months and numerous commitments from customer service reps were all a wast of time! Billions in profits and little or no investment in good customer service!

Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported@wheelgirl77 @RogersHelps @RogersHelps is an unverified AI chatbot account with no verification checkmark. It will keep sending scripted replies, but no one is actually going to call you back to help. If you want a real human response and actual accountability, file a complaint with the CCTS instead.

Canadian Buckeye (@BuckeyesandHabs) reported@BallKnowerBrad @Rogers @Sportsnet It was horrible last night.
-
Seeking Signal (@SignalChasing) reported@PsudoMike @Rogers @airalocom Roaming is outrageously expensive. No argument there. But general telco services have gotten very affordable and high quality in Canada. For example, plans are now in the $30-50 range for unlimited talk, text, and 100 GB of data. I’m not sure why you’re complaining. Where are you getting better service?

Thomas Keith 🇨🇦 (@1714tak) reported@RogersHelps @GauravBatish “Feels like customers don’t matter to them at all.” Feels like Gaurav is a bit of a nonexistent idiot-Bot.
-
Ranjan Soni (@_RanjanSoni) reported@aangelic491 @Rogers Nope. The only solution is to call them and go through the whole ordeal. They don't have a simple call back solution to prevent their customers from staying on hold (you cannot attend any other calls for hours if you are on hold) and then get 'disconnected' automatically.

1S ry (@ryleeshaetv) reportedwhy are we hiring customer service reps that can't even form a proper sentence & sound like they have zero clue what they're even saying themselves ? my left big toe has a higher vocabulary than the person i just spoke with. that was a literal nightmare. @rogers

Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported@KobiCasey @RogersHelps “Please DM us” = the scripted AI bot response loop. 5 months, no refund, endless hold times, and public replies pretending to care while the real support disappears in private DMs. If Rogers wanted to help, they’d call the customer directly. #Rogers
