    @Firthguy @RogersHelps 3 of 4 ignite boxes were down. The one in my room (and internet) were fine. I rebooted the 3 ignite boxes to no avail. Rebooted modem and now nothing works.

    @Rogers We tried. Nothing. Spent 50+ minutes on hold but finally got through to tech support. They rebooted and synched our router. It is now working. But our extenders aren't picking up the signal.

    Hello, anyone there @Rogers ? Your customer service is a joke. Anna is a complete waste of time. Time to switch tv services again. #RogersOutages
