@RogersHelps Would you consider notifying all paying customers of outages in their area when it occurs vs waiting for each individual customer to call/write to ask what’s going on? Seems like there isn’t very much initiative here and it’s obviously causing customers to do Rogers job.

@RogersHelps my 5G data has not been able to load anything. However when I switch it to LTE it works perfectly. Do you know why this can be? Is there a 5G outage or is it my data plan?

@Rogers I'm getting latency problems and can't even load School sites or play games without insane lag spikes. Do you have an answer for this? Cause it seems a LOT of people have issues with what could be considered shoddy service.

@RogersHelps is there a problem with ignite tv & internet? Vet had to reboot my newly installed router too many times the past couple of days. This morning the service has been dropping a lot.

Feels like I broke up with a gf of 20 yrs. @Rogers I called this aft saying I’m considering another.. response was placating. Called @Bell and moving over next week. $365 best offer down to $280 for new gf lol approx. For all services. Props to @Rogers for their RF remotes.
