@fionapettit71 @Rogers Sorry to hear, buts it's most likely a customer. The physical address is that of Rogers Cable, which is the same as chasing a Vodafone IP over here.

  • deltadawn69 Loridawn (@deltadawn69) reported

@PeterDiPietro61 @Rogers Rogers will do **** for you. I was a customer for 20 years and they wouldn’t give me a discount anymore that they offered me. Good luck.

  • puhjayjayjay Peej (@puhjayjayjay) reported

@fionapettit71 @Rogers Rodgers is a mobile network in Canada so it would be very hard to track down the exact location of the person using the phone that sent you that disturbing email, if it was sent from somebody’s home internet it would be easy enough.

  • Sfenks64180544 Sfenks (@Sfenks64180544) reported

@RogersHelps Is there any chance you guys will lower your prices soon? Or atleast try to fix the interruptions please?

  • jjfox123 Jackie Fox (@jjfox123) reported

@fionapettit71 @Rogers With that IP address, Rogers should be able to determine whether their company facilities are being used to send malicious communications. Even if this person is only a customer rather than an employee, Rogers can still act.

  • fionapettit71 Fiona Pettit O'Leary (@fionapettit71) reported

@lofty_murphy @Rogers Yes but their customer?

  • Cyorecomm Cyore (@Cyorecomm) reported

@RogersHelps I have had help from you many times and your service is still ****. Can you fix that?

  • JoeinTO360 inSomniac🇨🇦 He/Him/His (@JoeinTO360) reported

@RogersHelps Sending you a D.M. I had one observation, as i watched him (from a safe social distance, masked, even though outside), that might help your techs.

@om41r @Rogers @virginmobilecan I have the same problem, poor signal in the Pickering Brock Ridge area, no resolution.
