@RogersHelps @RogersHelps Funny, everyone around me with Virgin, Shaw, Telus, and Bell seem to be quite happy with the service they are being provided today. Perhaps Rogers could make note and follow their lead... Also look up the definition of intermittent, 10 hours no service says otherwise

Switching to @rogers a few weeks back may have been a mistake... This ongoing outage is unacceptable and the lack of communication about the problem is pretty shameful. Customers are owed an explanation and credit back
