@Rogers I'm a Roger's customer, and this acquisition makes me angry. I see net job losses for the province of Alberta, decreased competition, and higher rates to follow.

  • jeremiah_dsm Jeremiah S M (@jeremiah_dsm) reported

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps home wifi has been intermittently going down L4H. Is there an outage in my area? If so, when will it be fixed. Needless to say, work & school from home affected & using more cellular data because of the issue.

@Rogers Shaw is so bad! Overpriced! They change their pricing levels everytime you call. Three calls for internet went from $75, $120, then $140. No thanks!!

@RogersHelps our internet is down again !!!

  • Will_b_Late Will Barnard (@Will_b_Late) reported

@Rogers No, I do not support your partnership with Shaw. Your prices are extreme, your service isn’t constant and you barely even connect with homes currently inside your service area. Your track record is terrible.

  • LadyDTen Diana (@LadyDTen) reported

@RogersHelps Yes I do need help as everyone who has attended so far has not fixed the problem, no one seems to know what to do, and I'm still being charged for full service. @CRTCeng

  • edgarmercer Mitchell (@edgarmercer) reported

@RogersHelps Internet down one week into your service?! Please assist.

  • Shagans88 Shawn Hagans (@Shagans88) reported

@Rogers Wanted to upgrade internet. Hooked up modem fine, then told there's a problem that they'd fix in 24hrs. 24hrs later called back. Nothing was done and then told to wait another 24-48 hours for fix. It's now over 48 hours more and no fix. #done #cancelled time for @Bell
