Just to let you know how my Saturday is going: @RogersHelps came to install internet; their tech said it can’t be done and I should go with @Bell_Support instead. So now I’ve been on hold for 2 hours trying to cancel the account that I never got to use. Um, how is this legal?

@Rogers I have moved from British Columbia (BC) to Ontario. Still on my bill I am charged taxes for BC. I called in twice and requested to speak to management team but call is kept on hold without any response. Very poor customer service experience. Not expected this from Rogers.

@dbhoops_ @Rogers D - update router. It should fix your issues. Their modems/routers suck. I got an a Apple router. Has barely dropped since I got it 5 years ago.
