@Rogers when will wireless services be available again? We are on lockdown and I need a text to verify payment for my groceries. Can’t get a text. Because Rogers is down- so no groceries. Can’t call the bank to change the verification, so no groceries.

@Rogers @rogershelp @fido I have been an uninterrupted Rogers customer since 2002 (a few years ago switching to FIDO for cellular). I’ve left your company. I fully expect to be compensated for the lack of service caused by this outage.

@Rogers bills are going high and services are going low. I need data every single second because of my work. Today was a bad day. Though of changing provider like 100 times but again contract issues with you guys.
