    @RogersHelps 1 to 2 hour wait for phone help is awful. No response to text request for help pretty annoying. No way to update credit card online. Seriously.

    @RogersHelps Thanks for the offer, but no need. I called customer service an hour ago & heard a recording confirming that there was an outage in my area (this is the 3rd straight day with an outage). I just want a reliable product that works, especially for one as expensive as yours. Cheers.

    I think it’s despicable that during a pandemic, when a lot of people are doing their best just to get by @Rogers raises their Cable and Internet service fees.
