@rogers is a joke. I do not recall *ever* in my life having been told there is a 3+ hour long wait time to speak to an agent. You'd think there was a national emergency with this ridiculous wait time. Absolutely abhorrent customer service and a joke of a company.

@RogersHelps I have literally been on hold with you clowns for 6+FREAKIN hours. When I finally got through to an agent she informed me her system is having issues so there will be some sporadic delays during the call but the call wouldn't disconnent. She then disconnected. OMG I am livid

No internet again. This has happened 8 days in the past 30 days. @Rogers @RogersHelps I expect my bill to be a quarter lower because I didn’t have service for more than a week. This is disgusting and the @CRTCeng needs to investigate your horrible service.

@TELUS getting horrible service on 49th ave and Oak. Basically no existent. As well as some other places. @Rogers works fine but telus doesn’t for some reason

@RogersHelps can you explain why my home internet has stopped working 3 times today alone? I’ve had to loose half a days work because I can’t connect to the internet. I also can’t get through to the support chat and the MyRogers app isn’t working. #pleasehelp
