    @RogersHelps Great. Thanks. I think outages are worth more than pro-rated terms. The sudden nature of them, the inability to call for help, the loss to work productivity. I’m starting to wonder if Bell’s network is more reliable.

    @Rogers Yeah that's not really satisfactory to me. You caused a serious inconvenience for everyone. Couldn't make calls for work or get in touch with family. One days service reimbursement is the least you should do.

    @RogersHelps @InfraBiz_Inc Likely $3 but how much did business owners lose? It really should be more than a day credit. This is not your fault of course, you're just the messenger. BTW: Our landline internet is down, again.... :(
