    Hi Everyone, after numerous years with @RogersHelps, I’m leaving. Their Customer Service is absolutely brutal. Managers can’t make a decision about $10. Do not pick Rogers. After 5 business days, you have to call and remind them that you’re expecting an answer.

    @RogersHelps Your agent said I wouldn't be billed past the date I cancelled, and this is for the full period after that. Who can I email about this issue?

    @RogersHelps Some channels say loading please wait etc, some are fine, some are just black. I've rebooted a box and am on the line with a service rep who can't really find the problem. It's on ALL 3 of my boxes. Sure it's not a satelite issue or something?

    @RogersHelps Everyone has reached out. The 2 on Rogers have service calls booked, just like the other 3 on Rogers. Entering our 5th hour without internet. Same exact thing happened on March 17th, which was just 3 weeks ago. We want and deserve answers!

    @Rogers explain to me why my internet just went down? This is ridiculous. And yes I tried to unplug and plug back in method - twice.

    @RogersHelps Internet in M5A 2N8 area down since 7pm. Confirmed outage range with multiple neighbors in area. We've called but your response is individual service calls. It's a generalized problem, modems are not connecting to network. Like the 18h outage on March 17. FIX IT!!
