    @RogersHelps I cancelled my cable package yesterday and so you throttle down my internet. I pay for a GB and now since I cancelled I barely get 10 mbps. Nice how you treat a customer after 20 years.

    @Rogers according to the policy at rogers, they can do anything they want to any account they want. All they have to do is send an email. It doesn’t matter if it is received, viewed, or replied to. Thats it. Worst customer service ever #whatajoke

    Dear @RogersHelps what in heck is happening with your call centre? Long time customer here. I call & get very long wait to speak to tier one support. They then transfer me to “loyalty” dept & I get to hold for another hour. This has happened twice in one week. Do Ed or Tony care?

    @RogersHelps do you guys offer any assistance to customers who have a plan through Rogers Preferred? I was sent a new phone last week with a hardware issue (verified by apple) and it’s been a day and a half of trying to get in contact with someone for help, with no reply so far.

    If anyone is considering signing up with @Rogers, do yourself a favour and go with another provider. My service has been cutting out every few minutes for more than a week - and I live in downtown Toronto. Pathetic. @RogersMediaPR

    @RogersHelps i spend 2:04:18 on the phone waiting for an agent to help me!!!! Finally one answers and tells me she is not the right ignite department. Here I am today again. I want to cancel my service

    @Trevornoah Took me more than 2 months to cancel my @Rogers internet. Cost a couple hundred dollars for service I never used but at least I am done with them now. Flying a dragon to Mordor would have been faster and easier.

    @jpperrin @RogersHelps Ugh, damn! Ya, that’s another issue I’ve had too - the video lag makes me (gasp) miss my old cable setup.
