Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • RonnyAlmeida Veronica Almeida (@RonnyAlmeida) reported

    @CTVToronto You know, some people depend on their phone having service to work (ie delivery drivers). This outage means they lose a day of work and their paycheck will be smaller! For families like mine this is a huge hit on finances. @Rogers should cut this cycle's bill in half!

  • DangEyler23 new year same Colin (@DangEyler23) reported

    @cooochyMeowMeow @RogersHelps 6 months of free service

  • steamer1960 hungrymanreachforabook (@steamer1960) reported

    @birgitomo @Rogers What COVID has done is exposed the foolish, unsustainable and inhumane policies we have been following since Reagan, Thatcher and Mulroney were in charge. The policies are at the root of all of the problems we are experiencing today, but not one party will talk about it.

    @IWasInTheMiddle @RogersHelps @Rogers So I don't have to pay the $96.04? I don't plan to anyways. This outage is utter bs

  • ciaobella912 A (@ciaobella912) reported

    @RogersHelps Bullshit!! Rogers, twice in 17 months is unacceptable!!! Canada has the hightest cellphone fees and customers deserve better. We need more competive wireless service providers, eh?

  • chanpatr Patrick Chan (陳偉雄) (@chanpatr) reported

    @BauxiteBeard @mokirokio @RogersHelps Corporate clients pay more for that guarantee in service level and Rogers get penalized for failing to meet those obligations. You can expect to be paying residential rates yet demand guaranteed service levels paid by corporate clients.

    @RogersHelps I still don't have internet. I hope to see the break up of your stupid monopoly

  • ElCanaco El Canaco (@ElCanaco) reported

    @RogersHelps You have NOT restored service. Here in Fraser Valley of BC there is internet (so I can send this tweet) but SMS is still down. You have only partially restored service. 24 hours later. Ridiculous.

  • NockFourSix K (@NockFourSix) reported

    @Dh2410Hayes @keeptheasp @RogersHelps You can’t possibly be this stupid. And no one said Rogers owes a month. But pro-rating the amount based on what’s paid for the service doesn’t work. Many hourly workers people lost a day of pay. Many travellers couldn’t access families or online tickets. The list is endless.
