I am not a Roger wireless customer. And likely won’t ever be now. I’ve been called 11 times this weekend (8today alone) by their sales team. I have asked every time to take my number off their list. Also, I am on the do not call list. @RogersHelps how bout some help!

@RogersHelps we are pretty much at the end...we have had issues with our rogers boxes shutting down and rebooting - a tech came out said he fixed it - but now the one box doesn't connect at all and the other is rebooting every time we want to watch TV. Months of this!

Explain to me how for the past week, I've been averaging 1000+ ms latency with @rogers #rogers only to be told there's a known issue that requires a senior tech, but no one knows when it'll be addressed. Too bad @Bell doesn't offer fiber in my area or it'd be an easy switch.

@RogersHelps what is going on on southwest Kitchener? (N2P) - Internet issues for at least 2 days. Do you purposely wait for the days with important sporting events?? I would call but I’m sure it’s only just something with me and my neighbours…😐

@Rogers internet down in Ottawa. Guess you haven’t learned any lessons yet from your big outage in July? Time to look for alternatives, this is ridiculous… with the amount we pay you each month, this is absolutely inexcusable. Get your **** together!
