One of your agents has been trying to call me for 5 hours now @RogersHelps. Our call got dropped, all my calls are going to voicemail. I tweeted at you and DM'd you, would be nice to not be ignored. (Call was about an issue unrelated to the still ongoing outage)

@AboutRogers @Rogers It is so frustrating and ridiculous that I even though i have ignite home internet, it’s been down since morning 9am. After today’s outage its better that I switch to other network providers

@Rogers is so **** it’s not even funny. 1.5 hours on the phone to activate a new phone and SIM and they hung up on me three times. Break up the monopoly. Complete trash. You can be damn sure I’ll be suing you for the outage last week now after this. 100k lost in business.

@Rogers Dear CEO of Rogers can you please stop sending emails talkin about this credit us customers are going to get to our next bill, which is likely a couple dollars, just create some cheaper plans so when it happens again I don’t have to get mad about the $ spent for no service

In consideration of the recent @Rogers outage, honest question What is your internet worth/day? Really? The 5 day credit @RogersHelps is offering many feel is not enough for 1 day, so what is 1 day of internet worth?

@Rogers Jesus Christ guys! First I deal with the outage, then your idea of Slowing my speeds…really means NO INTERNET!! Don’t advertise “UNLIMITED/NO OVERAGES” if you’re just going to slow it to an unusable speed and then my cards get deleted from my wallet 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🖕🖕🖕🖕

@matt_lamers I have a sliver of hope that the @rogers absolute disaster can set something in motion to fix/nationalize internet access. It’s not an easy fix, but any step away for the cesspool we have currently will help.
