@RogersHelps i really don't know why I am even paying for cable and internet for the past 7 years. Every SINGLE day their is choppy and laggy service. There is not one day I can enjoy such expensive services without any issues. Seriously.....

  • midcenturyape midcenturygirl (@midcenturyape) reported

@CircularLogic89 @RogersHelps @cogeco I guess that explains why their Service is so lacking. If there’s no other provider, who cares if the service is any good? There’s other options besides cable. She doesn’t need internet.

@RogersHelps Same answer as usual but sorry, the problem has been existing for Years (yes years). And we changed the PVR box a few times, after moving locations. Admit it Rogers, your PVR recording is a completely unreliable technology. Your manufacturer must know it too.

@Rogers Paying my phone data that I will have to use to work a bit? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I doubt that Tony Staffieri would have some problem like that but yayyyy Rogers proudly Canadian technology company. My case - C181229484

@RogersHelps business internet has been down since at least 11am today (coxwell and danforth toronto) ???

  • JustinVanDaele Justin (@JustinVanDaele) reported

Is it just me or does the @NHL seem like they are desperate to make money with the digital changing board ads that screw up watching the game, jersey ads and the fact they see tv rights to companies like @RogersBiz for the money despite @Sportsnet has the worst streaming app?

  • Attardius George Attard (@Attardius) reported

Ayoooo big shout out to @Rogers for sending a tech out 24 hours after the issue started #rogersoutage

  • SuperKat01 Katia (@SuperKat01) reported

@RogersHelps I able to start it 20 minutes later, then the feed dropped 5 minutes in. Calgary live feed was working, so not my internet problem. Gave up after that. Losing a feed mid game sucks. Plus seeing the live when choosing restart.

  • Edna_Santos Edna Santos (@Edna_Santos) reported

@Rogers Someone with some sense of customer service can take care of my case ? Moved Oct 14 to a new condo in Cambridge, Ontario, scheduled technician in advance (3 weeks before moving) and he could not install wifi because some cable connection. My case - C181229484

  • jradnor John Radnor (@jradnor) reported

@RogersHelps Yes. It’s back on, thanks. (Why pull away at all? Technical issue?)
