Hey @bell , that’s some Pretty sad customer service when your customer retention line has you on hold for 40 mins and then drops the call with no call back. Definitely not a way to start things with customers coming over from @Rogers.

  • BevHemish Bev Hemish (@BevHemish) reported

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps @Rogers I called to request a credit for the days I was without power and without service. I was denied this because I did not call to advise of an outage. Seriously 100K+ people in Ottawa without power after a widely publicized storm - and I am denied a credit

@vichevska @RogersHelps I am having the issue now. You still having it ?

  • Trailblazer4202 Trailblazer420 (@Trailblazer4202) reported

@Rogers omg I had a issue... again...and guess what...I got a real Canadian from new Brunswick...omg such a good experience compared to the foreigners you use so much. Everything was so easy no misunderstandings...not having to repeat myself and things being done properly!

@RogersHelps BULLSHIT!!!! You don’t invest in infrastructure. That’s the problem. END

  • adamdugas Adam Dugas (@adamdugas) reported

@Rogers I crave bigfoot gummies. **** not again.

  • ptrobridge Peter Trobridge (@ptrobridge) reported

Shame on you, @Rogers. We were without power for 7 days, and granted, that wasn't your fault or issue. However, your services were completely down for 4 days of that. You should be crediting accounts for the outage, not requiring that every customer who hears about call in.

  • IdleNoMoreNadia FullyVaccinatedNadia🌻🤍💛❤️🖤🌻 (@IdleNoMoreNadia) reported

@AureliaCotta @RogersHelps I would, I’m just worried about having to wait until everything is paid off and then they’ll probably bribe me with some BS adjustments just to keep me a “loyal” customer

  • EileenShuchat Eileen Shuchat (@EileenShuchat) reported

@Rogers Just want you to know I did get ahold of a customer support tech fellow. He was terrific. Fixed the problem. He was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks.

  • AureliaCotta Aurelia Cotta (@AureliaCotta) reported

@IdleNoMoreNadia @RogersHelps I get it…it was hard for me to leave too. Seemed complicated. I finally just went into a store and started asking qs. It should say on your bill what is left to pay for a phone if you got one. And you pay ahead a month for service.
