    @RogersBiz why haven't you upgraded cell network along Via Rail route between Ottawa and Montreal? One bar of strength basically means it isn't usable.

    @RogersHelps it isn’t acceptable to have an Internet outage last this long. Many people unable to work from home until this is fixed.

    @RogersHelps - Any updates on disruptions in Ajax (L1T postal code). For 24 hrs my internet is very slow and packet loss is very high
