@RogersHelps On the phone for over an hour to your tech support and they can't guarantee it will be fixed in a timely manner. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves. If I complained to any other contractor they'd return and fix their error immediately. Buy not @Rogers You don't care.

@RogersHelps Well Rogers doesn’t help. Our WIFI is out mysteriously. Again. Yes, we did your song and and dance turn off and on again semaphore calisthenics repeatedly. Last time, you guys insisted it was fine in our area so it’s our problem. But then it mysteriously returned.

@RogersHelps If this isn't resolved by tomorrow I am canceling my service and leaving for Bell Monday morning. Any other contractor will return snd fix their errors immediately. @Rogers simply doesn't give a damn about their customers.

@Rogers service seems to be down again for our neighbourhood and at a certain point it’s like paying for this service is like paying for a restaurant that gives you a 50/50 chance of actually getting food.
