Lol at @Rogers clarifying there are SCAMMERS offering credits for the outage. “Nooo you’re obviously not being compensated for the inconvenience, don’t be ridiculous”

@GregEll03955411 @RogersHelps Surprisingly I only had to wait 15 minutes to talk to an agent. All they say is that the Ignite Tv issue is a known issue they are working on and they don’t have an ETA. My worry is they know there’s an issue but they don’t know WHAT it is and HOW to fix it

@_paulhay @RogersHelps @Rogers It’s Tuesday and we’re still having Internet blackouts. I still can’t watch TV without occasional loss of audio, heavy pixelation or complete blackouts. It was so bad on regular channels last night that I tried to watch Netflix instead, but that signal dropped as well.

@markblei @andyboyce2404 @RogersHelps Respectfully ROGERS should have set up a fail over connection. Don't blame the consumer, they are paying for a service, it's the providers responsibility to provide what is promised "Canada's most reliable connection"

@CRTCeng How is the @CRTCeng going to evaluate @Rogers disaster recovery plan? Does the CRTC have IT specialists on hand to say whether Rogers or Bells ability to recover is adequate? The answer is No so you need a better solution
