@RogersHelps All I need is the wifi calling isn’t working. When I turn it on I get a message to call your number (which I won’t do again). I have tried Anna but it’s useless. This should have been a simple solution not requiring me to spend hours waiting for an agent.

@dhewlett @Rogers I have big problems I have found here in Poland guy who can shapes shift etc and changing colour of eyes. I guess that Goulds and entire sci - fi saga is somehow true and this sick action about goulds too.

@RogersHelps I need help with registering my online account. I don't have access to my account number & I don't have any way of retrieving it from any of the online services. Also, when I insist on getting in touch with a customer service person, the AI assistant disconnects the call.

One thing for sure is that @Rogers has the absolute worst customer service. 115min waiting in a que get down to #2 only to come up chat session ended. Their wireless service in this area is absolute garbage as well

Just received my monthly bill from @Rogers and my billing issue is not resolved. Countless hours on hold over the last few months and numerous commitments from customer service reps were all a wast of time! Billions in profits and little or no investment in good customer service!
