I love how @rogers has no compunction about billing customers when their service is spotty, ******, or just inexplicably down. Oh, it’s a holiday? Irrelevant. Do your bloody job. Charge obscenely for crap service, the absolute minimum you could do is deliver what you promise.

Unsure why random devices are on my wifi network @RogersHelps. And it won’t let me delete it either. I just did a sweep of a whole bunch. WTF.

@BuNdOAVFC @Rogers Is there a modem or router connected to the antenna? If so, can you get speed test directly via wired connection? Your Wifi signal seems to be rather weak as well. Could affect data speeds

@Rogers you need to fix your system. Tired of being told that I'm eligible to finance a phone with zero down only to find out you want me to buy it outright. Not very good customer service if you ask me and none of your agents will help.

My parents @Rogers internet is down. That's worth telling people. I reset the modem. It's not cheap. Pass legislation to compensate users for outages. You pay for access, when they fail to provide there should be penalties.

If you are thinking of using @Rogers for your cell phone service, stay away! They use false advertising and deceptive sales tactics. Worst cell phone provider in Canada by a long shot! Stay far far away from them

@BuNdOAVFC @RogersHelps Their Wireless Home Internet is based on sending/receiving signals from cellular towers. It would be limited by the same issues which cause interference for radiowaves. There are many factors which can affect cellular reception. Not sure what freq they use, but Bell uses 3500 MHz
