@Alexandlpa @birgitomo @Rogers The problem wasn't a mobile network issue. It was a Rogers Internet network issue. The Big 3 networks are open and they have roaming agreements in place when mobile network is unavailable or poor signal.

@RogersHelps Hi - your message seems to be that most service has been restored. But my TV is unwatchable. I tried the online chat and calling. In both cases I got a message that volumes were very high and to please try again later - then I was disconnected. Can we have an real update

Losing customers like crazy @Rogers is really proving not only their inability to communicate and share the issue with their outage. But they can’t even fix it within 24hrs. I don’t blame anyone leaving Rogers after today. Can’t expect trust if you can’t communicate properly.

@markrenaud @Rogers Honestly? Having worked for them back in '93? I can tell you nothing has changed in the way of their philosophy of business, like so many other companies it's all about profit first, skimp everywhere they can. Hence why I never stayed.
