    @mvannie @RogersHelps Hopefully Rogers Support can help. I unplugged for 30 seconds to a minute, before plugging back in, but there definitely sounds like a larger issue.

    @Rogers I received a text offering free additional data. Called in to the number (ROGERS1) and spoke to a representative who said he'd go ahead and activate. Nothing yet. I don't see it reflecting, and I haven't received an e-mail alerting me to the change either. Pl help. @RogersHelps

    @Rogers Were so happy with our service! We've got the whole package; cable, phone and internet. They're always there when you need them.
