@CompBureau if you are giving your approval to @Rogers to purchase Shaw you may want to speak to actual Rogers customers who are very disappointed in their service. 3 tickets and hours on hold with zero resolution.

@RogersHelps disappointed I now have to wait 24-48 hours to speak with a team leader to try and continue negotiating my loyalty discounts after almost a 2 hour online chat...do better or lose my business...I have @Bell on standby in my DM's ready to help me.

@RogersHelps so I just want to put it out here. I was having issues with my internet. They did a test saying tech needs to come. They called said they were going to be late. Yep they sure were late. They never came at all. The worse. I mean the worse customer derives treatment
