Amanda (@copperfoxx) reported@RogersHelps Internet via Rogers w Shaw. It’s been an issue since Roger’s took over, doesn’t matter if I try the site, app or with an agent. I use visa debit. It’s only with Shawgers that I have this issue I don’t have an issue with using my card to pay with any other site or service. 1/2

They couldn't cancel the work order to troubleshoot my service loss (service address needs to be updated). I was told it will expire by Monday or Tuesday. Horrible process.
