Pixxsta (@Pix_xtar) reportedI hate you @rogers you are terrible a tornado comes by for the first time in 30 years and you shutdown for 6 hours giving me automated phone call responses and than one of you’re employees cal me to ask if I wanna upgrade my plan or whatsoever
-
Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported@KobiCasey @RogersHelps “Please DM us” = the scripted AI bot response loop. 5 months, no refund, endless hold times, and public replies pretending to care while the real support disappears in private DMs. If Rogers wanted to help, they’d call the customer directly. #Rogers
-
Chiranjeevi Nagiredd (@chirutweet) reportedVery disappointed with @Rogers experience. On May 1, I got 2 prepaid SIM lines from the Rogers Longueuil store and was charged $80 activation fee per line. Later, Rogers customer care confirmed I should receive a full refund and asked me to visit the store.
-
JMAK (@jmaandfriends) reported@RogersBiz @Rogers @RogersMediaPR Please secure your buildings - this is so terrible. I hope it’s not real but it looks very real!
-
Steph (@Stephy_72) reported@RogersHelps @Bell_Support please take me as ur client as Rogers customer service is horendous and can’t read either. Tony Staffieri, CEO of @RogersHelps more training and ur CSATs most be really low
-
Max Adams (@MasTaherazar) reported@Rogers always great to wait 45 mins to speak to a human and have them hang up
-
Ranjan Soni (@_RanjanSoni) reported@RogersHelps All I need is the wifi calling isn’t working. When I turn it on I get a message to call your number (which I won’t do again). I have tried Anna but it’s useless. This should have been a simple solution not requiring me to spend hours waiting for an agent.
-
Sue (@momtomuggs) reportedDear @RogersHelps canceled our service two weeks ago. Got a bill for "one time charges". WTF
-
Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported@KoronaB5899 @Rogers UNVERIFIED Rogers AI chatbot asking for your “details.” Where does that information go, and is it secure? Don’t fall for the appearance of help. The original post says these exposed wires have been ignored for four years. Another “please DM us” response changes nothing.
