    @Rogers @Fidomobile what's with the weak signal in East York, M4J? Phone shows 5 bars, I'm outside, bit I can barely makeout the wait music calling 611 from my phone. Basement apartment (of course) even worse. Wasn't like this in November.

    @snooches @Rogers me too and they had the nerve to try and bill me. Disgusting and I was a customer for internet and cable for over 20 years. Bell is way better.

    @JulyTorres1 @Rogers I had the same problem as you did for months...terrible unreliable internet. Went to Bell a month ago and not a second of dropped service and much faster. No regrets. Wish I had done it sooner. Moved to fibe tv too!

    @Rogers I've been on call for the last 1 hr and 10 mins just tryin to cancel a connection this is my 3rd transfer....man m glad I'm cancelling the connection

    @RogersHelps After having no cable for a week and no internet, and empty promises of fixes & compensation,I had to cancel everything and move to Bell, but you had the gall to send me a bill! Nothing but lies from Rogers.Bell has delivered exceptional service. Disgusted!

    What’s going on with @rogers home internet 3 times down in less than 2 weeks? We are working and studying from home and this is the support they give us? But the bills are nonstop!

    @RogersHelps A Rogers’ rep in Vancouver named Justin connected with me late this evening. He processed my Ignite order which will be installed on Dec 7. His genuine concern and response saved the Rogers’ brand in my eyes because it has been a lousy few months trying to resolve our issues.
