@RogersHelps I was on a video call with 4 people at 2:30 EST. 3 of the 4 participants had an internet disruption during the meeting. All of them are Rogers Internet customers. Internet service has been very spotty today. Multiple intermittent periods of no service. Painful 😑

So happy to deal with @Rogers. You can tell they really care about their business customers by the way they keep sending you to six different people only to put you on hold to hang up. Thanks guys, you really do deserve our business.

@DimitrinaStanc4 @Rogers @RogersHelps Yeah, the call wasn't great/ they got her price $3 higher a month. Couldn't even take off the $3 which would be like her saving $36 a dollar. Is $36 dollars worth losing a customer that long? And When she doesn't need Disney+ they don't have anything to offer?

@Rogers sooooooo Rogers is down again in Brantford. Now I get that things happen but maybe a little public notice when issues are happening. Maybe how long. Lil things like that might go a long way.

My mom had chat w @rogers Where after poor service/talking renewal offered 6months free Disney+ (Already has)so no freebie & for bad service/no service for close to 10days. Offered only 5days credit. So she gets hustled. She been w @RogersHelps for 40yrs. great customer Service.

@RogersHelps curious as to why my bill say $-29.72 and i got a text that rogers was giving me an extra 5 gig of data is this true? did you give me a month free after the outages we've had? let me know plz your site bot is no help.
