    @RogersHelps update, thanks to Terri things have been cleared up, the iPad surprisingly somehow is at the warehouse and they refused to cancel, which is fine since I'm actually getting the device, better communication would be so nice though to avoid situations like this.

    @RogersHelps my internet has been out since 8am this morning (near Mississauga/Streetsville). Just contacted support again, there's an outage but there's no ETA on it. I'm starting to wonder if anyone is working on it. I can't work from home with out internet.

    Hey @RogersHelps, you just lost a customer. Bell will install my new services before your tech will arrive to (maybe?) fix the issues the neighbourhood has had since last week.

    @RogersHelps This is happening again. If Rogers can’t provoide stable internet connectivity to customers in prime location then please let customer know to switch for better ISP than Rogers.

    @RogersHelps Internet has been very unreliable today. Up and down multiple times this afternoon. Confirmed with others in Ottawa that they’re having these issues too. Any idea what’s going on?

    @Rogers @RogersHelps every other ****** week there is something wrong with the service. I work from home I don’t have time for it. Why am I paying almost $100/month for this kinda service? Why not go to a cheaper provider and get the same **** service
