travisrenney (@travisrenney) reported@RogersHelps Answer the phone in the call centre. Have an objective to have hold times of less and three to five minutes. Being on hold literally for hours is the worst customer service ever. Customers don’t need new packages, deals offers, advertising. Investment in customer support.
