@RogersHelps ok I was checking because I read blinking green means that the device is in 100mb/s mode and orange means 1000 mb/s mode. I'm still having signal issues. like youtube will buffer randomly or games will lag randomly

Welp, I no longer have a phone or data. My phone has been cancelled and shut off. @RogersBiz would rather lose me as a 15+ year loyal customer then help me out and try to find a reasonable solution/payment plan. Sorry friends, just message or DM me until I get a new phone.

@adamsconsulting @Rogers @EricssonDigital I'm in a small town and we do okay, the best I can do is two bars on 3G LTE. The rural areas around us were worse, but are now a priority. The Bell internet is 6Mb down over old twisted pair and only the new neighborhoods are getting fiber. At least I'm on cable and get 90Mb.

hey @RogersHelps why do i have to use my flex channels to have basic francophone channels in NB (the one official bilingual province). is it because you don't see french customers as real customers and they have to work more to have the same service as english customers?

@RogersHelps stop increasing my bill for no additional benefit and then offering me more data when I make a fuss. Instead keep me at the same service for the same money I was originally paying.
