    Hey @RogersHelps. I hate to make it public, but nearly three hours of conversation and no solution to my problem is quite disturbing. This is not the kind of excellent customer service I have grown to appreciate over the years.

    @RogersHelps Service Ontario accepts Health Card as acceptable ID for non- health care purposes. Just another example of #Rogers being an exceedingly difficult org to deal with. #Deregulation

    @Rogers I've been on hold for 60 minutes so that I can upgrade my plan (congrats b/c that's a record for this 48 year old). Maybe if you weren't paying such massive payouts to your ex-CEO you could afford to have more support staff.

    @marcie_c_john @Rogers Hmmm....I was in Tofino in the fall and the service was fine. But the answer to your original question is no. Telus does not use Roger's coverage and vice versa. I will have coverage on #4, you will not.

    I will never stop saying this - Canadian phone companies are straight up cheating and stealing from their customers.The HOURS I’ve spent on hold while agents transfer me through endless departments just to get back the money THEY wrongly charged me for. Shame on you @Rogers

    @RogersHelps I've already tried your so called "troubleshoot", same old song and dance every time, "There does appear to be an issue in your area and we are working on it." So I guess you've been working on it for 10 days and still can't get it right? C'mon!
