@Thenrv77 @Rogers Oh dear. Hope they will get back to you on ASAP basis. I had similar issue with Bell and they offered poor compensation without accepting the fact that they offered bad/sad services. During pandemic they are in demand 😢. We need more alternatives here in Canada.

@Rogers you guys chase your customers like hungry wolves for petty balances owing but take your sweet time when the tables are reversed. I'm owed money for an overpayment since I canceled my service in October 2020.

they keep trying until they get a number they can excuse gheself from blame. Well its either you or @rogers messin with 3rd party so fix it!
