@RogersHelps This is nothing new. It has been happening for years. We have had service people out to look at this problem many times. Just wasted my time as we know that Rogers can't provide what they offer and charge for. Rogers do not give a damn. @Rogers

@RogersHelps I live in Ontario near Toronto. Ive been having lag spikes where the internet is intermittent up to full speed, down to really slow speed and its been happening over the past week. I just upgraded from 150-15 to 1000-30 and the problem still persists...

@RogersHelps @Rogers inspite of the calls & tweets & DMs the connectivity continues to be broken. All I hv is an appt for tomorrow (again). Hope the tech is kind enough to atleast (call) do the job this time. You do charge me the entire amount every month without fail. You must compensate!

@RogersHelps I've now been on the phone for 3 hours today! All I'm trying to do is put through a service request. It has been weeks since I started the claim, was sent to 3 different stores none of which had the parts to fix my phone. I've talked to 11 people so far!! 😡 SO MAD
