    @pozpiggy86 @Rogers @CRTCeng Yup. They claim it's all due to covid. Their network was be in shambles to have to do this. People I know called to complain, they pretended it didn't exist and upsold them instead to a faster unlimited tier that comes with a higher cap before the throttle kicks in.

    @RogersHelps Thanks. Is it possible to cancel through DM. I have called about 6 times and waited three hours each time to cancel it.

    @Rogers is the worst company! I closed my account and returned the equipment LAST YEAR! I check and they still charging me! On top of that the guy in credit operations was so rude and tried everything to blind transfer me! Worst company do not go with them!

    @RogersHelps It’s for ignite, home phone and internet. Everyone I talked to said they have never seen anything like this and send it off to a manager. Keep getting promises that it will be resolved and then receive a collections letter a few weeks later stating my account is overdue.

    @RogersHelps Hi, our Rogers internet service is down again. Checked the service status page, our city/neighborhood isn't shown. It's been down for more than 5 minutes. It isn't the wifi, as the ethernet connection is also down.

    @pozpiggy86 @CRTCeng @Rogers That's ok. All good. Happens. :) Yes There is also another complaint with them & there's an open tariff file on it (Rogers tried to sneak it in a tariff file of all things, which is not the appropriate forum for it).

    @RogersBiz is the worst! Charging me for a closed account after I’ve resolved everything ! Worst customer service ! Do not go with Rogers they will charge you false numbers and be rude about it ! Worst customer experience

    On hold for over 45 minutes with @RogersHelps for the THIRD time this week. The #RogersIgnite service we signed up for with “personal and accessible concierge” doesn’t seem to be any better than before.
