    @RogersHelps we are experiencing no service since yesterday. It was temporarily restored this morning and got a text stating the internet problem has been solved, however, again no more service.

    @Rogers When we ask when we are getting something better, the answer is always vague. Soon. Yeah, I'll be dead before @Rogers voluntarily improves rural internet. It will never, never, never, never happen. They will take my $$$$$$$$$$$ and give me crap. That's how capitalism works.

    @Rogers Having issues with pod. Called tech support. Waiting in queue for over 30 mins. Got an Agent who answered and then immediately hung up on me. Seriously?!! How can I file a complaint about this?
