I think this is my fifth cutoff in two weeks, my fault for being insane - doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

I’m still waiting in the queue 2 hours later. What are your metrics, average call delay, first call resolution , cust Sat?

I did call the business support team first and guess what? they didn't know what was going on and suggested I phone customer care. Everyone I talk to just passes the buck to someone else.
