    @Rogers Friday switchover to Ignite ended up with no service whatsoever. After many phone calls, the only solution was to book yet another appointment for Tuesday.... I don’t understand why you wouldn’t fix what you started before taking on new installs!!!!

    @RogersHelps can I please get an update on C165229089??? Really disappointed with svc. This was escalated to mgr in last call to cust srvc (last Sat) and was assured of quick resolution. Surprised that even after returning equip to the store, money has not bn credited back

    @RogersHelps Are there service interruption in Thornhill? Unable to utilize our Rogers Ignite with TV, home phone and wifi. It’s been slow to zero service beginning at approximately 7:30pm
