@fanCRTCProfling Who wants to bet that Jorge Fernandes is nothing more than a scapegoat to cover up the many bad decisions made by senior management and the board of directors at @Rogers?

@AboutRogers @Rogers And you’re down again, the latest of many such failures since the Friday screw up. This has become a regular occurrence. My only connection right now is via Fido mobile, and that’s not sufficient for working at home.

@Rogers why are you having 3rd party contractors now calling bothering people at home during the day to go over & try to offer them something additional to charge them for in packages/phone service. I couldn’t get the woman caller to understand I’m not interested & stop calling.

@RogersHelps Since this was an issue on our end that we apparently needed a technician to sort out there's only one explanation: my dogs fixed it. They were the only ones home. Now I'm wondering how you plan on compensating them for their labor. You don't work for free, should they?

Good ol @Rogers, send a 'free' Pro On the Go. Some weird dude shows up, trying to upsell us on everything but he tell us it's 20 less per line if we follow his advice. We fall for it. Get our bill today, 150$ higher and after hour with support. Nothing.

@thegarageguy_ca @Rogers After two more days of internet service interruptions at home on work days this week, I finally started dumping everything Rogers yesterday. All they said was "sorry to see you go." Zero accountability. I’m done.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Guys it has been over 10 days since your outage and you have still not been able to recover fully??? My internet is really giving me a feel of old dial-up days. Are you guys going to do anything?? (Except internal setting with @CRTCeng)
