    Turn around time to resolve an issue from @RogersBiz - 3 months and still counting. How can your tech team be so poor that you can’t stand up to your own policy and system changes. Replacing IMEIs in the system is taking more than a month. You seriously need good #productmanagers

    @RogersHelps can you tell me if there is an outage in the North York area or something? intersection of Finch and Yonge. my internet has been out for almost 20 mins. the lights seem to be on but nothing is working.

    One thing we can't lose in the @Rogers @ShawInfo buyout is the excellent customer service at @freedomsupport. So much better than the rest.
