@RyanfromOttawa @Rogers @RogersHelps Nope. They said they can't help me and supposedly everyone else is still down in my area. It's a load of horsecrap. This is the 5th day of no internet, no cable. I can't even recieve texts! I'm done with Rogers sh*t!

“… the wording in @Rogers' customer contracts puts strict limits on its liability… ‘Their contract actually says that they're not guaranteeing uninterrupted service and there is a long clause which is like over a page long that talks about their limitation of liability’…”🤔

@Rogers @RogersHelps 4 days later, my internet speed is terrible and my Ignite TV is undependable. I can’t work at home. I expect at least a week’s refund. I expect this to be fixed and I expect transparency instead of lies.
