@RogersHelps Let me get this straight, Rogers charges me almost $6 for being late by 2 days BECAUSE OF THE OUTAGE, but not one cent off my bill FOR THE OUTAGE. Oh, and no human will answer the Rogers' phone line to hear my complaint about it. Going a long way to "regain trust".

@RogersHelps I use my Rogers service for business on the mobile internet and communications side, and this had a horrible effect at a crucial time in negotiations. I certainly hope that you can soften the impact that this disruption had in our businesses.

@Rogers must not be allowed to acquire Shaw communications this Monopoly would totally unstabilize the telecommunications industry in Canada and their outage last Friday demonstrates they can't control their own infrastructure phone infrastructure #rogersoutage

@RogersHelps Hello - I have been writing you guys, and writing you guys, and writing you guys....no one is answering me. Are there still internet speed issues? Because I am experiencing them at home and I am PAYING FOR this service. Least you can do is respond. Thanks.

@RogersHelps @IamRose0409 I noticed the internet was down around 3 AM in N2L4S9, looks like your team have been experimenting things late night. Can they stop itweaking it on Weekdays, Worst company #nointernet #Canada #rogersoutage

@RogersHelps I pay my bills online. I guess I should have gone someplace with a competitor's ISP to pay my Rogers bill during the outage to avoid a late charge. This is absolutely rich. You take me to court for that $5, and maybe we'll take you for the losses we incurred.
