kaleemullah (@kaleemullah19) reported@Rogers I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. My Rogers Home Internet has been completely down for the past 2 days (flashing orange light on the modem). I work from home and was forced to take leave from work because of this outage. I spent over 2 hours waiting for support, multiple calls, and finally a ticket was created (Reference: i2598853033). Despite explaining that this outage is impacting my job, I was told the earliest technician appointment is Monday. I was also informed that any compensation will only be discussed after the technician visit. Who will compensate me for the leave I had to take from work and the inconvenience caused by this prolonged outage? I expect this case to be escalated and resolved as soon as possible.

Chris (@Innes_lifestyle) reported@RogersHelps @nestapendragon This is ridiculous. If your tech cut the lines, he can easily splice them. You can not damage service and simply leave it. I, as the lead telecom tech for a major city, would never conduct myself with this egregious level of unprofessionalism. How low can you go Rogers?

I am Canadian, eh! 🇨🇦🏴🇬🇧 (@trish_proulx) reported@RogersHelps So when I went in to your corporate store I couldn’t get a sim card because the name on my account didn’t match perfectly. Trish is a shortform of Patricia. The agent at the store told me she put in a ticket which will take 24 to 48 hours to process. No cell service since Tues

Mrs. Repinerator (@Repinerator) reported@RogersHelps Cell/LTE in my area has been down for 18+ hours since the storm. When is the tower going to be fixed? With the amt we pay in services this should be no longer than a few hours to have it fixed.
