@Rogers Its my terrible experience with rogers . I am waiting for my galaxy note 20 ultra from almost 2 months and spent more than 2 hours each time for 10-12 days for the resolution and your team keeps on switching my call to other departments. How long you want me to wait

@Rogers the Ignite TV service is garbage signal drops regularly, recordings screw up, voice functions on remote stops working after a couple months. Then contact support? It doesn't exist cant get a hold of anyone in less then 2 hours it's ridiculous Rogers sucks don't get it!

Hey @RogersHelps @Rogers I spent an hour and a half ‘chatting’ with one of your help specialists. everything was almost resolved & the chat unexpectedly disconnected. Now I can’t reach anyone. It shouldn’t be this difficult. Beyond frustrating.

@RogersHelps Would you like a video proving - with audio - we do not have a dial tone and cannot dial out? I tried when my mother had a seizure last night. So do tell me I’m wrong. Your CS’s have been screwing w/us for days & I dealt with ****** service that barely worked for yrs. I’m done.

@RogersHelps travelling in the US and I have with no Cellular data. Tried your call centre 3x investing an hour on hold during each. Tried the virtual support through Anna, once again no help. Feels like you need to hit the lottery to get another live. Disappointed, nice service
