  @RogersHelps @Rogers Had a home tech support visit for yesterday to check and maybe replace the modem, but the guy stood us up, didn't even call. This isn't something the twitter team can fix, so we have to try the phone again. Ironic the only call we got yesterday pm was from Bell Canada Marketing!!

  The time to strike Canadian oligarchs like Telus and Rogers is now AMERICA!! All you’d have to offer is a $60 unlimited data within North America and you’d wipe Rogers and Telus off the map. Thus opening up the internet scheme they run. I don’t even care if the coverage is that great, I can’t even get 5g service on the plains of Sask with @Rogers dog **** service.   @RogersHelps The issue is getting through and landing with the right person. The only time you guys are interested in putting an outbound call to a customer is when they leave. I got three of them last week after I left, one of them promised that I would not be getting a bill for anything.

  While I did win my case against @rogers regarding the 18 phones illegally copied and sold to INMATES, it was NEVER properly investigated. In fact, @TPSOperations threatened to charge ME after refusing to take my report. And @Rogers never submit the case to police as directed.

  @RogersHelps @TheKarltopia Karl, what their AI bot is really saying, is that this basic feature has existed for a decade, but our systems and tech teams are too old, stupid, or stubborn to implement it, so please PLEASE choose another provider. Just wait until you have to call their business support....
