    @RogersHelps Good service from your reps. Small request: I wish reps let customers go faster. There is no need for recap, nor for facts/tips irrelevant to the call, nor the long thank you for choosing and I hope etc etc. I'd be grateful to just say thank you, bye, and hang up.

    @Rogers every month overcharged.Spending lot of time with customer care to explain things. 13 July 2022,contacted roger n it promised that credit be adjusted in next bill.But never processed again get extra bill this month.Spent again lot time with roger care.Not satisfied at all

    @RogersHelps thank you Please also share how frustrated I am with the unreliable services and how seriously I am planning to change the service provider as soon as my phone line works without a disruption, of course my 1st day in the conference is ruined. Not acceptable
