    @Rogers @RogersHelps You guys should really team up with another ISP for cases when you have an outage so at least you'll be able to provide internet while you fix your problems. Service has still not been properly restored.

    @Sara_Slade_ @TekSavvyCSR @Rogers Expect a canned response telling you to DM them after your service is restored. Seems they have no plans to proactively address compensation. I was willing to just wait out the outage quietly until I saw that nonsense. #CustomerService #nointernet

    And with the Interac machines down, there’s a run on $20 & $50 bills at the ATM machines, so they only have $100 bills. Need $80 for groceries b/c you only have $97.35 in yr bank account? Well too bad, b/c @Rogers is down. Not a Rogers customer? Well too bad, b/c Rogers is down.
