EscaL8R (@EscaL8R) reported@Rogers this is unacceptable. For months we’ve tried to fix my elderly parents’ bill after forcing them to upgrade their TV pkg. Now it’s doubled, you force us online to dispute charges when they have no internet, and you’re kicking me off the phone for “high volume.” #caregiving

Kimberley Hall (@KimHallCRE) reported@Rogers I have been trying for 3 weeks to make changes to my account. Call volume is too high to answer, waited online for a "live agent" who couldn't help me, then I finally got through to a customer solutions and the call disconnects. It is unacceptable client service!

We the north (@Goodfellas_TO) reported@Rogers customer service is a joke. Their agents have zero clue how to handle calls anymore. They hang up, transfer your call to another agent without any warning. It’s honestly embarrassing.
-
Andrea JA (@Godblessedchild) reportedTrying to reach you since Monday with no response! I urgently need help with a pending move and need internet to work. This customer service is beyond disappointing. Someone needs to contact me ASAP! @Rogers
-
Nazmo (@MichiganCanuck1) reported@HockeyPatrol I would love to see Amazon take over hockey coverage in Canada. **** @Rogers @Sportsnet
-
Geoff aka Holdfast043 (@GeoffdBarrett) reported@RogersHelps I did indeed as it was a pretty bad job of customer support. I will gladly give it to you.
-
Ronnie Turner (@TookARonTurn) reported@treverleblond @RealDonBradshaw @Rogers Isn’t it wild? Terrible takes and constant negativity. You know how the adage, “It’s like a car crash — it’s awful, but you can’t look away.” That’s how I feel with bozo here. I couldn’t imagine having to have a dinner or spend some time in-person with him.

Darren Gudmundson (@BrianOakely) reported@PabloEsHOEbar @RogersHelps @Rogers They came out about three years ago, climbed to pole, said, "yep, that needs to be replaced". of course, they never did. More than 20 drops a day and slower than dial-up at times. When I was finally able to cancel on August 3rd, the same day they sent me a Revenge Bill of $250

Stubs72 (@Rallan72) reportedHey @Rogers When I want to watch a show and I pay premium costs…. I expect premium service.. not Internet that drops every 15 minutes. Figure it out or I’m out. Sick of this happening so often

Simos (@CMAK_R) reported@Rogers your AI phone response system is incredibly frustrating to get help. Rather than making more efficient and quicker it’s become a method of torture for anyone that needs to get a hold of a Custer service rep for assistance. Your system sucks and go back to real humans.
