Hey, @Rogers do you have any idea how frustrating and infuriating it is to try to watch the Olympics on your channels, or any other, when your damn internet keeps crashing every 10 minutes?! Maybe stop with the BS ads saying you’re the best and get some modern equipment! Geezus!

@RogersHelps @Rogers spent 3 1/2 hours on the phone with customer service. A technical issue with your website, nothing to do with me. 12 years a customer and this is the first time I’m thinking of leaving. Get offered a couple of GB’s for a month. Wow that’s terrible

@Rogers How can you be the most reliable Network? You must be testing right at the source. My Ignite internet wifi service goes in and out like crazy. My data on phone kicks in at least a dozen times a week. If you use Canadian equipment it would be better. Not Comcast Xfinity from USA

@RogersHelps you guys are a joke, had no internet, tv, since 3pm yesterday. customer service said to call back again the next day since the site was being upgraded. Called today and now I gotta wait 4 hours to book an appointment with a tech. What kind of service am I paying for?

@RogersHelps I tried to customer care as well. They are not helping me anyways. I told them 15 times that there is no store near me. Not even near to 200 kms. Then also they told me to go to store and ask for verify my doc. Although I did submit docs at all. So disappointed with the service.
