    @JeremyCohnTV @Rogers @RogersHelps Rogers doesn't have service; yet they can still text me today saying they're charging me for roaming even tho I'm in the middle of a lockdown and haven't left my house.... On hold for an hour, they just hung up on me.

    Hi, @Rogers I was just disconnected for 2 minutes 13 seconds. This happens all the time, multiple times a day. Fix this in Shediac already!

    @RogersHelps By Some you mean All Across Ontario, by Intermittent you mean No Service, by Working quickly you mean just not paying overtime, by Apologize you mean Keep Paying for No Service and we'll get to it sooner or later. Regular updates mean, leave us alone.

    @RogersHelps My wife and I pay through the teeth for a ‘premium’ wireless carrier to avoid these situations. Very hard to conduct our business when your entire network is down. For a communications company, you’re doing a horrendous job communicating to your customers! #rogersdown #gta
