    @RogersHelps I had heard horror story about your customer service before and never believed them , now I’m living it and you guys are shady and crooked , been on the phone for over an hour still not resolved !!

    @RogersHelps @brettjjohnn Can I ask generally where you live? Mine is absolutely horrible this morning also. I’ve already had to reset the modem twice. I’m in NB.

    @Rogers It would be great customer service if you could text customers when there's a local outage, and tell them what's happened. Saying it'll be fixed soon doesn't fly after 12 hours. Being open and honest works wonders.

    @domenicpaolucci @Rogers Their service mission is garbage. Called last month about promotions running out,was told my bill would be the same. Got the bill, $55 more, they tell me my cell wasn't included THAT'S part of my bill. Now they will do nothing,that's my bill. #CustomerService sucks. Lookin around
