    @RogersHelps #RogersIgnite Terrible service yesterday, internet was in and out from 17h00. Call to IT confirmed nothing was wrong with boxes. At 23h32, internet went out again, 30 minutes later the tv light up with Amber Alert but tv wouldn't return after!

    I remain in awe of how terrible the @RogersHelps website is. I FINALY got done what I had to, but just a dog's breakfast. Impossible to navigate, no sense of where anything is, next to no user friendliness, and this is a company whose thing should be tech?!?!?

    @RogersHelps Nope 👎 horrible service. Called last month to just cancel ignite TV and keep ignite internet and someone at Rogers decide to remove all devices from my account after I just paid my bill for the next billing cycle today. Could not get through to the ignite dept
