@RogersHelps good day, I'm from Holland (Europe) and I have an NHL live subscription but it doesn't work the whole matches can't be seen with the NHL ios app because if you want to watch it the NHL app asks if I want to install the ESPN app but then it works not yet !

@PeteDeCourcy @Rogers Teksavvy's customer service is pretty great and they use Rogers' lines. Pretty sure they're cheaper too.

@RogersHelps More than 2 hours already with the Customer Service and I'm still waiting! More than two hours! I missed going to pick up my eye glasses and dry cleaning to stay over the phone! Unacceptable!🤬

@Rogers Thx - someone came on after 45 Mins . It’s not unreasonable to be on hold for a bit but 45 min exhibits very poor customer service .

@juststacey_ @RogersHelps Had a similarly awful experience with Bell years ago, which made us switch to Wind (at the time, now Freedom). Yes, we buy our own devices, but our plan price hasn't changed in 10 years! I hated being locked into a contract with Bell.
