sarahpvictoria (@sarahpvictoria) reportedAlso, your stores are only open 10-5 weekdays which is when people WORK. Taking time out of work to find a human to email a QR code is bad service & advice @Rogers
-
Goug Dilmour (@CanadasLeafs) reported@rod_the_bod @Rogers Bell is just as bad, I didn't think Telus offered internet in my area.
-
Cal Lindsay (@Cal495) reportedHey @RogersHelps I need help from a human. My gateway modem is dying a slow death and I need a new one. Tried all the fixes your unhelpful chatbot suggested. None worked. Spent 1.75 hours on your tech support line. Call dropped. I just want to talk to a real person please!
-
Jimbo Jones Senior (@JimboJonesSr) reported@CanadasLeafs @Rogers Lol I was on hold with them for over 2 hrs couple of weeks back. That was after showing up at a Rogers store where they make you buzz an intercom , "move in front of the camera" ask you what you want then tell you to call CS that they can't help. Lol
-
Col_in_hellifax (@Col_In_Hellifax) reportedand to go back to the store after 24 hours.' 5. July 28: Went to store to get the new phone. An hour and a half later, after talking with two sales associates and two associates on the phone, no one can help. Told to phone CC again. @Rogers HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE! (4/4)
