And then there were 4. Agents that is, from @RogersHelps , dealing with my case. And still no resolution. Would I ever recommend their premium device protection? Never. $18.99 compared to Apple Care at $9.99. And better service too.

@CircularLogic89 @RogersHelps Maybe Likewize is the most trusted as they claim, I have no idea. But I signed up through Rogers so who they choose as their 3rd party supplier is not my choice. It only makes sense that they ensure that I am getting the service I am promised.

@RogersHelps It’s on my Apple TV 4K. I’ve had folks from Rogers Help reply saying that they’re working in it but it’s been like this all season. The logging in every time issue or if I leave the app even for a minute is brutal.

@RogersHelps I have a Rogers infinite plan with Roam Like Home enabled. I would be travelling abroad for some time. If I only keep the phone connected to a network and do not use data, send texts, make calls - would I still be charged $15/ day?
