    @RogersHelps I am moving and need to set up a service transfer. I was on hold twice this week for over 2 hours before a forced disconnection. Today, not even allowed to enter the queue. Live agents can't help me, your local stores can't help me. What am I supposed to do?

    @LoveMy7Wood @Rogers @RogersHelps Tried the online chat with Brother Printers and they were useless. Certain types of support needed to be provided in different manners. Glad Rogers could help you. I had to dump them for lack of coverage in rural Alberta.

    @TruthFringe @Rogers Rogers is one of the absolute WORST companies in Canada! I ripped there garbage out of my house 15 years ago and will never use them ever again! Pure trash company!
