    @RogersHelps Still having problems

  • MattMelv Matt Melvin 🇨🇦 (@MattMelv) reported

    @nokeradeth @RogersHelps Rogers has that in place. They have data centres across the country. One goes down, the other ones pick it up without us even knowing it happened. How did they all fail? Only @RogersHelps can answer, but they won’t.

  • WorldWearyOne Big Dave (@WorldWearyOne) reported

    I have had no Internet/TV service for almost 36 hours now. I went more than 24 hours without cell service before that. Despite this, @Rogers is claiming to the media the outage is “mostly restored.” Most people I know still don’t have their service back. Rogers is lying.

  • TayrianaBtch Hdhanshwnndhdhahdhahdu (@TayrianaBtch) reported

    @RogersHelps So u fixed the vast majority and let the other few stay broken? Now that its just a few u decided to be lazy? Its been 2 days

  • k_legsTO Harley Season (@k_legsTO) reported

    @RogersHelps Has been back since this morning but terrible quality. Can’t watch a tv program. Can’t get on the wifi without it hanging. You are not back up. Your barely up.

  • BoreAdam1 Samuel Labbé (@BoreAdam1) reported

    @SamHersh01 @RogersHelps @VassyKapelos I mean the worst part of the telecommunications monopoly was created by our government to make the market assist Canadian companies more thus making competition a lot more scarce in the area.

  • FrenchStitcher Lea (Cyerrah) (@FrenchStitcher) reported

    @RogersHelps I was fine this morning but I am having cellphone and home phone issues

  • kawhinot_ Z (@kawhinot_) reported

    @RogersHelps Fix Ignite app

  • kodalux LO (@kodalux) reported

    @Rogers @Samurai_Stone I guess I'm not "the majority". Still down but all of my neighbors are up and running. Shove your updates.

  • SoniaSikka4 Sonia Sikka (@SoniaSikka4) reported

    @Philebuster Me too, in Ottawa. Some channels I can't get at all, changing channels is very slow, can't access recorded material. @Rogers I thought your services were supposed to be restored by now?
