..and so we're stuck with you, @Rogers. Why should anyone have to pay more with an Internet starter package and receive LESS than what they already get? I shouldn't have to pay more just to get the basic service my money was already supposed to buy.

The @Rogers version of @Shudder is kind of lacking. Missing things even from the Amazon Prime version and featuring some rather wonky aspect ratio problems (window-boxed, letter-boxed, window-boxed movies).

@RogersHelps - not sure what to do. Agreed to a new ignite bundle package on Feb 28, and 2 weeks later the new package price is still not indicated on my account. 5+ calls into Rogers support has not resolved the issue. Please advise
