@mubarakchaudhry @Rogers Rogers out in Waterloo for me as well. Both internet and TV. I need internet to work. During the last outage when phones came back I asked them for extra mobile data to cope and they tried to get me to upgrade my plan instead. It costs them NOTHING for extra GB's and would help

@RogersHelps Let me get this straight, Rogers charges me almost $6 for being late by 2 days BECAUSE OF THE OUTAGE, but not one cent off my bill FOR THE OUTAGE. Oh, and no human will answer the Rogers' phone line to hear my complaint about it. Going a long way to "regain trust".

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Please please let those lawyers start a class action sue, like a typical 2nd generation frat boy , he took the company ( from his mom) and only cares about $$$. His dad at least would have know about the infrastructure problems . Careerist Goons have taken over
