    @RogersHelps I received a bill for a canceled account from my old address, went to a Rogers store, they can't help because they can only sell, not cancel (why aren't stores full service), 35 minutes wait on chat with no answer, now approaching 30 minutes on phone hold. Do better

    @RogersHelps Why are there so many episodes missing for a lot of shows? I'm paying for your service and you take money and provide absolutely awful service. If you have any shred of pride for your work, fix the missing S2 E3 of Primal on @adultswim. Don't contact me - just fix it

    @Priceman1975 @RogersHelps I think it's all the same....until Canada gets more competition we will have to deal with the monopoly of Rogers, bell etc. I welcome U.S. competition. We pay so much for subpar service here compared to other countries. Doesn't seem right
