paul i (@whoispi) reported@RogersHelps How does someone get technical support for mobile? Your automated system said “we’re busy” and hung up on me.
-
May Daze (@DJMayDaze) reported@RogersHelps Other companies don't do that. It's too bad you are the only service in my area.

Jon Russell (@jonruss58570719) reported@RogersHelps This was solved today by the Rogers team - and with awesome service. I would suggest a greater number of tech reps between 9pm and midnight - I spent 2.5 hrs waiting and got nothing.

Azhar A Bajar (@azharbajar) reported@Rogers your service is terrible I am trying to reach to CSR for last two weeks but each time the call drops due to high volume of calls. It does not even give me chance to be on the line and wait. Please give me a quick solution.
-
Shelley Duggan (@drslmd) reported@RogersHelps Did all of that. Still no service
-
comm eng (@CommEng) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps It "fixed itself" at 20:20 PDT because upstream rerouted to Cogent. Rogers did nothing. Second occurrence in one day means it's a pattern not a blip. Are you monitoring your PCCW peering at all, or is your outage detection just waiting for customers to tweet?
