    @RogersHelps I am being offered $12.97 for the downtime. Meanwhile Ignite service is down again here in Markham, just as everyone is home and wants to watch some TV. Is this being added to my credit?

    @Rogers 4 days and still no proper TV service. Over 3 hour wait time for Rogers support. WTH??? I hope every customer is getting at least one free month of service for this.
