    @RogersHelps internet & cable randomly not working. Neighbours had same problem. Water damage at the box supporting our 4 houses. Please send someone to fix ASAP. 2 neighbours had theirs fixed last week. Repair man said ours was badly damaged.

    @RogersHelps I’d just like to sign in on my account and see maybe a Loyalty Discount, or a Covid Break. More people signed up for extra channels during Covid, why not pass a savings along to longtime customers. That’s all I’m saying. Show that loyalty is appreciated, without them calling.

    @RogersHelps Hey folks - anyone else lose their wifi pods connection to their modem/gateway tonight? Tech support told me they have multiple calls on this - sounds like they pushed out a bad firmware update. Just polling the audience about how widespread this issue is...

    @RogersHelps like everyone else on Twitter here today with Rogers ignite, it’s been garbage. Sound cutting in and out, internet intermittently cutting out. This is my first week using ignite and it has not been a good one.
