@Rogers I have been on the phone with your company for over an hour I am currently sitting on a “quick hold - 2 minutes tops” for 25 mins can you please do something better then keeping people in an endless loop of transfers and holds when they have an issue!

2 hours waiting on hold among 4 different people, lied to about wait times by two of them, and no closer to watching #AEWRevolution. On my birthday no less. Hey @AEW , may want to have a chat with @Rogers about how they treat your fans trying to buy your product.
