    @RogersHelps our internet is still out (for over an hour now) which means I am missing meetings. I called into support and scheduled a call backX which I just received. I was put on hold, never spoke to someone live, and then was hung up on. This is service???

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Your customer service is...less than optimal. I ordered services on 12 Aug, have not received the equipment despite numerous phone calls, and now have been charged for that service. This should not be that challenging. #Fail

    @LizaYuzda @Rogers @NEWS1130 Problem with this model is the cost to employers, with no rapid test available for small businesses and over 100 per test will the employees be responsible for paying for the test? Masks who cares doesn't matter but all those rapid tests who has them, how do we get them
