@Rogers Internet and phone down since noon today at M6M postal code area. 50-60 minute wait to talk to customer service just to ask of ETA when issues will be fixed. gotta do better.

It's *the* biggest deployment at work, and I can't follow it up because my entire street is having unstable internet connection (thanks, @Rogers). Also my son is coming up with a cold. How's your Monday?
