@RogersHelps I lost a day of work and didn’t have access to my bank or money services. I don’t pay for Rogers, but was still severely impacted. Where can I file a formal complaint, I’m considering sending a letter to my MP over this. Credits on what bill?

@DezanSocial @vote4robgill @Rogers It wasn't just phones, Rogers controls so much that even service Canada went down. Business's couldn't take interact or visa. Couldn't buy gas, food, most ATMs out of cash

@RogersHelps Too many outages for too long. Don’t see other networks having these problems. Too much money going to the board and not in service. Prices are outrageous. $420 for 2 cells and internet when I paid less for home phone, cell, cable and internet just 10 years ago.

Nearly FIVE HOURS on hold to speak to someone in mgmt @Rogers, someone picks up and the line suddenly “drops”. What kind of BS is this?! Five day service interruption and all you intend to credit is maybe $10 if I’m lucky? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! @RogersHelps 1/2

@shippguy2002 @Rogers Sorry but Rogers does as all huge companies do. The problem is not Rogers. The problem are the laws that limit true competition in Canada.

@Rogers: I depend on my cellphone to help run my business. Please don't pretend the #rogersoutage is fixed. Internet and email still aren't working. Your customers deserve to know this.

@VancityReynolds with the @Rogers outage can your people leverage that to push @Mintmobile even harder in Canada!? We need lower rates, better service.
