    I really don’t like to use this platform to complain. But if any of you use Rogers and have elderly parents please cancel ! They put my parents at risk and my dad had to goto the neighbours at 2 am to call 911! His neighbor also hasn’t had phone either who are also ill! @Rogers

    Dear @Rogers I've already cancelled 3 of my cell lines, believe when I say Telus has been calling. You changed the due date of my phone bill so you could collect like $11 in late fees. Soon it's going to cost you $370/mo from a decade long customer.

    Why is @Rogers such a lousy company? They have decided to do network maintenance now, 30 minutes into the business day. Why can't maintenance be done outside of business hours? Not acceptable! All services down and no ETA.

    I must say "Rogers sucks" at least once a week. And here again today, the @RogersHelps Ignite App is not working on any of my devices. Worked a few hours ago, no problem, but not working now. Why does Rogers suck? Because of things like this.
