I'M SO INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATED! Having a technician come over for the 2nd time so I can fix this internet issue. I just want to be able to consistently stream without random drops. @Rogers why you gotta be like this 😖

@RogersHelps I have done this process twice before.....I am done.....I'm tired of you telling me to reset my router.....and I'm tired of having Roger's contracted out people coming to my house and saying they fixed my issue...when nothing changes. You have **** service. Admit it

@RogersHelps It took 4.5 hours in total to get to the bottom of the issue. Hopefully it has been resolved. Rogers needs to increase customer service, also add the call back option to calls that have a long delay on hold so this way customers aren’t put on hold for 2 hours.

@Rogers phone company is something else. Their customer service literally has no idea what they’re doing. They charged us a month ago for a phone and on shipping day said it shipped and gave us back our deposit without saying anything. 🙃
