    yo @Rogers / @RogersHelps, please get your act together. this is absolutely unacceptable to be without service for 12+ hours. during a pandemic. thank god i have BELL internet. feel like a switch is gonna happen soon - on a mass scale.

    @Em2ily3 @RTVOxford @Rogers funny thing is not everyone is out, ive had no service since 9 am so about 3 hours now, where as my co worker has had service the entire time. Its frustrating.

    @RogersHelps Oh, it’s worse than “some“ and “intermittent.” It’s “many” and “dead for hours.” A severe, widespread service outage is bad. What’s even worse? Understating the problem and then no further updates for hours.
