I know @Rogers is having network issues, but when you go into a store, please don't take it out on the workers. They have the least amount of control and say over this. They're just relaying the info they have, just the same when Bell and Telus had their issues in the past.

  • Mellyprice Melly Mel (@Mellyprice) reported

@Rogers please get your act together. We are literally unable to call for medical help if we need it.

  • offthe_handle Angela (@offthe_handle) reported

@Rogers, @RogersHelps. Have you tried shutting down and restarting? I need to make phone calls.. #wirelessnetworkstilldown

  • IRHuman1 Michael Jager (@IRHuman1) reported

@RogersHelps This is a long time for this to be down. How about letting us know why it is down. Software update that failed? Hardware in the CO that went (and apparently has not redundancy)? I little more information would go a long way for some of us to understand the situation.

  • Sperorito lax_dad (@Sperorito) reported

@RogersHelps This has been down all day it needs to be fixed now!!!’ Have been disconnected from work all day!!!!!!

  • enochmlchan Enoch ML Chan (@enochmlchan) reported

@RogersHelps Its 3 PM and still not update or solution to the problem with Rogers wireless data and voice. So if an emergence had happens to my child or wife, and they can't get a hold of me, I'll be damn sure to file for grievance .@Rogers, @RogersHelps.

  • oktallu tallu (@oktallu) reported

@RogersHelps Shouldn't you, as a company, have safeguards in place to prevent this from happening? Overlapping network towers? Extremely unprofessional that this many customers have to experience this potentially dangerous inconvenience.

  • ldnneedsbetter Steve (@ldnneedsbetter) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps @jennaamxo The best part of this thread is how many people didn’t read their contract or service agreement. It’s all in there
