@RogersHelps Please update new policy for the Rogers employee line? Getting transferred over numerous times, each rep says a different answer regarding the employee line being discontinued. After nearly 3 hours on hold,I was told that customer care only deals with employee lines.

Once again having to deal with @Rogers because it’s not having to overpay (applies to all Canadian providers). You also have to put up with bad service.

@RogersHelps Why do I have a $125 charge for a home internet service that I never activated, initiated, or used and cancelled within 21 hours of first creating the account? 2 of your agents assured me I would have no charges once I called to cancel.

@RogersHelps Yes I was charged $400. I contacted customer service they said even if cellular data and roaming off they charge if I use wifi. That makes zero sense. I've travelled twice this year no issues I switched to Rogers and now I am being charged for using free wifi
