@johnref59 @RogersHelps The government has let Bell and Rogers monopolize the market and these companies treat us like we are a bunch of donkeys.

Anyone else on @Rogers experiencing a full outage in downtown Vancouver? Approximate area: Davie-Nelson and Cambie-Seymour. No signal, no data, calls fail for ~3 hours. Don’t have patience to wait 2 hrs for tech support to answer my call @RogersHelps

@LoveMy7Wood @Rogers @RogersHelps We had Rogers cell "service"; the "service" was absolutely useless but even then it was superior to their hopelessly inept "customer service". After 1 year we refused to renew; I told the guy who was trying to convince me reup that I wouldn't take Rogers again if was free,

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps apparently im told to put 40% down and im high risk! It's BS i have payment arrangements and been paying them and keep it contact but it's never good enough. I guess being a loyal customer for many years gets you no where so im fed up. @BellMobility is cheaper

@Rogers - once Bell fibre becomes available in more places you’re going to have to up your customer service game or lose a ton of customers

@RogersHelps I have it set up for my elderly mother with dementia who lives in a nursing home. Would it be that easy to accidentally add those? Or is it a little more difficult and staff would have had to do it? Need to cancel ASAP. Can I get it turned off so it can’t be added again?
