@Rogers After waiting for over an hour and reaching an agent “Kevin” who starts the process and gets my details, he tells me he’s having technical issues and he’ll have to transfer me to the onboarding team with another 45 mins wait time. This is utter nonsense.

@RogersHelps My internet disconnects several times per day. The only support your team offered was for me to pay more to get fibre. Ridiculous how I'd be told to pay more for a service when my current one doesn't even work.

If you are a @rogers #Ignite customer & you internet/tv keep disconnecting with error code RDK-03117... I think we all need to get together & complain to the @CRTC... & @BBB You’re paying for a service that DOESNT work.. it’s a well known issue

@Rogers @Rogers are you able to make changes / cancel to Ignite internet as I have been informed that only a select few can handle those inquiries?? As I now have 3 accounts in error and your hold times for customer service at 2 hours and 20 mins to 3 hours and 27mins.
