@RogersHelps recently got a text from a weird number (Florida area code) apologizing on behalf of Rogers and offering a rebate on service by clicking a link...scam maybe?

It’d be really cool if the @Rogers wifi that we pay for could be stable for more than 15 minutes. I get the outage probably messed some things up, but why do we lose service 4 times an hour?

Today when they prompted Canada's part of the #JWST image presentation, Montreal was offline. I wonder if this is fallout from @Rogers blackout, since apparently all is still not well with them.

@RogersHelps still NO service since 4:43 AM on Friday . Anna is “too busy” no agents available on chat when you attempt to call “call back later lines are too busy . How do you report issues or get ETA when even Robots are too busy to help & no email for Rogers to report issue?

Yo, @Rogers I had my cell data go down for 1 day and wasn't really impacted as I always had wifi. This $16 to my account is an insult to those who were actually impacted by the outage. You need to get a little more creative and effective with this compensation.

> Rogers to credit customers 5 days of service for outage How out of touch is @Rogers to think ~$10-12 makes up for days of no service? #rogersoutage If Telus is smart and not colluding with Rogers (cough), they’ll be running some promotions to steal customers.

@AbigailBimman Wow that's amazing. $13 credit for a weekend without cell service. $28 for missing out on cell and Internet, there goes potential hundreds of dollars in work to be done... Amazing job @Rogers

@Rogers says they will credit customers with 5 days of service for the recent massive #InternetOutage. Is this enough?

I can't even comment under @Rogers @RogersHelps post. That's ridiculous. “That's not acceptable. $130/month for such an unreliable network. A lot of things screwed up by not having signals. I lost hundreds of dollars and my company lost thousands”.

Let’s say we’re going off of minimum wage, @RogersHelps costed the average person $120 per day while their service was down but only refunding $15??? #RogersOutage2022 #cdnpoli #Rogers
