@RogersHelps You treat your loyal customers like garbage!I had to call you out twitter to get a response. After spending 3 hours on the phone with support today I was promised that my issue, created by you, will get fixed within 48hours. If that doesn’t happen you will hear from me again!

@RogersHelps Hi! Is Rogers cell service down again in Calgary? Data/text not working but voice calls are when connected to LTE. Same as last Thursday.

Had to switch @RogersHelps accounts when I moved to a new place. Sent equipment from old place back on time, still got charged $424. A customer rep told me today I won't be seeing that money again until mid- to late December. Merry Christmas to me!
