@RogersHelps There's no need to 'troubleshoot the connection' since your technician has identified the problem impacting the neighborhood. You're just not sending the crew to fix it.

  • bobmcdoogal Bobmcdoogal (@bobmcdoogal) reported

Internet out again for the 4th time in the past month @Rogers . Fix your internet problems

  • SandyBlueEyes1 Cronshaw's Carpet (@SandyBlueEyes1) reported

@RogersHelps You asked me to DM you but cannot find you on DM list for some reason. I have DMed people before. Are you able to DM me and start a thread? Anyway, my channels and apps on TV giving “Oops unfortunately feature is not working. Engineers hard at work to resolve. Audio works.

@bobmcdoogal @Rogers Again? Didn’t they have that massive outage a few months ago?

  • rachel06239223 rachel (@rachel06239223) reported

@rogers I cannot believe how many hours I’ve spent on phone calls and live chat trying to sort out how screwed over I’ve been when I cancelled a phone line because my partner died. Shockingly bad.

  • atrain3434 A.C.Anderson (@atrain3434) reported

@RogersHelps I’ve gone through tech support and everything seems fine on your side. I took the SIM out and reinserted as per suggestion and still doesn’t work.

  • ShandoGnar GandalftheYaY (@ShandoGnar) reported

@RogersHelps Nope. They just not it in my file and say there was nothing they can do. Trying to add/removing channels and packages. Its insane that if I wanted to cancel everything right now I can’t! It’s like my account is being held hostage

  • SBMiron Stephen (@SBMiron) reported

@Rogers I was looking into my finance plan when I bought a new phone last year, noticed with finace charges I am paying over $2,300 that is ridiculous if I had known I would have never agreed to that WTF

  • allisondubz allison (@allisondubz) reported

I have had quite literally the worst experience with @Rogers this week. Customer support saying I need to call the store, and the store saying I need to call customer support. Over and over. Not a single person will help me. Can’t wait to switch providers.
