    @RogersHelps It's an area problem you're chat person juat told me in London. Please tweet when fixed so I can ensure we are on line. Last time our modem didn't work and I had to call in to get fixed again.

    Hey @Rogers any idea how much longer we will be without internet/cable/phone service in #FrederictonNB Been out since about 12:30pm AST. Even data is spotty at best on the cellular side.

    7 hours now... And no communication from @RogersHelps ... Community forum not updated. Incident ticket not updated. By now you should have an ETA ... Or at least a quick update... Some customers are less autonomous with this, for example my old neighbor who asked me for help.

    @LaBuse56 Bell Aliant posted that their outage Northside is related to the NB Power pole fire. If you're northside I expect that is the same with Rogers. also a copper wire issue in Burton. unfortunately @RogersHelps doesn't appear to post a regional notice.
