    @Rogers Private message? The whole L7A has no rogers working. Its goes on and off frequently! I wonder u gonna say restart ur modem coz there nothing else we can do!! Stop copy pasting text to consumers and work on quality. You should have a SLA defined when ur services are down.

    Worst thing about internet service going down isn't the loss of productivity, income or time; it's the way your ISP treats you like you are unreasonable for expecting overpriced services to work. Thanks @Rogers; @RogersHelps; third major outage for the year. #CRTC WHY????

    @RogersHelps I wish @bell internet service was available in my area. My business services are all down because of the internet and phone being on one line feed. My clients all shaking their heads.. Thanks Rogers for making it unpleasant day for me.

    Hey @Rogers this is the third time in a single day my internet went down. I will send you DM then you will send a technician who will use a device to check the connection and things will be ok. Sometimes they change the BNC connector for no reason. And the cycle continues.

    @RogersHelps I’m unable to access your app for mobile services. Doesn’t recognize username and password despite having Touch ID. And get the following message “Something went wrong. We’re working to fix this as soon as possible, please check back later.” It’s been a week, lame.
