@RogersHelps I have a no RF signal error. I signed up for updates 3 times in the last 2 days and nothing. I was supposed to get an email within 24 hours.
@Rogers wondering why you guys do not service @cityofhamilton, or probably only limited areas. Lack of competition sucks and we have been losing on good deals
3) it’s not like @RogersHelps doesn’t have ALL of a customer’s contact info. You can text me offers on new phones and extra data all the time! But total radio silence on service and outage updates. #Fail on all levels…😡
@rogers and @RogersHelps - a giant communications company completely inept at communicating crisis info. Total radio silence. Like, I have all of your apps and the latest message on MyRogers is from 2018! No info on depth of the problem or when we can expect service restoration…
@Rogers Saturday our power was off for approx 12 hours. When it went out we lost our internet and Roger’s home phone but still had Roger’s cell service. After 3-4 hours our cell service went down and if there was an emergency we had no way of calling 911. This is unacceptable.
@RogersHelps @Michael71475323 I have cable with Rogers and internet with Fido. Havent had service since the storm. I assume that Rogers is aware and taking care of Fido service too. Correct?

@RogersHelps We should have received emails or automated calls regarding this. There was nothing posted online either. Brutal. You need proactive steps always prepared for Emergency. This is amateur hour
