    @RogersHelps "I have already tried calling multiple times over the last 2 weeks, including a recent wait of over 80 minutes with no response. It is unacceptable to force me back to a phone line that doesn't work for a problem your system created by adding 2 unauthorized lines.

    @RogersHelps My grandma does dialysis at home sometimes my phone can’t even connect to service and I’m OUTSIDE in a city lol

    @RogersHelps I’ve been a Rogers customer for 30 years…I don’t think a phone call with a REAL person to resolve this is an unreasonable request.

    @RogersHelps going on close to 48 hours of no service with zero accountability and no expected resolution time. Area of outage is Yonge and York Mills. Two days of being unable to work because of zero internet.

    @Canucks @Rogers Core memories after a last place season is a stretch. Fans showed up and got a terrible product all year, this doesn’t make up for that.

    @RogersHelps I had to sign up for an extra channel last year which I guess I dont need now. And then I gotta pay all this money for cable to watch 3 things I can watch on tsn+ for 90% less than Roger's. Ever since youbswitch to this Xfinity service Roger's has been absolutely terrible
