We’d agreed that I need a tech to come out and look at the installation. The service to the router is about 60% of what it should be. I was told a call was coming to schedule.

Lulu (@lulu5109) reported@RogersHelps I’ve been transferred between 3 Rogers agents for hours with no resolution. My internet drops multiple times daily, I have to manually reboot the modem 4+ times/day because it won’t reconnect on its own, and it’s affecting my work from home.
