@CLOzborne @RogersHelps Hey @TELUS we are incredibly happy with your service and plan. Maybe you can help my daughter make the switch from #rogers. I’m tired of her calls dropping from her new(ish) phone. 🤓 #momhelp

  • bj_your Your Weekly BJ (@bj_your) reported

@ColonelAngus17 @Rogers @NDP The state of telecomm service in this country is disgusting.

  • CajunFox64 Cajun ⎛⎝ Fox ⎠⎞ (@CajunFox64) reported

I find it sad that a company like @Rogers can shut your phone down in a second if you don't pay a bill but I've received over 60 spam calls from the same number over the course of 2 months and they can't put two brains cells together to block spam callers on their own network.

  • kasscruciano Kassandra Cruciano (@kasscruciano) reported

Hi @RogersHelps - I've been dealing with an on and off, and slow internet connection all day. We spend hundreds per month with Rogers, and I would think that a consistent and reliable connection (when there is 0 other usage happening in my home) is not an unreasonable ask.

  • MinionMania18 Minion (@MinionMania18) reported

@RogersHelps When is STIR/SHAKEN coming to the Rogers Network? Hopefully all unauthenticated calls will be automatically blocked. However, it would be nice if you allow your customers to outright block calls by country at the carrier level or offer ANI spoofing detection as a service.

  • CreativeBlueON CreativeBlueON (@CreativeBlueON) reported

@RogersHelps It came back by itself about 30 min later. Never had such regular cut offs in my previous location. :( And I have a shielded Ethernet Cable Category 8 directly hookup to my modem. The strongest you can get.

  • mol_I_hua Mo Li Hua 茉莉花 (@mol_I_hua) reported

Dear @Rogers could you please make sure the internet stops going down that would be nice its so annoying when you're tryin to work ok thanks. From a customer that pays way too much for this crap to be happening all the time.

  • vineeta46 Ethiraju (@vineeta46) reported

@RogersHelps internet down again from 2:00 pm and this is a repeat every 2 months and do you guys have any plans of putting this to bed permanently or should I look for a provider. #notgood #workingfromhome #rogersproblems

  • ColonelAngus17 Colonel Angus🍊🌹 (@ColonelAngus17) reported

It took me five phone calls and hours of soul sucking, time theiving frustration to cancel and resolve billing issues with @Rogers but it *should* be done. Canadians clearly deserve better than this. #cdnpoli @NDP

@RogersHelps Smart home monitoring app has been extremely slow and unresponsive for most of the day. What’s going on?
