@RogersHelps @Rogers Bunch of thieves. You should have paused all billing until the credit is giving back to customers. You’re quick to schedule the monthly bill. Where is our credit?? Done with Rogers and their Bs. Bell offers cheaper and more reliable service

  • _KerryEM Kerry (@_KerryEM) reported

Really fed up with @RogersHelps intermittent outages. Five between 9 am-5pm on Mon alone, two so far today. What does it say about one of the top 3 ISPs in Canada, that they can’t address this ongoing issue? Two years and counting.

  • Zach_Fleisher Zach Fleisher (@Zach_Fleisher) reported

@RogersHelps It hasn't been restored. Still having issues. Please fix your network!

  • ZemanelV José Green (@ZemanelV) reported

@Rogers all I wanted for compensation from the outage was out of $169 contract that's left on one of my tablets that I got conned into by one of your phone Representatives through their deceptive ways basically lying probably just to meet their quota.1/2

  • nemich1234 Canadian (@nemich1234) reported

@Bobier22 @Rogers Rogers! If you were really that sorry you wouldn’t be insulting everyone with a 5 day credit! You would be crediting every single customer telephone number that was effected a 400.00 credit!

  • DjWimu Wisam mustafa (@DjWimu) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Where is our 5 day credit??? You charge your monthly bills on time but don’t pay back days you didn’t have service for? So much for your CEO promising 5 days credit.

  • ZemanelV José Green (@ZemanelV) reported

@RogersHelps Let me out of my contract so I can go down to a lower tier package to help me save money, that's all I want for compensation and I even want to stay with Rogers if I'm let out of my contract. If not I'll be canceling my service and never use Rogers products ever again

  • pwethic Brad sloan (@pwethic) reported

@RogersHelps The app needs to be deleted every day and then reinstalled for it to stream games. I use Apple TV for the Sportsnetnow application. Please fix as most people seem to be having the same problem. We pay for a service that doesn’t work.

  • SurlyCripple Derek (@SurlyCripple) reported

@erincandy @RogersHelps My supervisor is having the same issues. Completely unreliable now.

  • 2fronttweets Welfare ***** (@2fronttweets) reported

@RogersHelps whoever is the driver of unit 130009 drives like an ******* and cutting off transport trucks, illegal lanes changes could end up costing peoples lives and you getting sued. Considering they’re adults. A little responsibility wouldn’t hurt.
