So it’s been 4 days now @Rogers and we still can’t watch Ignite tv. PVR recordings stop so does live TV And nowhere to call for support? Regret switching to this.

@RogersHelps has resorted to not even replying. That’s fine. Been a customer over 20years. Selling my house and buying a new one. Rogers won’t be our provider after that. It’s either treat customers like we deserve or money goes elsewhere. Seems simple enough to me.

I have ROGERS IGNITE which includes INTERNET and still haven’t got full service back@on TV or Internet! What’s this bullshit about 2 days credit??? It’s dragging in to 4 days of LOUDY SERVICE or NO SERVICE from @Rogers Maybe BELL is a better answer!
