@RogersHelps I don't understand how it can be so difficult for Ignite TV to be restored without never-ending glitches? And don't give me that "we have now restored services to the vast majority" crap.

Wondering if @Rogers is going to say anything about customers who still are without service. My phone is back but home internet STILL out. How much longer is this gonna last?

@richramos78 @RogersHelps I’m more annoyed that Rogers is gaslighting telling media everything is good now. So all of us with issues feel isolated.

@RogersHelps “in the wake of yesterday’s service interruptions” implies that it’s over. a lot of us still don’t have any wifi or cell service. fix this now.

@CP24 @Rogers Ignite still down. Glitchy. I know many in and around gta still not working 100% For those of us working from home/ small businesses, 2 days credit does not cut it.

Oh @RogersHelps …my ignite tv not back to normal. I can’t even get TFC game & CFL game cuts out literally every 10 seconds. If this is considered restoration of service, I want much more than 2 day credit. I’ve been loyal customer for 20 years. But this may be last straw. #FedUp

.@RogersHelps still seeing heavy packet loss ~2%, slow pings and dropped connections with broadband in ON. Basically impossible to get work done, that's 2 days of work lost. Is there any ETA on when the service quality is restored to acceptable levels?

@RogersHelps @CBCNews Means they can bully Canadians into thinking it's helping, but it really isn't when an employee calls my mother who is sick at 4 am that's a god damn problem. You guys couldn't handle the service traffic yet you monopolize the market with expensive rate plans CRTC should allow

@RogersHelps Even though the internet is now up, speed is amazingly SLOW. Wonder if Rogers is going to provide internet speeds as per the package we are paying for. @RogersBiz @Rogers
