@RogersHelps Red wireless says @Rogers @RogersHelps does the credit check and decide down payment part. They are not able to help me unless Rogers says otherwise. I would like someone to review my Credit history again and communicate to them or via my account to resolve this down payment issue. Please advise, thank you.

This was brilliant - we had tears in our eyes when they made it safely through. Thanks very much to the worst communications company in Canada - @Rogers for forcing me to reboot the box in the middle of it and missing valuable minutes of watching it live.

@Rogers your customer service is useless, no internet since 7am - it’s now 10:15pm. You can’t get through for a status update and your stupid app is down for maintenance!

@RogersHelps I disconnected my tv from my wifi network and reconnected it. The signal is apparently better according to my app from Rogers so we'll see if this issue stops happening. It has happened a few times during baseball games in 4K!

@RogersHelps Yes I did after almost 3 hours. They mentioned it was network related issue and it got fixed after 12 hours! Surprisingly my wife and neighbors who are all on Rogers have no issues at all! Its my business phone and I lost 12 hours of work without satisfactory explanation. Thanks

@RogersHelps I have been in the queue for Rogers mobility technical support for just over 2 hours now. Is there any point in continuing? Will anyone answer at some point?

@RogersHelps since 12pm with no internet, it says the network outage in my area is “in progress” every hour and never resolved but you guys don’t miss a minute to over charge for your horrible service.

@Rogers Just received another email asking me to pay $834.86 now on top of $333. New customer with 700+ credit score and solid payment history, yet @Rogers & @Redwireless keep asking for unexpected down payments. Order showed $0 down, then $447.50, then $333, and now $834.86 more. This is extremely frustrating and feels misleading. Requesting urgent resolution. #Rogers #CustomerExperience #Canada
