@RogersHelps just spent two hours and 22 minutes trying to deal with some issues with Rogers. To be told that I only spoke to somebody for 10 minutes and I have no records of the last almost two half hours of conversation and then got disconnected.!!!!

I don’t know who’s in charge at Rogers in terms of this outage/customer service, but whoever it is, should be fired and replaced with someone who knows what ******** they are doing @RogersHelps

If you want to spend your Sunday afternoon watching slow, choppy, constantly freezing @nhl streams with SUPER LOUD unwanted commercial breaks and to OVERPAY for it, then @Rogers @Sportsnet NOW has you covered! 😤 This is beyond pathetic service! 🤬
