@RogersHelps I think Rogers can deal with this situation publicly. @cbcgopublic what is the number of billing cycles that a customer who has returned their phone on upfront edge contract expect a refund? No one at Rogers can answer this simple question. When asked, answers vary.

@RogersHelps I had to fight with the app for over 30 minutes before the app stopped crashing. I restarted both my device & the app. Didn’t fix the issue at the time.

@Rogers why are you having technical difficulties very time I try to cancel a theme pack on my tv? Self service prompts u to call. 1 - 1.5 hour wait to talk to someone. It happens every single time, technical error may ***! Hoping I change my mind before I get thru. No chance

@Rogers I drive most of the time and I use Siri to make calls which most drivers use and after a call is made, there is no warning that call has been made directly and Roger’s will just charge you for the whole talk in next billing cycle without any notice. tired of this crap.
