My @Rogers home internet is again down and as usual I was told that my whole neighborhood is down. Escalation sup, Raj, finally told me their Node/Server is down; it was down in May also for > 24 hrs. #CRTC you have no teeth or no intention???

Hi @Rogers I have been trying to reach out to customer care support and kept on waiting and even if get to reach someone they will make you reach who is unreachable. literally ur Wifi service sucks nd can't even go 2 any meetings😑 time for change @Sumanthumesh25
