@Micanushi @RogersHelps @StachSean Not at out house either (Fairview Mall area). Intermittent TV screen freeze and/or blackout. Intermittent Internet on laptop. Data usage on Mobile phone extremely high usage. Lies from Rogers CEO don't placate me!

  • WylECoyote1 Howard Gaines (@WylECoyote1) reported

@CTVToronto @rogers system is NOT back online to the full extent. Internet is slow and most HD TV channels are showing “unavailable- please try again later.” And the HD channels with a signal are pixelating so bad as to be unwatchable. Bring in the American providers.

  • systemcorrupt System Corrupt (@systemcorrupt) reported

.@Rogers internet services are still not functioning properly. Connection drops, slow speed, limited access to some websites and services; and for @Fidomobile VoLTE not working. When will it be fixed?

  • CPEEL593H Toujours Vivant (@CPEEL593H) reported

@Going4theGreen @Rogers I was having problems as well with audio & video drops. I rebooted the gateway box, remove power. After restarting, I powered down smaller box and powered it back up. So far so good.

  • ampharan Ron (@ampharan) reported

@RogersHelps @Debba1c Rogers needs to drop the script reading and give out the CEOs email and have him respond to customers and tell how he make it right ( giving free month to everyone in Canada who lost service on each device at a minimum)

  • iamdavidcjones David C. Jones (he/him) (@iamdavidcjones) reported

  • saramachen Sara Machen (@saramachen) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers When Rogers prepares our “credit” for lost service, I hope they take into account the fact that some of us lost a day of wages.

@PaulaJR34 @AboutRogers @Rogers Yeah, I’ll believe it when I see it! Rogers should give everyone a month of free service!!!!!!

  • Garrett51406643 Garrett (@Garrett51406643) reported

@RogersHelps your insignificant credit of 3$! is a slap in the face! I expected better of you! As a customer with Fido this was the final straw, I canceled 2 other lines and ported to bell I'm working on my last line now a 12 year service with Fido / Rogers is over!
