@Rogers Your service today has been horrible. I have been a Customer for 25 years. Tech support will not send a technician to figure out the issue with my cable box. Their solution is either upgrade to Ignite or rent new boxes. That is not a solution or customer service.

@Rogers @NHL You are the worst company in the world. I’m trying to add a line and new phone for my daughter’s birthday and it’s over an hour and still don’t have it. I’ve called 5 times with different reps who don’t know what they’re doing. Be ashamed for brutal service!
