    @RogersHelps you didn’t help me at all. I spend $500 a month with you and you can’t take care of your costumers. After 5hrs between being on hold and than talking to someone. I hope everyone leaves this company that just doesn’t give a ****😡😡😡

    Is anyone else having issues with @RogersHelps wifi? Mine’s down, which means ALL of my services are down. They told me that it was a widespread outage, but a few neighbours I asked aren’t have any issues…weird.

    @RogersHelps It seems to be exactly what Rogers wants. It keeps happening ? With no solution, tech support reading from generic scripts and third party techs coming out with no idea how anything works. DO BETTER

    @RogersHelps You idiots keep saying its on my end and to upgrade my devices and theres nothing you can do wtf is that? And I still have to pay to cancel ? Absurd

    @RogersHelps so much for doing better & being transparent. Not having an ETR is unacceptable. Don't care about "compensation" as it will never cover my actual costs. Your crews should be providing ETR updates on a regular basis so agents can pass it on #badcustomerservice

    @RogersHelps I spent an hour and change on a call with your call center, and didn't really get any resolution, as they didn't know why my payment date changed either.

    @rogers has to have the worst customer service in the world! With all the new streaming option you would think they would put some effort into customer service! #deathofcable
