Hey @RogersHelps TV service is still not restored in my area. My ignite TV is so choppy it’s unwatchable. Neighbours on Facebook community group are also having similar issues. Can’t call into technical support because it just hangs up on me saying no one can take my call. Help!

@Maple_Leaf_Fan @chrisd01_ @RogersHelps The contract says that I get 100mbps internet for a month when I pay if I do not receive this service the contract is null hence to why I already got the money back for the month via chargeback :)

@RogersHelps my @Rogers ignite is not working. I tried chatting with your team and that didn’t work. I tried calling and your message said you’re experiencing high traffic volumes and to “call back later”. So here I am on Twitter. Is @Rogers Ignite is down?
