Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported@Gork Instead of spending $500 million on a contract with Vladimir Guerrero Jr., how many additional call centre agents could @Rogers have hired to help reduce customer service backlogs and improve response times—both annually and over the full duration of the contract?

CanuckArgento (@CanuckArgento) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers every single customer support that ive dealt with was in india...they have absolutely no idea wtf they are doing

Pastor Steve Cioccolanti (@PastorSteve) reportedT-Mobile In Europe it stands for Terrible-Mobile. Weak to no signal in several countries :( Our Canadian friend no dropout in same places. It’s called @Rogers no one’s ever heard of it, but it works. @TMobile
-
BB (@bbbrazil__) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Syed57961202 @Rogers The data is still in Canada and all the big banks and most if not all big Canadian companies require Canadian data and cloud service locations. But it’s the internet and can be accessed from elsewhere.
-
Just Bored (@Breakin_Normal) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I keep getting calls from Roger’s, Telus and bell and most times you can barely hear them from all the background noise. You can tell they are not in Canada so usually I just act like I can’t hear them and hang up. Not like I want to sign up to new service like that.
-
Mertecracker (@JWatson42) reported@RogersHelps Is there an email solution? I did try the online chat, but they weren't able to access what was required.
-
Calvin Ing (@cal920c) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers When I called bell, unless it was an after hours call. It was usually from a Canadian call center. Same with Air Canada. When I called at 2:00 am though, I did get an Indian call center, but thankfully my problem got solved.
-
K D (@_kd2357) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Telus is the worst, their call center is in which I would assume Mexico and they just keep bouncing you around to different departments because no one wants to help you.

Joey Prefontaine (@northshorejoey) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers My recent call had this woman who didn't speak English, couldn't enunciate her words and mumbled. When you take Jobs away from Canadians in Canada and move your call center to countries that pay less to save money will never have customer service.
