Hi @RogersHelps your customer service is beyond horrible. I've been dealign with an issue since Nov 27. I cannot access my bill or my account. Your customer service tells me no one is available. Very unhappy customer.

@RogersHelps if it turns out the note is she was now isolated to one or two streets that are far away from mine in Unionville, then I really hope they don't decide to keep disconnecting the service for all of Unionville just because of one street.

@WidowHouse @Rogers I sympathise 😞 I’ve had a four month battle to get good internet service again after the provider had a major area wide failure which was not properly fixed. Finally (touch wood) it is working!!!
