    My @Rogers Ignite service has been crashing every 2 minutes since April 8. After 3 separate service calls the system keeps crashing. Today a rude tech tells me after 10 days its a neighbourhood problem. One for the maintenance crew and 7 more days of spotty service. OMG!

    @RogersHelps Is there a problem with accessing voicemail from mobile devices? I get error performing request. unknown error when calling '1'.

    @RogersHelps could someone please contact me regarding no internet? I have unplugged the modem for two minutes, plugged it back in and only have a flashing orange light. I just got home from work but it has been down all day.
