Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • SumaiyaAh Sumaiya (@SumaiyaAh) reported

@RogersHelps Thanks. Is it possible to cancel through DM. I have called about 6 times and waited three hours each time to cancel it.

  • britishkriss Kristoffer Harris (@britishkriss) reported

@RogersHelps Shitty customer service to just leave your customers in the lurch with no updates whatsoever

  • pozpiggy86 Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported

@fanCRTCProfling @Rogers @CRTCeng Here's the best part. Rogers offered a $99 gigabit internet and TV package, which sold a LOT more subscriptions than they ever expected. In short, Rogers over-sold their network AGAIN and refuses to upgrade the network, and instead spends its money on things like the 60 project!

  • R_L_Raymond R L Raymond (@R_L_Raymond) reported

@RogersHelps Already called in. No ETA, no solution. Area outage. So sorry. Short downtime understandable; hours, not really.

  • ITZBromley BROMLEY 🇨🇦🇨🇦 (@ITZBromley) reported

**** I STILL HAVE @Rogers dial up internet

  • Tryphyna Shana-Marie (@Tryphyna) reported

@RogersHelps But since your team hadn't given me the tracking, & purolator didn't tag my door...I had NO IDEA. This upgrade experience has been the worst I've ever had, and I'm actually considering buyers remorse and canceling Rogers. I can pay too much for too little anywhere. Change my mind

  • R_L_Raymond R L Raymond (@R_L_Raymond) reported

@RogersHelps not so great to have no internet in #Ldnont for a few hours. Work? School? Forget it. Terrible.

  • someone77506676 someoneelse (@someone77506676) reported

@chrispoulin1 @RogersHelps I am having problems with my cable in Waterloo Region, I have audio but nothing is showing on the screen and I have everything plugged in

  • douglj Doug Littlejohn (@douglj) reported from Brampton, Ontario

@bluejays416 @RogersHelps We finally got everything fixed last Saturday. It was an issue at the street.

  • britishkriss Kristoffer Harris (@britishkriss) reported

@decca_digital @rogershelp @Rogers Not to mention they give you the same automated copy and paste response to this **** too
