    @RogersHelps And they haven’t been able to address the issue and seem helpless - raised a concern with them !! I would like to definitely consider alternatives outside of Rogers.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps And now you're THROTTLING me?! Unreal! Absolutely unreal! I've been stuck in the dark and cold for four days and the ONE thing I've been able to say was that Rogers stepped up to do the right thing and help their customers and you pull this.

    @RogersHelps And your technical staff…. Useless and a waste of time. They don’t even ready the original issue then give an answer that isn’t related. Forced to buy a new SIM card that has only made the issue worse

    @RogersHelps I watched ET on Global today and Described Video was off. If Big Brother is in Global at 7 p.m. and ET is only aired on NBC it's off. When ET is on Global and NBC Described Video is on. Fix it.
