Let’s say we’re going off of minimum wage, @RogersHelps costed the average person $120 per day while their service was down but only refunding $15??? #RogersOutage2022 #cdnpoli #Rogers

  • jameserwilk James Wilk (@jameserwilk) reported

13 Million @Rogers customers 15 Billion in profit. They can give us all $75 or about one month service and still walk away from their disaster with 14 billion. @CP24 @CityNewsTO

  • BenPNicholson Ben P. Nicholson (@BenPNicholson) reported

@AbigailBimman Wow that's amazing. $13 credit for a weekend without cell service. $28 for missing out on cell and Internet, there goes potential hundreds of dollars in work to be done... Amazing job @Rogers

  • Clark_SM7 T-Ballz🔺 (@Clark_SM7) reported

@CTVNews I am pretty sure there could be some seniors who just died that day simply because there was no access to 911 emergency service. @RogersHelps @Rogers need to be held accountable. Break these monopolies! Don't let tragedies & accidents like this happen again. ✊✊

  • Mikebelliott Michael Elliott (@Mikebelliott) reported

It’d be really cool if the @Rogers wifi that we pay for could be stable for more than 15 minutes. I get the outage probably messed some things up, but why do we lose service 4 times an hour?

  • thetrueBigBoss Greg/MG4R (@thetrueBigBoss) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps it wasn't bad enough you guys were down for an entire day but now you can't even keep a stable connection to home. Why do I pay for a service that can't stay stable???

  • steelpole78 steelpole78 (@steelpole78) reported

@OttawaCitizen @CRTC I don't belive we will ever know the "TRUTH" about the @Rogers service outgage on July 8th. We need immediate transparency on how a multi-billion dollar conglomerate has literally proved they are unreliable and untrustworthy.

  • Willillillillil Will R. (@Willillillillil) reported

I can't even comment under @Rogers @RogersHelps post. That's ridiculous. “That's not acceptable. $130/month for such an unreliable network. A lot of things screwed up by not having signals. I lost hundreds of dollars and my company lost thousands”.

  • EmpressShanras 𝓢𝓾𝓰𝓪 𝓛𝓲𝓹𝓼 💋 (@EmpressShanras) reported

@CP24 @Rogers as far as I'm concerned you owe the whole of Canada. I'm not your customer but I was affected eh.

  • jameserwilk James Wilk (@jameserwilk) reported

15 Billion dollar company gives pennys to customers for taking down the entire financial system @Rogers do better. 6 mos. That class action of 400$ each sounds really nice right now. @RogersHelps @CP24 #internetdown
