Alex A. (@AlexAgnew1) reportedI see why I left @Rogers years ago. They bait you with a $35 Can/US plan in January as an EPP, then literally 7 months later they raise the price $5 bucks a month. Couldn’t even give a customer the rate they advertised for one year….

GoodMorning 💋♥️✨❌⭕️💫👠 (@LJW61) reported@RogersHelps I requested Shaw come to my home on Sunday, August 16. You guys never showed up, you owe me a $75 credit. Shaw did finally come to my home on Saturday August 22 and did the work they needed to do. Two days later the box Rogers just worked on is ripped open wires are missing.

George Glass (but not imaginary)✌️™ (@shoelettuce) reportedFour times now on different days at different times, @Rogers has told me “we’re currently experiencing extremely high call volume and cannot help, please call again later” and disconnected me. Is this a joke??

Clint (@clintculture) reported@RogersHelps and @Rogers is refusing to help clear up fraudulent accounts it created by misusing my private info. #RogersFraud

etaimz 🇨🇦 (@etaimz) reported@Rogers just severely nerfed its rewards program. If you were a loyal customer and accumulated $1,500 in rewards, they are now worth $1,000. This must be some kind of a record. Is @Rogers going to make it right with its most loyal customers?

Kanuk1 (@Kanuk110) reportedYou have the worst customer service on the planet. Just bought MSLE and can't answer a phone..over an hour on hold and the ****** guys and gals at the top are raking it in..may the lord bless you with something incurable @Rogers

DNA does not lie! (@dnadoesnotlie) reported@Bell_Aliant @Rogers As an unusual homebase customer, I happen to have Rogers TV and Internet and cellular service and I love their cellular service and their TV service is excellent I also happen to have Bell TV service, Internet service and landline service I do not think you will ever find that many customers who have those services from both companies so I can honestly give you a true opinion on them both The one thing about Rogers is that the majority of their employees are Canadian that means that they keep the Canadian dollars that are paid for their services in Canada. Keep Canadians employed and paying Canadian taxes. Bell, on the other hand has a majority of their employed staff outside of Country. They are sending Canadian dollars that are paid for a service in Canada to other nations and other citizens and other countries and other countries taxes that means those two dollars away from Canadians and away from the Canadian taxpayers when most honest Canadian people have to keep paying, however, the companies get around it Also, very unacceptable
