Not in a chatting mood unless it includes: So sorry, we are completely incompetent, have no idea what's going on, and no clue how long it will take to fix because we SUCK

@RogersHelps Rogers should be prorating the internet bill for such long outages. At the very least don’t charge for cellular data today as that’s the only way I am able to connect to the internet today. At this point we’re literally paying for no service and also losing money in the process.
