@Rogers then I was told i needed to get a 5G SIM card which i already told them, my SIM wasn't the issue. Since i switched the SIMs, the problem has gotten 10x worse and my services are unusable

@RogersHelps The system has been total garbage all weekend long. We've tried restarting, refreshing... Fast forward, it won't stop! Same with rewind. Screens take a long time to load, eg the guide. Volume goes in & out on the program. #rogersoutage

Hey @RogersHelps - services aren’t working, I’m trying to log into my account to see why, I tried multiple times to log in but your every time I select to text me a code to confirm, I was never sent anything, and now I’ve been locked out of my account for trying too many times.
