    @IdleNoMoreNadia @RogersHelps But whatever they offer will never be as good as what you can get elsewhere. With every company, no point in customer loyalty anywhere. Only new customers get rewards and great deals anywhere. And even the best deal from Rogers is much higher than any other company.

    @IdleNoMoreNadia @RogersHelps I get it…it was hard for me to leave too. Seemed complicated. I finally just went into a store and started asking qs. It should say on your bill what is left to pay for a phone if you got one. And you pay ahead a month for service.

    Hey @rogers our whole community has been contacting you for weeks now about lack of service. After an hour on the phone today they dropped my call and didn't call back. Why are we paying for service you're not providing? Horrendous customer service! No Internet No TV #rogersout

    @Rogers worst worst worst experience! While I bought plan, sells guy offered connection in 3 day but then scheduled after 10 days, and again then they cancelled appointment and rescheduled after 4 more day. That’s how do you provide service? Don’t ever go with Rogers wifi

    @RogersHelps If you want to @RogersHelps then get someone to return my call! Someone who actually has the power to do something! This is a ridiculous lack of customer service. 21 customers in our community are leaving Rogers for this reason. I've DM'd my number.

    Hi @Rogers! You didn’t cancel my account 2.5 years ago. Now your collections agency is billing me over $1000. The email and phone you “notified” were discontinued with the account. Your staff keep transferring me, hanging up, or leaving me on hold. Fix this.
