Due to unfair billing practices I will be switching away from @Rogers wireless effective immediately. It’s a shame that you have chosen to annoy a long time customer like me. Enough is enough with your lousy customer service and overcharging!

@CRTCeng you need to make sure that not only does @Rogers explain the outage but there is an end to monopolies in our Canadian wireless world. There's no reason we should be paying exponentially more that the U.S.

@RogersHelps Received a “Rogers” email asking to approve a new Service Agreement. Asks for login credentials on roger-membership-center.square.xxxx (replace xxxx with ‘site’). Password field is open text.

@Thomas_Howden @RogersHelps It's insanity. A country wide outage, and people stuck overseas without service, my biggest fear, and nothing. A statement saying "on your next bill there will a credit" and of course there isn't. Can't have any competition when you have monopoly. Total BS.
