49 mins online trying to upgrade a @RogersHelps plan. Submit the order. It's says OOPS something went wrong. Your order may not have worked. Now on hold on phone for 36 mins. As usual. The wonderful NON CUSTOMER SERVICE of Rogers strikes again.

@michalhay Excellent reminder that @JohnTory continues to sit on the @Rogers Control Trust at $100K a year, or 50%+ his public salary. He refuses to step down. The mayor of Toronto’s biggest city, with new powers to govern with 8 councillors total, is a part time mayor TO deserves better

@RogersHelps @Rogers I really wish Rogers goes bankrupt, I hate their internet service. I pay $150 a month and get 0.15mbps upload speed and 19mbps download speed. Its been like this from last 7 moths. I called them multiple times but they don't care about their customers at all

@Sportsnet @Rogers Your sportsnet now service absolutely sucks! You have ruined a great service that NHL Live was since you taken it over. Not being able to select the broadcast of the team you want to watch is complete B.S. You should be showing the home teams broadcasters.

Hey @RogersHelps I called 1-866-695-9368 at 3:55 pm today. Said I would receive a callback and not lose my place in line. It’s now 7:30pm. I’ve wasted my night waiting for you to call. You have the best customer service!! 🤮

@MarkBourrie It comes in waves, duct cleaning for a few days, then credit card problems, then CRA, then today back to Rogers (who I talked to ages ago and was told they don’t make cold calls). @RogersBiz is this still true?

@RogersHelps Update. When actually cancelling the rep offered $1 less than Bell for still worse service (500mbps vs bell's gigabit). Too little too late. If you have the worse product don't mess with your customers.

@Simon818 @Rogers I only have my phone. I switched to Bell as I wasn't able to find any smaller carriers that weren't affiliated with Rogers in some way that had more extensive data plans. I tend to use a lot. But I'm a hell of a lot happier here. Their phone service is much less painful.
