Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • inxyxmi Λ Y (@inxyxmi) reported

@adilally3 @RogersHelps The service is actually much better now so idk what you’re talking about.

  • jonirwin Jon Irwin (@jonirwin) reported

@RogersHelps And @Rogers you should have sent out a notification to your users now I want people to know how you treat your internet users unless you want to pay me back for lost work or give me a free month we have nothing further to discuss.

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@Jinxxed4life83 @CRTCeng @RogersHelps It's not 'their' rules per se, it's a part of the roaming agreements between the providers. If you are using another providers' network most of the time, they would want you to pay them rather than their competition. That's fair, no?

  • Buck_Weiland SendChaissonToTheMOON (@Buck_Weiland) reported

@Canucks @Rogers First goal gotta be save, pettersson handed em one and podz takes a stupid penalty…so frustrating

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@adilally3 @inxyxmi @RogersHelps Freedom is only a regional provider so coverage on their network is more dependent on location. Their 'Nationwide' network is roaming on the other networks and limits data allotment

  • CBadenov Badenov (@CBadenov) reported

@Rogers ive called multiple times, all i will say is all the people i know in ottawa who use rogers have major internet latency issues, not a single person doesnt experience this that i know of, i dont want this issue fixed for me specifically, its only fixed if it works for everyone

  • CBadenov Badenov (@CBadenov) reported

@rogers you're an internet service provider that has no idea how to provide internet service, you guys are ****, every game is unplayable despite me paying for your gigabit plan, changing isp asap

  • Josefi1231 Josef (@Josefi1231) reported

@Canucks @Rogers Our game is so slow and we play with no energy. We suck and don’t deserve to make the playoffs

  • LockeKevin Kevin (@LockeKevin) reported

@RogersHelps @jonirwin I'm having the same problem. Contractor says it will be out 3-4 hrs. 2 people now can't work from home. Totally unacceptable

  • albuckle Ashley B (@albuckle) reported

Roxanne @RogersHelps is the most lovely! They spent so long trying to get our issues resolved. Thank you! Ignite being out meant no internet, cable or phone leaving mom with no access to anything once I go to work. In a world of wfh and online schooling access is vital. 1/2
