@RogersHelps Hi Rogers, fix your DNS servers they have been constantly going offline over the last couple of weeks. Frustrating when you use Ignite and cannot change your DNS settings to point at something more reliable 😉

@RogersHelps Thanks for making it an easy decision to cancel my wireless service and switch to another provider. Making it impossible to upgrade my device online was the clincher. Can't stand the infinite loop of error messages. I'm out.

@RogersHelps This is on the ignite TV app, not the Box. I can send screenshots as well. No....that always causes problems. My set top box is working fine, but can't watch on app. Not going to jinx it and risk losing my internet entirely. Thanks anyways.

Hey @Rogers your process to help customers when their phone number is stolen is seriously broken. You leave customers at signifcant risk for further fraud for no reason. Super disappointing and dangerous.

@RogersHelps hi folks We are suffering from a faulty modem that is rebooting 4-7 times a day now. It started a couple of weeks ago with a reboot here and there. Ever increasing in frequency. The rest of our services are fine. We’re working from home this is becoming a problem

But that BREAKS an awful lot of EXISTING device configurations @Rogers. You want to offer a new feature, great. Good for you! But to break things, at scale, by default is a very poor decision.

@birgitomo @Rogers I think if people they would find a way to notify, at least some of them would have. This should be another lesson how a digital world can be easily shut down. We need a plan B that includes cash for situations like this, and decentralization of services.

@sheilasinghal @NotitiaSophos @Rogers no the best thing to do would be to nationalize all the infrastructure and build in proper redundancies so this **** cant happen and so we dont have to get extorted to connect to the rest of the world

@jerrybird420 @RogersHelps You are barking up the wrong tree. Rogers doesn't care because they don't have to. Internet/cellular isn't a utility in Canada. Contact your MP and MPP and demand that internet and cellular service be legislated a utility like gas/water/hydro.
