I have been trying to move my son's internet services from for the past two weeks and have been unable to get through at all times and through all of your channels. Even went to your store. When you take Jobs away from Canadians in Canada and move your call center to countries that pay less to save money will never have customer service.

November changes to their credit card products remove 99% of the incentive they have provided to date to stay with Rogers telecom services. I will certainly be switching credit card AND telecom services once these changes take effect and as service contracts expire. There are more affordable providers with better service and without the financial incentive provided by the credit card there are no more reasons to stick to their mix.

Tracey Brooks (@Traceybaby) reported@RogersHelps 2+ hours on hold and the call is dropped. Called today several times and they don't even connect you due to high volume of calls. Arrangements were made but not honored. Absolute Garbage Service!
