@CRTCeng I think @Rogers should either get sued or face some serious financial penalty for the outage. How many lives were at risk today? How many Canadians only have cell phones? If someone had a medical emergency today, they very well may have died not being able to call 911.

@AboutRogers @Rogers YOU SUCK ... I guess I need to look at switching companies ... luckily I had a coworker with a Telus phone so I was able to work today ... UNACCEPTABLE it took so long to fix

@RogersHelps furthermore I just upgraded my internet package from Business Pro to Elite because your agents said it would help. It hasn’t! I am paying more and getting less?! No customer service...This is terribly affecting my WFH day job and my night-course performance...
