@mgauthier223 @MattMelv @RogersHelps Windows Media Player update went bad I guess

  • AlsoKnownAs_AA Algis Akstinas (@AlsoKnownAs_AA) reported

@ruffoloj @Rogers As a shareholder would you support infrastructure separation from retail operations? Retail would be compelled to innovate on service level, create redundant links with other networks, serve niches. It is in public interest to go more virtual, public-cloud-based, open. #TelcoTech

  • Rex66992401 Rex (@Rex66992401) reported

@CP24 @Rogers "Staffieri, CEO Rogers, apologizes for service interruption, offered no explanation or how many customers were affected" No explanation? 2nd time since April 2020 Spouse switching to Bell 2 separate phone services, for next time. 1 will work Rogers will lose business

  • mitchlafon Mitch Lafon (@mitchlafon) reported

@RogersHelps *and our elite team of customer service reps is hard at work crediting each customers’ account for the ghastly disruption of service.

So @Rogers had a major outage for approximately 24 hours. What happened in the last 24 hours that they didn't want us to see or post about?

@lindabythelake @RogersHelps No body gives guarantee of 24*7 service availability. Even big giants like amazon, FB and google had big outages so changing ISP may not help. We should be thinking of backups in hard time.

  • GSH_1973 Glenna 🎶 (@GSH_1973) reported

@JamieON94964661 @RogersHelps I’m so sorry Jamie, that’s horrible. I’ve got parents the same age that live 5 hours away, so I understand the worry. If your dad is in London, ON, I’d be happy to go check in on him for you. I’ve got cell service at least.

  • namewithaview See William (@namewithaview) reported

@Rogers I'm not a customer, yet your outage disrupted my day. What is the plan to compensate the rest of us? #ClassAction #BreakTheOligopoly

  • bigdaddypgod Frank (@bigdaddypgod) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers If there was competition in this country our rates wouldn’t be among the highest in the world. You credit means **** all

@missymac72 @RogersHelps @TekSavvyNetwork Yep. Still nothing. Had it after 24 hrs then dropped again around 8:30. This is kind of getting stupid now
