@RogersHelps @Rogers I am longtime customer and more recently Ignite user. The costs seem to outweigh the benefits and have been offered a much more competitive and economically viable bundle from your competitor. Perhaps a Rogers Ambassador would be interested

@downdetectorca Your site re @Rogers not having an outage isn't correct...my Co-op in downtown Toronto lost cable TV & internet service at 15:25 this afternoon & service is still non-functional at this time. 😡

@RogersHelps I continue to have service disruptions to my Internet service in the Bramalea area. We open tickets to report the issue where the ticket is closed however the service hasn’t been fixed. What steps is Rogers doing to truly fix the issue?

@RogersHelps Your #Fido internet customers should not have to wait on hold for almost an hour to book a service call when a modem is crashing in the middle of a work day. Booking a service call doesn't even fix the problem! Hire more agents, you can afford it.

@RogersHelps You disabled (accidentally) my h phone, t.v. and internet I spent 4 hours this morning trying to reconnect them as of now my h phone is STILL not active I have to wait until Friday for a tech to fix it, & I missed my morning meeting for work.
