@Rogers do you have a location online where I can find outage information? I had to authenticate, then deal with a bot, to eventually get a human, to tell me what I already know - My Internet is down. There must be a better way that doesn’t cost me 30 minutes.

@RogersHelps Will the stability updates fix the stuttering and frame skipping that has been going on ever since the app was launched? Or does it only addresses the constant blue screen for errors? Or will it address all of that?

@RogersHelps What you need to understand is that this is a universal issue, it's not one device, it's not one household, it's not the router, it's not the internet service, the problem is your software, all other streaming apps work perfect, it is not an individual issue
