@RogersHelps So now, we are expected to be here for TWO MORE HOURS. It is ridiculous. Your techs need to call AT LEAST ONCE during the window we agreed to. We had NO INTERNET yesterday & flaky for days. I want a credit, tbh. 25+ years customer. Really disappointed.

@RogersHelps you have no service in Lillooet BC and have not addressed the hundreds of complaints and reports and do not even show the weeks long outage on your site... this is a serious safety issue for wildfire services right now and unacceptable. Fix IT! #rogerssucks

@EmbarrassedCan1 @RogersHelps @Apple The worst part about this is that in the US, Comcast Xfinity has both an Apple TV and Fire Stick app for their customers. Rogers purchased and uses the exact same IPTV service; no idea why it hasn't been released north of the border. Guessing that $8/month rental fee is too good.

@RogersHelps when i signed up for my account i was told i was given a free tablet (that i didn't want, i already have an ipad). looking at my bill I've since been charged over $100. When I called for a refund I was told I couldn't get support. How do I cancel my account?

Had 3 internet outages in 3 weeks on @RogersHelps and an awful customer experience trying to find out the fix status. 2 out of 3 outages caused by @Bell digging up streets to lay cables. Thank god for @TELUS and their great mobile service, they've kept me working during all this!

@Anne_M_Hope @RogersHelps We are stuck with Bell because it is what is in our building. Probably why the service is so bad. No choices. I hate Bell.
