I can't count how many times I've had to verify my identity with random security codes just to be put with a new CS agent where I have to spend another 10 mins re-explaining the problem. They asked me to open a dispute ticket and give me all the ifnormation that i should add to it and when I do they go ahead and reject it. GARBAGE!
