    @RogersHelps Yep. Thought I'd mentioned that in my tweet rage last night, but I did follow the self-service steps. Rebooted, reset network settings, erased/reinstalled the app, etc. I even used the xfinity app on osx (it can run iphone apps) so I could grab the login URL and used it manually with Safari on OSX - same type of issue, just not an oops screen but a forever three dots animation. I admit that trying it that way is beyond "normal use" but wanted to see if I could kick up a different error.
