Ever since the @Rogers outage about two weeks ago wifi has still been so epileptic in my house. I think Bell would be a better option at this point cuz I’m tired.

@Rogers you’re a joke. Even after the massive outage, you still can’t get your Ignite TV app working. I’ve never seen such poor service with online access. Pull your finger out, please!!

@RogersHelps Not really why wasn't it credited previously, perhaps delaying Mr. Rogers aka Tony's paycheck for a month would be the same? You're loyal so called customer's are once again paying the price, this isn't right. This is not the first time Rogers dissapoints it's customer's.

Hey @RogersHelps why can't staff in Rogers (branded) stores actually help your customers? Why do I have to phone you, and then visit the store to return equipment? (Outsourcing for the win!)

@atoonk @Rogers The core problem - they did not have an out-of-band network. Problems happen on a network where you cannot get to the router. The 101 for any carrier, ISP, cloud, or large network design is to have a way to get to the devices when the "network" goes down.
