The account is sent to collections despite a formal CCTS resolution (#COMP-01368301) and equipment return. I will not spend more time on hold. I expect @Rogers to fix their internal error and withdraw the account from collections IMMEDIATELY. My next update will be to @CCTS_CPRST that Rogers is failing to follow the process.

This is NOT a way to make a good first impression with a new customer. I want service credits!
