    @Rogers two hours of waiting for online support. When I got to front of line, the chat was abruptly ended. Customer since 2000 and fed up. Last call I waited 2.5 hours on hold for an agent and he didn’t resolve problem even though he said he did. Please help or I’m done!

    @RogersHelps @MaretJaks Not just women though. I had a Rogers rep come to my house and start complimenting me in a way that women typically don't complaint "older men" (she was in her 20's). Very awkward. VERY awkward. But I guess whatever gets you the sale.

    @Rogers @WRN828 Yeah, my unresolved issue is the number of Canadians you fired and went to Indian call centers. Rogers = Traitor to Canada.

    @RogersHelps are you guys able to check my plans price as I switched online and on the email you sent its not the same. I tried calling but you are too busy and hang up lol Can you check or did Rogers nerf that ability for you?
