Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported@RogersHelps I can't check my account online. The request was originally made by my previous provider, and only a matter of days later, I changed to Rogers. I am 100% convinced now that despite that crew being told not to cancel the work order, they did anyway, so now I have to chase you guys

Arbutus Running Fox (@xuanyuanxiaohei) reportedI called Rogers on June 22 to cancel my internet effective July 2. Rogers sent me a gateway return label on June 23 and confirmed receipt on July 13. On July 15, I was billed again and told there was no cancellation request on file. Always get written confirmation. @Rogers

John Tucci (@john_tucci) reported@RogersHelps I’ve been on hold with technical support for over an hour. How is this acceptable? For the last three days, we would call and the system would tell us that they were too busy and just hang up. Your billing should be based on responsiveness to issues.
