@RogersHelps I have done everything I can from changing all the wires and modem. Apparently this is on your end with some main hub in my area. I appreciate the help, but who knows how long this will take to fix.

  • Rene_Hache René haché (@Rene_Hache) reported

@RogersHelps ok, my home wifi is the new one with Ignite TV, also I live in a area that was lucky that didn't lose power, so I'm ok. And my phone is a little old (6 years) that using wifi on the phone is almost impossible and very slow, I would need a new phone soon.

  • MMichyyv 𝑀𝒾𝒸𝒽𝓎 (𝑀𝒾𝒸𝒽𝒶𝑒𝓁𝒶) (@MMichyyv) reported

Once again calling out @Rogers for being the absolute worst internet provider alive. Internet just randomly drops all the time with no explanation other than just being the worst. Love crashing out of ranked games.

  • AshtrayMoney Ashtray Money (@AshtrayMoney) reported

@Rogers **** this **** company. Avoid at all costs. Switched a few months ago and extremely pleased with Bell.

  • pdinott Peter Donnelly (@pdinott) reported

Looks like we may soon be a @Rogers customer. After 3.5 months of frustration with @Bell, innumerable calls to customer support, and 5 technical visits we still have no telephone, internet or TV. They literally keep cutting their own lines! We’re done.

  • AshtrayMoney Ashtray Money (@AshtrayMoney) reported

@Rogers All of moncton has been without internet for 2 days …. And this is what I get a copy and paste response from some **** head intern with a comms degree….. just an utter clown show in every sense of the meaning. Royally **** off and long $BCE in size

  • AshtrayMoney Ashtray Money (@AshtrayMoney) reported

@Rogers Every single one of you are failures down to the janitors that sweep your buildings. Every single one. Disgrace of a company.

  • Lost_thedreamer Lost (@Lost_thedreamer) reported

@Rogers I'm good. Switched from Roger's a few years ago and I'm glad I did. Sounds like they just keep going down hill lmao and they still keep trying to get customers after leaving the whole country without service or interact for weeks? HA! Still surprised they have customers

  • TheWorldIsSqua1 The World Is Square 🇺🇦 (@TheWorldIsSqua1) reported

@RogersHelps Rogers. Where it's guaranteed your service will be garbage and they won't care at all.

  • Drisktop Drisktop (@Drisktop) reported

Shout out to @Rogers for the ongoing non-existent cellphone & data service. 2 days without power and internet has been bad enough, not being able to contact anyone or be contacted, let alone check out what’s going on after the storm hit Nova Scotia, has been just just great.
