    @RogersHelps my XS keeps dropping calls!! My husband has the same phone & we’re on the same plan & his phone is fine. I can’t actually talk to anyone! Please fix!

    @RogersHelps But in either case, one or more personnel in your Dispatch group needs to be let go from your organization as it seems that the number of service reps from at least four different departments are having frustrations trying to get a response from them as well

    @meidasrosie @Rogers I called to find out why as I was told I would not get charged due to all the issues. Nope can't do a thing for me. So then they said they were sending out another HD box (this is #6 or 7). We have spent countless hours and gas $$$ running around the city trying to get one
