Very annoying that my @TELUS internet sucks so much but Canadian telecom is basically organized crime and so I can’t really expect any better from @Rogers or @Bell

@RogersHelps This CBC story sums up what I’m dealing with. I’ve been trying to get an unactivated order removed from my account. The equipment was returned via FedEx. Phone support takes hours, chat disconnects, and nobody is resolving it.

@RogersHelps I’m not interacting with anyone claiming to be FedEx — I posted the tracking label from the return. The order was never activated and was already sent back. Calling/chatting hasn’t been possible due to extreme wait times. Please escalate instead of sending scripts.

@RogersHelps Still waiting for a follow-up. I’m trying to get an unactivated order removed. The equipment was never used and was returned via FedEx. Please stop brushing me off to phone/chat — chat disconnects and phone support takes hours with no resolution.
