steve hamburger (@shitFricker) reported@RogersHelps how long does it take for outages to be reported? there is nothing listed for my area despite being told there is an outage by your support staff. I've been without the service I pay for for over 6 hours now
-
SNC Trader (@SNCTrader) reported@RogersHelps One of the phones we received through Rogers certified pre-owned program is having issues with its microphone during calls and I need to know which department to contact to get it exchanged/fixed. The phone is about six months old.

๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐พ๐ ๐๐ ๐ผ๐๐๐๐๐ (@travismehrer) reportedWow. @Rogers is really trying to out-@Rogers themselves today. Up for 5 minutes then down 20-60 minutes. And no issues during the actual storm yesterday. But merging with Shaw was going to makes things betterโฆ
-
Sue Leith (@soobird26) reported@Rogers @TSN_Sports @CBC Sooooโฆ.Rogers, youโll be carrying the NHL games and playoffs for free then? Just as all Canadians have been used to for 70 years? You wouldnโt take that away from us, would you? That would be bad form. And bad for your reputation.

ใใใฏไฝใฎๆๅณใใใใพใใ (@TRSbizarro) reported@RogersHelps @towerguymatt Why? YOU should know when YOUR service is down. It should NOT be on the customer to notify YOU about YOUR OWN BUSINESS!!! The level of laziness within this industry is embarrassing to the human race.

ghostwolfman (@ghostwolfman) reported@RogersHelps But I am still deprived of service I pay for with no remuneration , underground lines eliminate the breakages

Curtis Martin (@CurtisMart32873) reported@Uncle_Jed_1 @RogersHelps cant just blame 1 party when there's multiple that have done nothing when we have been headed down this road for a few decades now the shortage on housing was presented to the government as early as mid to late 90s. and it said 2020 area would be the start

Lynn Without an E (@Moon_River05) reported@RogersHelps I would like a cell phone carrier to never have so many phone calls that they have an automated message saying We are too busy, Call back Another Time. I pay handsomely for your services that customer service should come to my house. Forget it. I've lost faith in Rogers
-
Alex Lazarowich (@ALazarowich) reported@Rogers crazy that when I call the help line to speak with a real person the message you get is too busy and then your help line hangs up on me. INSANE behavior for a help line & a company whose motto is โwith you all the wayโ. I guess not eh?
-
sarah (@dawnthehorizon) reported@RogersHelps It mostly happens at home, and in and around the area I live. Iโve never had this issue before using Rogerโs services so it is very frustrating that my service is spotty in my own home. Unfortunately not everyone I text or call uses wifi for their messaging.
