    @RogersHelps @Wtimbers It's even parts of ottawa that says the internet is online. South Keys area is offline despite your own outage map saying otherwise.

    @RogersHelps Been there, done that. It’s easy to solve - reset the router several times a day which is of course unacceptable. Funny thing is that I never had an issue before Rogers took over Shaw.

    @_RanjanSoni @Rogers Everyone has the same issue. I was told by Rogers that they basically want you to do everything yourself online on their website!

    @RogersHelps I've done this already. They last told me that I would have to update to a more expensive plan ( a business router) in order for my service to work consistently. Sounds like u guys are trying to scam
