@RogersHelps What a joke. The province of Ontario is in a stay-at-home order lockdown and the only way they can communicate with the outside world is through phone calls. Fix it faster. It's been over 12 hours already. They're better be compensation for this

@RogersHelps are we going to fix this outage? Your customers pay a pretty penny for our service and currently we can’t curb side pick up our groceries, medications, etc. God forbid we need to call 911. I also can’t get called into work to make a living as long as this goes on
