Unfortunately I don't have the luxury of not answering unknown numbers as I am responsible for a family member in long term palliative care & important calls come in from all over

  @RogersHelps The estimated time has gone from 2pm to now 5pm. This is very disappointing @Rogers & @RogersHelps. Acknowledging the outage and explaining the local cell tower is overwhelmed does not create confidence in your service.

  @RogersHelps what happened to your customer service? 20 year customer here and I cant reach anyone for help, you hang up saying youre busy and every chat disconnects. How am I supposed to get help? Its been a week of consitent trying. Ombudsman info please

  @Rogers @RogersHelps 1 hour 47 min on hold to be told a tech will have to come tomorrow between 4 and 8 pm.... for an issue that's not caused by me. Great service.
