    I don’t think @rogers has customer service anymore. Waited 45 minutes on a call that disconnected. Waiting online - 2 hours at this point.

    @RogersHelps Your phone manual changed. The key pad option is gone, & just AI generated replies. After jumping through hoops to be connected to a live agent, the recording said "sorry, too busy, call back", & hung up. You really don't want to speak to a customer, do you? 🤨

    @RogersHelps Went into a Rogers location yesterday- no help could be given so I am filing with CRTC and canceling my contract. Support with Roger's has become abysmal.

    @MacDoug1 So wow, just poor customer service! So what can you do against the collection agency?? Never again using @Rogers internet or mobile. Bad enough using satellite Although they have improved the picture quality.

    @RogersHelps No, not a review. You used to be able to get customer service help for any subject on social media messr (ie fb) Now you are sent thru a rabbit hole of the Rogers website. I want to talk to a human not AI bot about being permitted to pay on the due date of my bill as I have been

    So @Rogers promised me IN WRITING that my price was guaranteed for 999 months. Now, only a few months into having the service, and I get my bill only to find that Rogers has raised their prices, directly in violation of the contract. #CRTC #CCTS

    @Rogers what happened to your customer service? 20 year customer here and I cant reach anyone for help, you hang up saying youre busy and every chat disconnects. How am I supposed to get help? Ombudsman info please
