-
Casey Kobi (@KobiCasey) reported@RogersHelps Just recieved a call from Rogers regarding my formal complaint with CCTS in which they offered a vague apology and did not fix the charge against my credit. Filed another complaint with TransUnion
-
SJ (@cafveteran) reported@Rogers It took over an hour, primarily on hold, to finally get only one issue resolved, i.e. the correct address. When I demanded to know what type of compensation Rogers was willing to offer me, the customer service person proceeded to argue with me, even after I demanded to speak with a manager. I will be considering different options for my cell service and I recommend that others do the same as well. I never thought that I could get worse customer service than Bell, but Rogers has exceeded that.

MTF 🇨🇦 (@EhmTEhf) reported@SzydloCarol @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers its just a name like a triage team setup to prevent damage to the rogers image via case escalations to the CRTC
-
Raymond Cheaib (@RaymondCheaib) reported@Rogers I have never dealt with such horrible customer support. I have been trying to move my son's internet services from for the past two weeks and have been unable to get through at all times and through all of your channels. Even went to your store. This is ridiculous!!
-
BookmarkMiner (@BookmarkMiner) reportedPSA for all travellers using E-SIM cards overseas. Make sure you read the terms and conditions and change your carrier to the new SIM card otherwise @Rogers will still charge you roaming even tho you have an overseas SIM card installed. Immensely terrible service. Canceling everything today.

Master Iceman (@themastericeman) reported@Rogers can you explain the logic of asking business customers that spend 1000's a month on your services to deal with your awful customer service? Transfered multiple times only to end up at a loud call centre where the person tries to sell me stuff vs actually answering questions. All you are doing is making your customers want a better option, like a Starlink phone by @SpaceX . If I am going to have to deal with garbage customer service which is what big telecom has, you and @TELUSsupport I might as well get a more robust service. Starlink is more robust for me than the wifi I get from you. You should have local respresentives that work with businesses.
