@jasonwagar @RogersHelps Don't bother with the business upgrade. I’ve had it for years and service is just as bad as regular. I'm only tweeting because it's down again and I can't work.

  • jasonwagar Jason Wagar (@jasonwagar) reported from Toronto, Ontario

.@RogersHelps tech support: “Our home Internet connections aren’t good enough to support Zoom and working from home, so you need to switch to a Rogers business internet account.”

  • 3ch0z G (@3ch0z) reported

@RogersHelps getting network issues consistently for last 7 days. Please help resolve. triple checked on my end, rebooted modem a number of times, can see it on graph for network uptime / packet loss.

@Rorschached99 @RogersHelps Exactly the same thing I faced and when I tried contacting support for almost two months and all I got was automated robot replies, and no answers I resulted to Multitask_Support on Instagram and they got everything to work in few mins

@JeremyJohnstonK @Rogers Man alive. Rogers just told me their residential service wasn’t “strong enough” to support Zoom, so I should pay more for a business line. Then told me their service was not compatible with @Google Wifi mesh networks.

@RogersHelps @rogers great job abandoning me and my 80yr old mother. You suspend my account due to your mistake and when you try to fix it you hang up on us after 45min wait !! Now we are stuck in Toronto with limited wifi to communicate. Well done @rogers well done !

@gmbutts @Rogers Did you know that in Quebec, cell phone contracts are illegal? You can cancel service and switch carriers any time.

  • Filmcricket Filmcricket 🇨🇦 (@Filmcricket) reported

@RogersHelps: internet crapped out; rebooted modem; tried to call “24/7” tech support line and after minutes on hold got auto msg that help line is closed. (???) Is there an outage in downtown Toronto or what?
