    @RogersHelps When you make a billing error... its always the customer been charged "more".. and the customer needs to keep an eye on their bills ... waste their precious time calling you...all the explaining & justifying.... its never the other way around.. :(

    Holy cow... I swear @rogers is trolling me. In the last two weeks I've had calls AND text messages asking me to sign up for Ignite Internet. I'd LOVE to... but they want $40,000 to run the cable 300m down the road that ALREADY HAS a Rogers conduit on it.

    @RogersHelps outage again in Brampton. Every 4-5 days there is an outage - what is wrong with you Rogers? Dont tell me to DM, Ive already talk to an agent. Just tell me when the hell will the outage resolve??

    @RogersHelps I cannot overstate enough how disappointed I am in my $12/day #roamasyougo service over my two weeks on the west coast and Hawaii. Shameful #ripoff

    @RogersHelps It took some poor lady in Montreal to iterate information properly. Literally the 5th person I had to speak with just to get the right information, @Rogers and this has now resulted in a $1500 bill. At least.
