    @Rogers I later had @TELUS come install a service and they were able to repurpose existing outlets to avoid drilling holes in the side of my house. It would have been appreciated if Rogers had contemplated that idea first.

    btw i use @RogersBiz internet and the outage was bad… and also my internet today went out like 3-4 times idk anymore!

    @RogersHelps Hey, my rogers home internet is down near Lakeshore & Dixie in Mississauga (ON) from last 15 mins. Any known issues in this area currently ? Is this just me? Any ETA?

    @Rogers You don’t need $20B to fix basic customer service incompetency. Rogers never cared about customer feedback and never will.

    @RogersHelps my husband was charged 22.40 in long distance charges. 3 phone calls and almost 2 hours of my life and still on his account. Patience is wearing thin. 72 hours, 72 hours…yet never gets taken off.
