    Dear @RogersHelps help. Yesterday I received 3 phone calls telling me about your great new offers. So far today, I’ve received another. Other than cancelling my land line, is there anyway to stop this harassment?

    .@RogersHelps : I have been on the line for 1 hr 40 mins. speaking with a customer service person who could not finalise my renewal Wifi deal with Rogers. Now he transferred me to a manager, and I am on hold again? Very poor customer relations. I may finally cut ties with you.
