    @RogersHelps Just switched over to Shaw today. When I called Monday inquiring about a credit, the customer service rep said no. 18 years down the toilet after that treatment.

    @Rogers Thanks for your reply, I already contacted your support department about this yesterday. The $5 credit is the least you could do, it doesn’t really show me that you care though. I am reconsidering my subscription for wireless and home internet.
