@RogersHelps NO. I’ve been without internet for 3 DAYS. On Sat I was told to plug it in and it’ll be fine. Didn’t work. I called back and they said nvm it’ll work Sun morn. Wake up, doesn’t work. I called back and they’re like sorry our system is down, call back Mon morn. This is disgusting.

@RogersHelps Thanks for being not helpful at all. Been trying to reach your customer service for 2 weeks yet always been told to wait. Shouldn't be that hard to talk to a real person!

@Yuvrajsv1rk @Rogers When I go in person to a @Rogers store, they won't deal with issues (including cancelling contracts), only sales.

@RogersHelps your system keeps hanging up on me … you want me to pay but the bill is wrong and can’t get a live person on the phone #fail

@RogersHelps Here’s what happened… Rogers service person: “You have 30 days to return the equipment” Me: “It has been sent. I can get to your courier provider in 4 days.” Next Day another call: “You owe us $1000 for the equipment you haven’t returned.” Day after That: “When are you paying us for the equipment you haven’t returned?” Day after that: “We haven’t received the equipment, can you arrange payment?” While Driving to return the Equipment: “If you don’t return the equipment we will charge you” None of your people could access notes on the file from the previous call. Now bye.

@RogersHelps @Rogers @RogersHelps tried to reach out to support this morning and was hung up on for a third time. Sitting on hold, for fourth time.

@RogersHelps Then add more office hours for people living in the west coast. It's unfair we have to adjust to eastern time even on the chat support.

@RogersHelps @TELUS sucks! Their customer support is just as bad as their services. Clueless and only concerned with selling me fiber optic.

@RogersHelps I’ve rebooted my router about 100 times in the past few months. These kind of issues I expected in the advent of wireless services. Not in the present day. Prior to your takeover of Shaw I had to reboot my router almost never.

@stevkev1701 @rodmickleburgh @Rogers There was notice. When these stations reviewed their numbers every day or week. They would see the writing on the wall. If you’re a cook at restaurant but you get only 1 customer a day who orders a bowl of soup do you get to act surprised when the restaurant owner closes shop?
