@RogersHelps Most frustrating move process ever. Impossible. Have been disconnected multiple times on phone after waiting 1hr+. Or “system issue” for agent and will call you right back and no call. Chat doesn’t work and also disconnected after hours of waiting. @Bell- send a deal

@Rogers Worst experience with @Rogers . I am with Rogers since 2012 but they don’t value the customer. They cancelled the appointment without even telling the customer that they are going to do it and if call them to ask about reason to cancel they don’t have answer(1)

@RogersHelps Home internet is Rogers infrastructure third party provider. But tv and mobile are both direct from Rogers. How will you push that problem off on someone else?

not really happy with @Rogers for business. It has been over 3 weeks that i have been trying to get a new phone. now the 1 I was sent was broke. I need to get a new one & never used this one. Service & equipment suck.

@Rogers If we as a customer got an appointment and took day off from work for that appointment . Shouldn’t be it’s responsibility of Rogers to fulfill its commitments. Nobody has free time here for your pathetic services. Change your attitude @Rogers about customer otherwise (2)
