A client manager assured me the issue would be fixed, but no action was taken. Instead, I am now being asked to pay the full amount and threatened with service interruption.

At worst we just need a way to immediately reach a human (even the chatbot refuses to provide a way), but we really just ask to have all the false charges cancelled without wastihng our time

Tay 💕 (@taybbfan) reported@RogersHelps internet down since 7am, it’s now 12am. 17 hours +. No update from Rogers and customer service sucks. People have important stuff to submit & we pay for the service. Don’t need to use 15 gb of data to get those things done. Please give some answers.
