@Rogers 8 hours at work, 1 call came through. Power was out, and it was only bell customers that could make calls or browse internet. (No it wasn’t just me, yes Apple AND Android devices). If I drove a few blocks away, I had service, but not at work?

@RogersHelps ps no new updates for the Ottawa outage for over 6 hours. The messaging online is vague at best. This isn’t good enough. Did you learn nothing from the big outage last July?

Remember last may when the system was down for days and you guys promised you would fix it & not let it happen again
