@Rogers got a new plan at M2N1X9 and it gets disconnected 5-10 times a day . Even changed modem as advised by engineer but of no use . Something seriously wrong but no one able to rectify this , sad service

@RogersHelps last several days, Ignite recordings of SN 4K have had awful video stuttering (audio is normal). It's only recordings of SN 4K that have problem - live viewing, recordings of SN1 4K, all other 4K channels are fine. Known problem? Fix soon?

@RogersHelps What's going on is I'm now experiencing a third day of interrupted service. Yesterday & the day before I didn't have service for hours, therefore could not work. Which means I won't get paid for that lost time. Will @RogersHelps @RogersBiz compensate me for lost work hours?
