I have been a customer for >25 yrs and have multiple services. My friend 2 yrs & only internet. On the phone for 3 hrs with Rogers today and you hung up on me & didn’t call back. Pls call

This has happened 8 days in the past 30 days. @Rogers @RogersHelps I expect my bill to be a quarter lower because I didn’t have service for more than a week. This is disgusting and the @CRTCeng needs to investigate your horrible service.

Rick Blaine (@JayJjtml555) reported@RogersHelps ..so after 3 months calling and sending emails, ad messaging on here Rogers actually got someone to get it straightened out....So I get my phone today...go to their welcome email and hit the link provided to set up phone...One wd think Rogers would have a link that doesn't go to a webpage of theirs that say 'OOPS..wrong page]..this is a continuation of a very dark insane comedy of errors from these people..How many others got phones and hit the same link and Rogers doesn't fix it???
