    @soheilmazinani1 @RogersHelps I know it's not just me. It's Waterloo and other entire towns or regions, yet Rogers pretends like these are small isolated issues not tied to their massive failure last week caused by poor network maintenance.

    @DougMadory @kentikinc @Rogers Great read. As a Fido user in Gatineau, just outside the Ottawa area, my Fido bars were a 2 or 3 during the entire outage.

    @NascarWeeWee @RogersHelps I spent hours on cell today begging them for extra data so I wouldn't have to worry about using up mobile while they fix their new outage today. They pushed me to upgrade my plan and said they can't add data. Why not? I over pay to have both cell and wifi with Rogers.

    @CapitaJim @Rogers @Bell_Aliant Love Rogers phone even though the outage the other day I get 20 GB for $75 and that includes a Tablet I noticed there is an exclusive offer for me on the internet 30 GB for $80 plus Tablet This phone works well all over Ontario and the States when we go to trials in

    @brarnavi96 @RogersHelps @Rogers Internet and TV down here in Waterloo. Asked cust service for extra mobile data since I foolishly have both home and cell with Rogers. You would think I had asked for food off their children's plates. Even after THEIR MISTAKE, Rogers is stingy, argumentative and punitive.
