    @RogersHelps I’m not sure what you mean about interaction, but I was calling in regards to a cancellation email I didn’t receive. She was great and solved the issue quickly. If you need more info, feel free to message!

    We call to switch back. No luck. @RogersHelps refuses to help, citing an “old” plan that is no longer offered. My wife is transferred 4 times before the call just mysteriously drops. This is awful service.

    @Penman_Will @Rogers Well the phrases, "it's an older area" & "lots of construction in the area" have been used so far......these sound like descriptions for most of the area of Midtown. Is the service really that bad?
