    Great experience with @RogersHelps today on the phone! Multiple errors in the purchasing & activation of a new phone on my account resulted in me being billed for the cost of the phone 😬. Thankfully Rumana was on the job and let me know she's taking care of all the extra charges

    @yurkshirelad @RogersHelps if you have a CODA 4582 modem, they had disabled OFDMA for 1 month. It was causing constant disconnects. They enabled it again today, so it's probably not coincidence. The Rogers techs know nothing about it. Go to the Rogers Community Support Forum on the Rogers website for info

    @RogersHelps 416-717-8118 it seems to be working now. I unplugged and waited. But it was interfering with me working from home. Thank you for looking into it! Maybe there was an outage in my area
