    @RogersHelps hi rogers, I work from home and depend upon making calls for work. Any idea when the issue will be fixed? I have not been able to work and loosing my days worth of pay

    @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers The Big Telcos are all equally reprehensible. The other two would be just as tone dead if their networks were down for an extensive period of time. They represent the worst of the worst in business. They make car dealerships look like charities.

    I expect @RogersHelps and @FidoSolutions to proactively credit all customers affected by today's massive service interruption. Businesses can't function. People can't book appointments for life-saving vaccines. "We apologize for the inconvenience" won't cut it.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Rogers has been down for at least 8 hours now. No updates at all. An outage is one thing. An 8 hour outage is worse. Not communicating with your customers is unforgiveable. Time to switch

    @RogersHelps Why do ipay 200 dollars a month for two phones even before today text and apps constantly crashing , not sending never have service in my work place

    @RogersHelps So your latest update is from 4 hours ago? Are you actually working on resolving the issue? if so you should continue to update your customers on the status and expected return to service.

    I really don't understand how it's 3:38 PM MST and I still don't have service with @Rogers Both my personal and work phone have 0 service. Thankfully, I have ways to work without a cell phone, limited work, but can still work.

    @RogersHelps So I have been without home or cell phone service since 5 am this morning.. I would like to know if we are gonna get service anytime soon.. And are we gonna receive a credit to our monthly bills for this outage ??
