    @RogersHelps I got through to a tech after 1 hr & 15 min, was told known outage in area from Aug 17 at 3 pm till tomorrow Aug 18 at 6 pm. Tech didn’t bother to offer any help or investigation noting my history. Tech should be invested in customer service.

    @RogersHelps can someone answer a phone?? On hold for over 2 hours, and it’s the third time this week! Either pick up, or let us book a service appointment online. This is garbage! @Rogers

    @Rogers @RogersHelps The sad part s that your support model changed and has gone completely backwards. On hold for hours, with CSR for hours, on hold 45 mind, xfer twice. The call dropped 3 times! He called me back twice and not the 3rd time. So 3.5 hours wasted. Again! Please help me!

    @RogersHelps 2+ hours on hold and the call is dropped. Called today several times and they don't even connect you due to high volume of calls. Arrangements were made but not honored. Absolute Garbage Service!
