@RogersHelps service issues on home internet the last few days. Randomly lose connection, ignite tv stops along with everything else for minutes at a time

@RogersHelps I used to always believe Rogers internet is the most reliable, unfortunately not anymore. One interruption after the other, and all during a short period of time. On top of all that contacting support is pointless, could be days weeks or hours, we will never know.

@James77921400 @Rogers I have the occasional problem with Rogers TV and Internet, too, but it's not like Bell is any better.

@Rogers Why am I having the same problem with my internet that you've already fixed twice before? Why does it keep coming back? Why should I have to have a tech come in to my house and look at things AGAIN when it's clearly not a problem inside my home? I'm tired of this.

Is @Rogers the worst service provider on the planet? ANOTHER outage? I can't wait to change ISPs. It's actually pretty funny at this point.

@Rogers is your website down? I need to get an issue resolved with my parents account. I won't get in to details here but their experience with Rogers has been nothing short of a nightmare and now you're going back on how you said you would rectify it. The CRTC has been notified

@Rogers I was checking online and the company STILL doesn’t support @Apple eSim quick transfer and the customer has to go to a STORE to scan a QR code if they get a new phone and just want to transfer the eSim!! Shameful! ESim has been around for years now.

@RogersHelps I’m having a bit of an issue; I exchanged a flex channel last night, but the channel I replaced it with is not showing in my guide (under free to me) and the channel that got replaced is still showing. If I go to the channel directly, it’s authorized

@Rogers What a load!! Customer service workers are very rude & oh ya, thanks for the whopping $20 credit for the nationwide outage. The only good thing about @Rogers is that they own the Toronto Blue Jays!!

@Rogers Internet services are down today in Guelph, ON. Called and was told it was "planned network improvements". I did not receive notice and am left to try to find stable internet to actually work today. This commitment should also be accompanied by some basic customer courtesy.
