@Rogers Great and now I will have absolutely no service in my house now due to that. The faster the internet speeds the less the tower coverage and it lessons the range of the tower. Not Awesome news at all😭😭😭😭

  • courttee Courtney Taylor (@courttee) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps I know the service is not available where I am.

  • PrimeEricR Eric Prime (@PrimeEricR) reported from Toronto, Ontario

  • drryangarcia Dr. Ryan Garcia (@drryangarcia) reported from Vaughan, Ontario

@RogersHelps Its in regards to my wireless bill. An agent had agreed to not have me charged for overage fee due to a glitch in usage text alerts and my bill shows I was charged. No agent has been able to resolve the issue and I've called twice with no help.

@RogersHelps hello! I’m moving in early Dec. I’ll need to transfer my Internet and set up cable (currently obtained via condo). How much notice do you guys require? And there’s still a “moving” service right?

  • vincepower Vince Power (@vincepower) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

Dear @RogersHelps why can I not upgrade my phone within 30 days of changing my address? I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and that loyalty is worthless apparently. This is not how you keep customers. @telusmobility might be getting a new customer tomorrow

  • kinginxavier international Man of Mystery👑 (@kinginxavier) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@RogersHelps And no one from customer service is able to give me that info as to what number I am in Line
