@RogersHelps @BillYates12 I should have done my homework to see that your #rogersignite service has always been #horrible. You have had enough time to fix this. #internetdown all the time means can’t work from home. No TV & having to hotspot a phone to get it done. Should have kept my @Cisco net box.

@RogersHelps It's not my account but my in-laws, and when they called in to delay the cancellation a week they said it was the reseller's fault, even though the reseller said on the 3rd party access portal that no transfer has been requested. Funny their service gets terminated at midnight.

@RogersHelps No, you won't. Trust me. No amount of troubleshooting will help. I have been through over 2hrs of troubleshooting with your reps. The problem is with Rogers's backend. If you are more interested in this issue check out my account tickets. I can DM it to you.

@RogersHelps I turned off band steering a while ago and all of a sudden the 5G wifi connection has disappeared ? All my at home devices cannot see the 5G wifi network anymore, what can I do?

Nice job @Sportsnet /@Rogers . First I have to take your "package " of Sportsnet channels... all of them. Then blackout games on those stations. Then drop the Jay's games onto sportsnetone and make you pay for it... you are fired.. all sports net channels.. cancelled
