@ArcMichaell @Rogers better camera than the XR. Same screen resolution. Better battery than XR. Unless you really need 5G. the 11 is cheaper than the 12

Hey @Rogers / @startca If you could just NOT IP shuffle active connections, that'd be ******' great. Cuz hey, people who need constant connections for work? They don't like that ****. At all. So ******* stop.

@RogersHelps Always can rely on Rogers to make “great”customer service decisions. Another reason to get rid of cable and to get rid of Rogers.

@RogersHelps I don't find Rogers is very helpful when there is a service issue in the area. OFDMA levels have been at 0 in my neighborhood for a month. Your maintenance team closed my neighborhoods ticket without fixing the problem. So I had to get a tech to rediagnose.

@Rogers you guys have failed to provide me working internet for over a month now. Your customer service has no control over your maintenance teams and your maintenance teams haven't gotten the job done. There's an OFDMA Issue that they have neglected to fix for a month. Come on.

@RogersHelps OK but if you’re an existing customer how much more set up is needed?

@RogersHelps our Rogers ignite is down and have been for hours now. We’ve reset the cable box and the main hub as well, but nothing is working still. No landline, no cable, and no internet. Will you be helping to reimburse for phone data I’ve had to use this evening?
