    @RogersHelps Our internet is purposely cut off on days when we’re off work and want to work from home. This has happened many times and you haven’t done anything about it. Our service is interrupted and every minute our internet goes off & yet you’re charging us for service we don’t have.

    @RogersHelps my internet has been dropping for 3 days. Just spoke to tech support and they opened a ticket. That doesn’t help the two businesses that rely on this service. Currently experiencing NO service. Do you care?

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Your internet service’s quality has been deteriorating day by day with multiple interruptions in a day and now it’s internet down in West Rouge area for the past 12 hrs. Looks like no step has been taken to resolve the issue.

    @RogersHelps Is the number for Ignite support? Or home internet support? Because I need Ignite support. Every time there's a power outage this darn Ignite modem won't come back online. I wasted a lot of time last power outage because home internet doesn't deal with Ignite

    Officially had enough of @Rogers bullshit. Routers constantly die, internet cuts out consistently in the middle of the day and TV signal stutters. Then today their line fell off the house, and their tech lied about coming to the house to fix it. @Bell what tv/internet pkgs u got?

    @RogersHelps Years of playing with my phone service and pushed to end my phone service. Nothing new, you have been a silent participant in our torture. Wasting our time, our life valuable assets and creating serious stress that could lead to serious diseases. All documented!

    @Bell_Support your services are absolutely garbage! For almost 2 months I've had nothing but freezing and pixelated TV! They changed all my equipment 2 weeks ago and now want to change it again! Moving to @Rogers I guess is my only option

    @rogers ignite is the worst. So sick and tired of outages. Second weekend in a row "issues in your area". It never ends, always rebooting the box and calling customer service. I really wish I'd stayed on cable. #rogersignite #keepyourcable
