    @Rogers thanks for cut off our internet without any notice for the whole day Saturday. No msg, no heads up, no connection notice, nothing. When I call the help line, it tells me to reboot my modem. **** happens, just wondering if your **** happens toooooooo much?

    @RogersHelps Outages 2 or 3 times per day was not corrected by the new router that was supposed to correct the issue.
