@RogersHelps not impressed. I do not have an account with Rodgers, so no refund will be given to me. But this did affect our household. As we had no idea that this would cause the debit machines to be down all over. we needed to buy groceries and didn't carry enough cash.

@nickdoh81 @CheriDiNovo @Rogers Cellphones are supposed to be able to connect to 911 even w/o service. There were media stories a few yrs back of police services complaining about nuisance 911 calls coming from deactivated phones that people had given to their kids to play with.
