@RogersHelps Attempt 4 to cancel and recover the charge for my old internet account which was moved to new Rogers Ignite account on Feb 8th ended with no success. Spoke with customer rep who took my data and transferred me to “the proper” department where I was on hold for 30min.. Brutal..

@RogersHelps is there an ETA on when the connectivity issues will be resolved? You’re outage chat service no longer works and keeps showing ‘session time out’ with no way of signing in again. And to be out in Super Bowl Sunday no less?!Updates please!

Well @Rogers customer service is nonexistent. Landline phone never worked. After spending up to 3 hrs a day on cell phone for the past week he’s had 3 people promise that they will fix and call back. No-one has ever got back to him and he still has no phone. Pathetic.

@Rogers we were told that you were supposedly improving the cable service in our area….. improved so much that it’s practically useless!!! So much cutting out, demand never works on any box, internet constantly drops! Good job keeping up your promises of better service :(

@RogersHelps I watch TV through the internet and when your service goes down especially during the Superbowl, WE have a problem. This has been an issue at least once a month and if it's not addressed I'll be going elsewhere for my internet.
