@RogersHelps I'd kinda like an answer seeing as you just ignored my last one. Been without internet now since 11:27pm last night, still nothing. How long with this take? Do we know the cause? And again, I do not want to be paying for service when I don't even have any.

@RogersHelps the face this keeps happening consistently now is driving people away your wifi isn’t that great to start with now we can’t even connect to it. We pay for your service that should be working 24/7. If you don’t fix this by the end of the day say goodbye to your customers.

@RogersHelps and here we go again! Service has been down since last night at 11 pm. Can't find out why. And the virtual assistant isn't working either. So sad that our small independent ISP sold thier soul to you. We will be looking to switch our ISP and home phone services.

@RogersHelps @ClintPhilp Why should people stay with your service? we keep getting reason’s to leave. We pay to have wifi everyday not have it good for a month then boom gone.

Hey @Rogers, I'm pretty tired of paying for a service that is disruptive and inconvenient. On another note...Smart TVs are the worst inventions. Bring back the box ones where at least you could still listen to your local news and watch Saturday morning cartoons.
