@Rogers You don’t care about your own customers in Canada, lmao. 2$ rebate for your mistake in April is a giant ***** slap to us. How many Canadians were affected and couldn’t work or do school work with kids? Your response 2$, can’t get a damn pop with that.

@2BPositive2 @RogersHelps From Rogers: Thank you for your patience. There is a confirmed outage in your direct area. Our maintenance team is on site working to restore the service as quickly as possible but there is currently no firm ETA on when it will be resolved.

@RogersHelps She is not a new customer . She has been with the provider that Rogers acquired for over 20 years. I’ve never been asked for this level of personal information by any vendor and wouldn’t provide it. A credit card should be sufficient.

Was just charged again by @Rogers for internet I cancelled in March, never been used and now I have almost $200 in late payments.

@AmandaRisser1 @RogersHelps Some providers offered a Who-called service which sent a text message notifying a number called when the phone was unreachable. Not sure if they still offer that service

@RicoRyder20 @Rogers @RogersHelps Duck Rico, another ***** slap is coming. Just got my bill 2$ rebate for that issue in April. Billionaires throwing table scraps at us average folk. Screwed how many Canadians and here’s 2$.

Hey @RogersHelps how can I buy the option to forward my email to another service back? It was removed in January - but I need to forward my email from the rogers account to another one!

@Rogers so just got our bill for the last month and no discounts for the full day of outage??? Seriously? People lost MONEY that they don’t have right now and you are charging your customers full price... wow 😳

  • KuechlerLori
    Lori Kuechler (@KuechlerLori) reported

@Rogers credit for service interruption on Apr 19 was a little bit paltry. $5 credit for the outage would have been a bit more in line with valuing customers The inconvenience was large at this time, when so many people are suffering silently in their homes due 2 stay home orders

    CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@AmandaRisser1 @RogersHelps Generally, missed calls do not show on the phone if it was turned off. The only way for calls to show on a phone (missed or otherwise) is if the calls actually reach the phone. If the phone is off or without service, the calls never reached the phone
