    @Rogers 5 ******* hours on hold waiting for your bullshit customer service representatives, went through 3 different customer service representatives until they finally sent me to an absolute angel from Montreal who actually speaks English (and French) who helped me out.

    @RogersHelps Internet WiFi has been intermittent since 2:30 pm today North York.. Up for ten minutes and down over 40. Ridiculous

    @RogersHelps I thought after the huge rogers system outage this summer that Rogers was looking to get back-up systems in place with other providers so outages this long wouldn’t happen. What on earth became of that plan? I have been wasting data all day, I agree with Siobhan. Compensate us
