@RogersHelps is there a problem with internet in this area L5M 5A1? I talk with the tech support awhile ago and the problem still exists. After we talk around 11:30 I think the internet is okay and then at 12pm disconnected again and then after 23 mins it’s was disconnected again

@Rogers Decided to switch to ignite and it's been hell since first tech came on May 27. I think our experience has to be the worst ever. Still no TV or internet service in my house. And every interaction with Rogers makes the situation worse.

@Rogers Update: After following up again I was promised an appointment on Saturday 8-10am (4 days outage at this point). Despite the fact that it was reported that the drop from the pole was severed, the technician said he did not have the equipment or personnel to do the repair...
