    @RogersHelps This does not help at all. I called the Technical Support Team and while speaking to the agent, the call got disconnected mid-way. No call back received. I have called back again and am on hold again for god knows how long.

    @georganneb @Rogers As much as I hate to admit it, Bell is far superior. It may be slightly more expensive, but their service is rock solid. YMMV.

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Our call centres have been managed for decades this way. It was always a long hold on the phone for technical support. All the best on hold. It can be frustrating but help awaits...

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Used to work in call centre's and I can answer this. Lower wages. Cheaper to have phone support in countries that pay WAY LESS THAN CANADA. 2/hour in many places.

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I've been directed to call centres in El Salvador, Philippines, India. Same problem understanding sometimes. Moroccan language (North African "Arabic") is not Arabic.

    One hour and 45 minutes later someone from Customer Care is finally on the line. I have to start all over again with him. Ask me how much I hate @Rogers ... go ahead, ask me. 🤬

    @RogersHelps @Rogers breaching your own contract and pinning it on customer to pay early termination fee, is just horrendous.

    @Rogers Loving the new virtual assistant 30 mins on hold to get to the overseas customer service....and start all over waiting...wow
