I called multiple times to resolve and you were full of promises until someone decided I could no longer speak to your reps. You needed my husband’s input prior to telling me where the router was. Not state secrets, a router.

Just a couple months ago I had this issue, figured it out and it was okay. I tried myrogers, Shaw, both apps. I think im too old for this.
