I have used @Rogers @RogersHelps wireless for ages. And I have been working overseas while keeping my Canadian phone number. Last two months I have had nothing but issues with Roam Like Home. Over $800 in charges while barely using phone. Is it worth losing a loyal customer? Ugh

@RogersHelps Understand the return process. This solidifies the fact we made the correct choice in switching providers. If after 15+ years, you can't find any leniency or help settle for a lesser amount on the device, I will never recommend your company to anyone.

@Rogers hi there. Closed my account, sent the phone back in the box you sent me and got a phone call saying my account still had the outstanding on the phone. Have spent hours on the phone with a dozen different people telling us a different thing. Please help
