    @RogersHelps - hi! Our Ignite TV is down again ... technician was here yesterday; we barely made it 18 hrs before the gateway failed. Question - why do I have to pay full price for a completely unreliable service. This isn’t new - same problem since Feb/19 install???!!!!

    Hey @RogersHelps Do you guys still service lobby building cameras that runs on the lobby watch channel? If so, who can I talk to about sending someone to repair my building's lobby camera? Customer service hasn't been helpful. Thanks in advance

    @RogersHelps They both have their own separate accounts/billing. Mom in fact was just moved over from @Bell. Orders both placed last Sunday, Mom (new account/customer) was the only one that received Airpods

    @Rogers Yeah the service is great for about the first 6-8 weeks. Then speeds slowly start getting throttled back. Calls ensue. Suddenly speeds magically work again for a few weeks. Rinse and repeat 20 times a year. Go ahead Roger's call me a liar. Tell everyone you don't throttled speeds

    @Rogers : had a issue with internet . Charged wrong amount . Chats saved where agent confirmed no extra charges will levied. But till now struggling with the issue. Have called customer service and no solution till date!!!

    @timandsid would I give $150m of @Rogers money* to George Springer over 5 years? I'm a fan. no doubt in my mind what I'd do. sign him. *a sizeable chunk of this comes from my mobile, cable and (previous) landline accounts over the past 17-yrs as a loyal customer.
