    @RogersHelps I need help with registering my online account. I don't have access to my account number & I don't have any way of retrieving it from any of the online services. Also, when I insist on getting in touch with a customer service person, the AI assistant disconnects the call.

    @RogersHelps Nope. On hold for over 1 ½ hrs and I had to hang up because the battery on my phone was dying. Not ready to try it again. I just wanna know why my emails are so late incoming. I get emails that were sent to me at nine in the morning & I get them at 9 o’clock at night. NOT OK

    @dhewlett @Rogers I have big problems I have found here in Poland guy who can shapes shift etc and changing colour of eyes. I guess that Goulds and entire sci - fi saga is somehow true and this sick action about goulds too.

    @RogersHelps The outage page is working it says there isn’t one in my area or at my address but my service is down the modem is blinking yellow and I’ve done a complete reset my unplugging the modem from its power source and plugging it back in and it’s still down.

    As a country (Canada) I feel like we need to do something about how bad @Rogers customer service and tech support is. It is beyond unacceptably bad. I feel like this is practically a national issue.

    @RogersHelps @faisal_ I waited an hour and a half on support and never did get an answer. Had to hang up because my phone’s battery was drained. Still have no resolution to my issue. You’re not the only one Faisal.
