@RogersHelps For **** sake @Rogers get it together. Over 24hrs and still no internet. Tired of having to ration my data to avoid paying extra despite already having paid for a fully functional home internet.probably gonna switch to Bell on my home internet as well. You guys are just pathetic.

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers Living without the internet is fine when you don’t rely on it for work or you don’t have an emergency at home. Before the internet, I had an operational home phone. Rogers left us with nothing. I changed my TV-Internet-home phone to Bell as of this morning.

Whole ******* neighbourhood is without internet again after like 5 hours of spotty connections. The fact that we pay more than any other country for this crappy service and slow ******* speed is pathetic. @CRTCeng @RogersHelps and even @Bell are relics, and useless.

@RogersHelps I was on hold technical support for over an hour and half, and then someone picked up the call and hung up the call. That's not fair. I called again and the message now is that the wait time is 2-3 hours.
