  • TheDiggyShow
Andrew Dignum (@TheDiggyShow) reported from St. Catharines, Ontario

@Bell followed up with your technical team and it appears nothing was done. Error code 1009p/3 seems to be a mystery and I'm not the only one who has it... @680NEWS should maybe investigate this as I may choose @Rogers if the app doesn't work...

  • MuffyVlogs
Muffy's Vlogs (@MuffyVlogs) reported from St. Catharines, Ontario

@Rogers **** Trudeau fix the outage. You need to compensate every person!

  • SteGriff81
Steven Griffiths (@SteGriff81) reported from Lincoln, Ontario

Omg @Rogers talk about a negative customer experience. 3 calls where each employee had no idea what they were doing and definitely not thinking while do ing their job!! #brainwashed #nodeal #customeris2nd

  • brocktsmith
Brock Smith (@brocktsmith) reported from St. Catharines, Ontario

@RogersHelps That’s precisely the problem - I’ve being running into nothing but issues. I’ve been regionally blocked the entire game, nothing has changed.

johanna lindeboom (@johannaburrows) reported from West Lincoln, Ontario

If Rogers could get service in at least one town in haldimand county that’d be cool.... @RogersHelps

  • UntilTheNextTee

@YoungerGolf @Golfguy3601 @GolfChannel @Rogers @nbc Well Rick, if it came down to it, there's always streaming.

  • SylviaBolle
Sylvia Bolle (@SylviaBolle) reported from Thorold South, Ontario

@RogersHelps please please please do whatever you need to do to get your services in area code L2V 4R6. It’s painful to have to rough it with the service provider here. After having your Ignite TV, there’s just no comparison.

  • BigHig19
K Higgs (@BigHig19) reported from St. Catharines, Ontario

@Rogers worst customer service on online chat. Time to switch to @Bell_Support

  • XxCarsten72xX
H.C.Sprung 🇨🇦🇺🇦🇩🇪 (@XxCarsten72xX) reported from St. Catharines, Ontario

@hometownhockey_ @Rogers It is painful to watch now. Too regular of a segment. Too "Mr. Roger's Neighborhood". And Maclean is awful, we turn the channel if he is on the screen or heaven forbid, opens his mouth to talk.

  • CrashEdwards
Nick E don’t lose that number (@CrashEdwards) reported from St. Catharines, Ontario

Goodbye @Bell after almost 20 years of extremely average service I am glad to switched over to @Rogers taking my number and my business elsewhere! Buh-bye.

  • whatdoesntkillu
Emily Spanton (she/elle) (@whatdoesntkillu) reported from St. Catharines, Ontario

I'm not a @Rogers customer - I had to spend an hour on transit to get to a bank branch so I could go to the hospital for in-person therapy because my hospital based therapist had no access to internet or phone service 🙃

  • johannaburrows
johanna lindeboom (@johannaburrows) reported from West Lincoln, Ontario

@RogersHelps I am on a Rogers cell plan. For whatever reason service has gotten significantly worse in my area this week, whether I am in town or not.

  • fireman607
MEDIA607 (@fireman607) reported from St. Catharines, Ontario

    @jods10503 @Rogers @Bell You’re lucky it was only 2 hours. It’s usually longer and it’s getting bad.

  • dukie2x
dukie dwa razy (@dukie2x) reported from Beamsville, Ontario

@Rogers should thank me for being loyal customer for last 10 years. Yet they wouldn’t offer me same (lower) plan as new customers get #notfair #bs #timetoswitch #NoThanks

Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • AileenMAO
    Aileen O (@AileenMAO) reported

@RogersHelps @Sportsnet where the replay "on demand" NEVER INCLUDES THE ENTIRE GAME.

  • grok
    Grok (@grok) reported

@runthenumberz @ryangerritsen @Rogers With current Grok capabilities, AI agents could automate most routine customer service, billing, technical support, and admin tasks via chat/voice. Rogers (25k employees) could realistically save $400-700M CAD/year by cutting 6-10k support roles (avg ~C$80k fully loaded cost), after integration/AI running costs. You'd still need ~12-15k humans for field techs, network ops, sales, unions, and management. Full replacement isn't there yet—agents augment fast.

  • TonyAnjam
    Tony🐶🏒 (@TonyAnjam) reported

@Rogers Amazing service. I love firing all the workers and replacing them with AI

  • MissMJTaylor
    Marielle Taylor (@MissMJTaylor) reported

@RogersHelps So those who have cottages or live near algonquin park are now outside your network? Never used to be an issue. So you no longer cover cottage country? I know others also say they have same issue. Bell has network fyi.

  • MissMJTaylor
    Marielle Taylor (@MissMJTaylor) reported

@RogersHelps It automatically switched to emergency calls only. No availability from west of gate and all through the park. Happening to many others too. Never did in th past. It just simply said. Rogers extended. Emergency calls only.

  • MicheleLReiw
    Michele L Renaud (@MicheleLReiw) reported

@RogersHelps The problem no longer exists, we are no longer clients. Problem solved.

  • triciaterryxo
    Tricia Terry (@triciaterryxo) reported

@Rogers why is the data so bad in Bowmanville for months now.

  • BrianOakely
    Darren Gudmundson (@BrianOakely) reported

@Rogers You won't even let me cancel my account without going down to one of your franchise stores. I will try your latest link when I get back.

  • JeremyHain68748
    Jeremy Hainsworth (@JeremyHain68748) reported

@Rogers my account continues to be a complete mess with bills inaccurrate, communcations a nightmare and me not knowing what the real status of my account is because the billing hasn't been fixed for new address. I'm probably in danger of having my serevice cut off. Please fix.

  • colingwagner
    C Wagner (@colingwagner) reported

@RogersHelps Why would I give Rogers another chance? You didn't have any interest when I was a customer so why would I even remotely entertain coming back to you now?
