@RogersHelps please please please do whatever you need to do to get your services in area code L2V 4R6. It’s painful to have to rough it with the service provider here. After having your Ignite TV, there’s just no comparison.

@Rogers Any idea how long my home services will be down? Bell had their customers restored in 30 minutes. It took me 3 hours to get thru to a live agent using my Virgin cell service data to find out if it had been reported. Then I got dropped.

@RogersHelps And the technician tracking has been broken every time I’ve used it, it shows the incorrect address for where they’re going which prompts me to call (wait on hold) only to be told I must have an error because they’re going to my address - despite you showing me an incorrect one.
