@Bell followed up with your technical team and it appears nothing was done. Error code 1009p/3 seems to be a mystery and I'm not the only one who has it... @680NEWS should maybe investigate this as I may choose @Rogers if the app doesn't work...

@MetikosL @RogersHelps @680NEWS Only Bell and Telus mentions I've seen this morning are related to the Rogers outage. No one I know is currently having an issue with other providers, although Bell has been hit and miss over the last week or so in areas where they're installing additional capacity.

@RogersHelps Used Rogers robot chat, had me to completely reset ALL my wifi settings. Now ALL my WIFI passwords are GONE. work, home, friends.... All for nothing, because the robot didn't simply tell me that the system was down, to wait, that my playing w/settings and resets were moot.👎
