    @RogersHelps please please please do whatever you need to do to get your services in area code L2V 4R6. It’s painful to have to rough it with the service provider here. After having your Ignite TV, there’s just no comparison.

    @Bell followed up with your technical team and it appears nothing was done. Error code 1009p/3 seems to be a mystery and I'm not the only one who has it... @680NEWS should maybe investigate this as I may choose @Rogers if the app doesn't work...

    @undercovtea Markham here and also have the same issues. I called @RogersHelps and I get a message that they are too busy and to call back later. I can't even wait in queue to speak with anyone.
