@Rogers should thank me for being loyal customer for last 10 years. Yet they wouldn’t offer me same (lower) plan as new customers get #notfair #bs #timetoswitch #NoThanks

@Bell followed up with your technical team and it appears nothing was done. Error code 1009p/3 seems to be a mystery and I'm not the only one who has it... @680NEWS should maybe investigate this as I may choose @Rogers if the app doesn't work...

@RogersHelps please please please do whatever you need to do to get your services in area code L2V 4R6. It’s painful to have to rough it with the service provider here. After having your Ignite TV, there’s just no comparison.

@FourWinns298 @Rogers Sorry this is happening. Our service was out only 20 hrs and 2 minutes. We have a nearby relative whose service is ‘restored’ but switching TV channels is slow and the PVR function is not working. The relative chatted with @Rogers who told her there’s no outage in her area🫤

@TorontoStar Still no internet for us. No way to contact @RogersHelps to see if issue for area or just our house. Rebooted modem so many times now lost count. Did come back online last night but went out again this morning. Are we the only ones still without internet in the GTA??

@Jbrennydozer @RogersHelps They do not owe anyone an explanation. Detailing what went catastrophically wrong can and will compromise their network in the future. It is up to their clients to provide a backup plan for connectivity. A single point of failure never works
