  • TheDiggyShow Andrew Dignum (@TheDiggyShow) reported from St. Catharines, Ontario

@Bell followed up with your technical team and it appears nothing was done. Error code 1009p/3 seems to be a mystery and I'm not the only one who has it... @680NEWS should maybe investigate this as I may choose @Rogers if the app doesn't work...

@RogersHelps please please please do whatever you need to do to get your services in area code L2V 4R6. It’s painful to have to rough it with the service provider here. After having your Ignite TV, there’s just no comparison.

  • dukie2x dukie dwa razy (@dukie2x) reported from Beamsville, Ontario

@Rogers should thank me for being loyal customer for last 10 years. Yet they wouldn’t offer me same (lower) plan as new customers get #notfair #bs #timetoswitch #NoThanks

Omg @Rogers talk about a negative customer experience. 3 calls where each employee had no idea what they were doing and definitely not thinking while do ing their job!! #brainwashed #nodeal #customeris2nd

@RogersHelps I manually unplugged it and two boxes. It did not fix.

  • SuadBushnaq Suad Bushnaq (@SuadBushnaq) reported

@RogersHelps internet down again in the annex border yorkville. This is the third time this month and again my work is halted because of it. Help please.

  • reikokoyama79 Reiko Koyama (@reikokoyama79) reported

I have never been more annoyed at having to pay my $400 wireless bill, than I am today @Rogers. Cute that you think a $15 bill credit will make up for having no connection for 13 hrs. ON A MONDAY TO BOOT.

  • StarshipAlves Starship Alves (@StarshipAlves) reported

@DavidRentz @TorontoStar @Rogers You won't get ****. When I moved to Bell, I had to spend 3 hours at the Skydome location waiting to return my modem because Rogers phones were down. They now send me collection letters of $3,000+ for the equipment I returned. I would love to see them go bankrupt.

  • MdrnCdn Dave Neal (@MdrnCdn) reported

@RogersHelps Everything came back normally, and I've seen that Rogers will be adjusting charges for the outage. I did get a text that day welcoming me to the US network and informing me of 'Roam Like Home' fees, hopefully I did not incur any charges.

  • landlPM paulM (@landlPM) reported

@Rogers I’m not so much concerned about the phone as I am about the reliability of the network. Your **** service cost me about $4000 the other day

  • leafsweetie Kathy (@leafsweetie) reported

@RogersHelps Hmm I was told to never unplug the modem but to restart it from the ignite app?

  • SHN006 Sham (@SHN006) reported

@RogersHelps Is this a joke? Service disruptions happens early Monday morning and it is now Wednesday and you’re giving me an update now????

  • understatedkoko koko (@understatedkoko) reported

After 15 yrs as a @Rogers cell customer, I left to another provider, transferred my number, all done by the new provider, @Rogers did not contact me once, not even to ask “why”. Hmm, retention is not a priority I suppose. @bell contacted my partner instantly with better offers.
