    @Bell followed up with your technical team and it appears nothing was done. Error code 1009p/3 seems to be a mystery and I'm not the only one who has it... @680NEWS should maybe investigate this as I may choose @Rogers if the app doesn't work...

    @RogersHelps please please please do whatever you need to do to get your services in area code L2V 4R6. It’s painful to have to rough it with the service provider here. After having your Ignite TV, there’s just no comparison.

    Hey @RogersHelps - I just spent over 1 hour on hold to get to a customer solution specialist. They had me on hold for another 15 minutes while they checked the account and then "transferred me" to retentions by sending me to a dial tone. Tried calling back and its another hour?

    @PBS @Rogers I wanted to add PBS to my channel lineup in Canada. I could not because Rogers Cable bundles it with Fox. I could never give even a penny of my money that would go to Fox. Rogers Cable needs to do better! Wonder if PBS knows many will not subscribe because of that?

    Is anyone else having issues with @RogersHelps wifi? Mine’s down, which means ALL of my services are down. They told me that it was a widespread outage, but a few neighbours I asked aren’t have any issues…weird.
