    @RogersHelps please please please do whatever you need to do to get your services in area code L2V 4R6. Itโ€™s painful to have to rough it with the service provider here. After having your Ignite TV, thereโ€™s just no comparison.

    @Bell followed up with your technical team and it appears nothing was done. Error code 1009p/3 seems to be a mystery and I'm not the only one who has it... @680NEWS should maybe investigate this as I may choose @Rogers if the app doesn't work...

    @RogersHelps why donโ€™t you take some of the people who have time to call me a million times a day for home security (which Iโ€™ve declined a million times) and train them to do customer service - because Iโ€™ve been on hold for an hour this is ridiculous.
