@RogersHelps please please please do whatever you need to do to get your services in area code L2V 4R6. It’s painful to have to rough it with the service provider here. After having your Ignite TV, there’s just no comparison.

@RogersHelps I've been a subscriber to NHL for many years. Currently I have an LG TV with WebOs, as well as a Roku stick, neither of which support the Sportsnet app. Basically a useless service now.

@Rogers @RogersBiz why are you guys even still operating in Canadian market when you cannot handle the load of customers you got, every other day the internet is down every other day I have to call customer care and suffer the losses because of your such bad service!!

@RogersHelps It’s not a troubleshooting the issue, just got off a call with your technical team, who advised me that my entire area is down (Mississauga/Cookville Streetsville) it maybe up to 24 hours
