    @Bell followed up with your technical team and it appears nothing was done. Error code 1009p/3 seems to be a mystery and I'm not the only one who has it... @680NEWS should maybe investigate this as I may choose @Rogers if the app doesn't work...

    @Rogers I am now on my 6th hour trying to speak to a customer service agent.All I want to do is cancel my home phone. This is nuts and unacceptable I am done, I will cancel everything now. I refuse to pay for it this month cause I can't even get through to talk to a rep to cancel

    @Rogers Retirement allows me to stay “ON HOLD” rounding 2 hours 40 minutes, this treatment after asking to speak to a supervisor….unbelievable….That’s quite the customer service!!!
