So again and again @rogers poor service since yesterday channels are not working. Done all resets when does this work less then it doesn’t but still charging full price.

@RogersBiz Poor customer service from your end and even false promises. Because of your poor customer service I have been billed 140 dollars for nothing, for the sim I have never activated.

@Rogers I came to rogers from bell. I opt premium protection plan.Lost my phone. Likewize took 20 days to accept all my documents. After accepting they said your request is not accepted. been without phone for 20 days and now they are making me fool. Worst service from @Rogers

@kel_minns @Rogers Mine went out 9pm Saturday night (middle of leafs game sportsnet) now having connection issues with channels-movie time/showcase/drama/crime investigation. But got free 80/90’s HS(281-284) On phone with them- know about situation. They said working on it. It’s just Hamilton
