    @RogersHelps I watch TV through the internet and when your service goes down especially during the Superbowl, WE have a problem. This has been an issue at least once a month and if it's not addressed I'll be going elsewhere for my internet.

    hey @RogersHelps . cant go an hour without loosing internet, ignite tv and home phone. If, as your support says, no issue in your neighborhood, why do all my neighbors have the same problem? A week of this and now what?

    Billing transferred me to corporate account customer care person when then transferred me to something that was voicemail. Left a voicemail. Into the abyss I go. This is so absurd! This is why we left @Rogers before! Madness!!
