@RogersHelps why is my 5G mobile network running like Edge today? Been like that since about noon. When I'm at gome on wifi everything is fine, as soon as I step outside onto mobile network everything takes 5 minutes to load...please advise

@Rogers you guys are trying to make me pay $320 a month for rocket hub internet. Spent 2 and a half hours on the phone Wednesday. Your “loyalty” agent came back to me with the exact same offer 3 times. Said a manager would call me back. I’m still waiting for that. Horrible!

And as part of this I want to give a MAJOR shout out to @Rogers Tech Support team who helped to get this couple back online after they almost got scammed. I criticize @Rogers a lot but their Tech Support team went above and beyond and that needs to be recognized in public.

cords work with other devices but NOT with 2 BRAND NEW X16 Set-Top boxes! Was told cable coax outlet actually is not the problem, the boxes are. Now we have NO cable for the #CanadaDay long weekend. I am NOT a happy @RogersHelps customer! Now I understand 4/?

@Rogers is there an internet outage in the L6R postal code area. We had a brief power outage and now I don't have internet connection despite restarting my modem and reconnecting our internet connection cable

@BuNdOAVFC @RogersHelps Their Wireless Home Internet is based on sending/receiving signals from cellular towers. It would be limited by the same issues which cause interference for radiowaves. There are many factors which can affect cellular reception. Not sure what freq they use, but Bell uses 3500 MHz
