Day 4 of #Rogers Connection issues. Websites don't load. Apps aren't working. Speed ranges from dial-up to OK but not even half of what it should be. And no response from @RogersHelps at all. It has to be something with #Rogers because if I disconnect from WiFi it works OK.

@RogersHelps My internet is still down in Ottawa (K4A) it has not come back at all since Friday. I guess it's use my Bell cell phone data as a hot spot for work kind of day!

@Rogers @deenlily You keep saying most … where is it not working .. yesterday I couldn’t get net or phone access in parts of Vancouver even downtown / coal harbour … please be specific it affects gig workers / Uber / Lyft / INSTACART / doordash etc we can’t confirm deliveries or do orders

@RogersHelps still not getting channels on my NextBox. I’m not paying $100 to get only 10 channels. When is the Estimated time for all cable not ignite but the good old wired cable going to be showing all channels again. Do I have to call and wait hours on phone to fix this? Help

@snowmanonfire @CheriDiNovo @Rogers Apparently you have been using your POT line a lot if you believe this. Since Bell landlines requie a bell modem you’re also susceptible to power outages. And Bell had a large outage in Atlantic Canada a few years ago where internet AND landlines were not working.
