@AboutRogers @Rogers My service came back for an hour…between 7 and 8pm. The “all good” status on the modem has been there since last night. I hope there’s testing being done to ensure the service is truly restored for everyone. Stuck here sitting on my hands waiting.

@RogersHelps I don’t think I will be a Rogers client anymore. Last year when that happened I lost money. And again yesterday I lost money. I could not get call because of no network. They won’t pay me 8 hours of work for the day. I will go back to Koodo or Telus.

This reached to disgusting negligence by @Rogers on top of the already horrible disaster they were yesterday. @raptafan time to change our cable provider. Wasting our money on services that 24hs post restoration of internet we can't watch TV. C
