@RogersHelps 3 calls. 4 hours wasted. Your DM service sucks too. 15 year senior who always pays her bills on time. Completely ignored. We are calling tomorrow to cancel. Paying last bill and we are done. Disgusting. Filing a complaint with @CRTCeng too. Shameful behaviour.

Maybe less so with the current financing model, but that is one of the problems with having meaningful competition only at the top end of the market.

@RogersHelps Hi Rogers, fix your DNS servers they have been constantly going offline over the last couple of weeks. Frustrating when you use Ignite and cannot change your DNS settings to point at something more reliable 😉
