    Gotta say The new @RogersHelps technical support AI actually makes calling for help more difficult. A simple request to exchange equipment took me repeating the request 6 times

    Tho they will NEVER see one penny from me. Have to ask myself, "what else are they up to?" What other types of revenge does @rogers take on their former customers? They have all your information. They refuse to delete it. Do they even, "protect" it anymore? I doubt it.

    @RogersHelps I get technical issues can happen but you clearly need more agents to support customers as well as looking at the IVR to determine why it keeps dropping calls. A technical issue can happen, but multiple times is not ok.

    @RogersHelps finally got ahold of someone to cancel the ph line I dont need 45 mins later, by todays standards that is not long....unfortunately

    @RogersHelps My smoke alarm keeps going off for no reason. I've been waiting for technical help over 20 minutes. Twice this year, my bill increased and service level decreased.

    Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps I've sent you a DM and am still awaiting a response. I've wasted almost 2 hours trying to solve a billing issue. I've dealt with 4 agents today already, being passed from one to another. What gives ? #customerservice is terrible.
