@RogersHelps Hey Rogers! You customer service is seriously degrading day by day..Wanted to change my plan and i was on call for more thsn 50 minutes 3 different times with representatives who can barely speak proper english..Such a waste of time.Filled with sheer frustration

Hey, @Rogers, another note to say you unbelievably SUCK. Thanks for your customer service guy trying to upsell me and spout BS about "guidelines" while refusing to send out a technician to SOLVE the problem. WHAT ARE YOU GOOD FOR? Again, why shouldn't people dump you for Bell?

@RogersHelps Email is not working. It asks you to re enter the password. It takes you to rogers member centre, I enter my email, then I enter my password it says it doesn’t recognize it. I went to forgot password, but then it says something went wrong on our end.
