I’m done being told to call here call there print my own label … you do your jobs and serve us, the customers. And if my deceased dads account has a balance with equipment not returned that’s YOUR PROBLEM

BrianM (@briangm11) reported@RogersHelps Thanks, but the @Rogers tech support dept has been so decimated by profit-enhancing layoffs that the task seems insurmountable. We "upgraded" to Xfinity last Aug., but the modem quit twice this week. Each phone call takes 60+ min, and last night we had to quit.
