    @Rogers so for no explanation the wifi in our house goes off line with out reason, we've tried every little fix imaginable and for the past few weeks its been getting worse and worse plz help, as its becoming even more impossible to get stuff done :(

    @Rogers care to give a reason why you're charging $50 more for NFL Sunday Ticket this year? It has gone up $120 since 2017, for the same service. There is no good reason or explanation that can justify this. We're not buying anymore & just about done being a Rogers customer.

    Plz @RogersHelps, have you learned nothing about customer service? Almost $500 in fees EVERY month on my 2 accounts & I get the run around to restore my @CraveCanada that just stopped working for no apparent reason. Waiting on hold 4 for over 40 mins w latest rep #ridiculous

    @RogersHelps 2nd day of service interruptions in my area. Both my wife and I cannot work without "your" service. Please provide a detailed explanation on when service will be resolved (A1L0R3)

    @RogersBiz Rogers should focus on providing a good core basic service first. Getting tired of the constant dropped calls, slow service and excuses.
