    @CanadasLeafs @RogersHelps Iโ€™m not defending them, but itโ€™s a bad time to call. Lots are now home from work for the day and canโ€™t call until then. Jams them the f up. 10 am-ish til 2-ish works good. Weekends after 1 as well.

    @RogersHelps What a disgrace you are. Charging me 210 bucks for an internet service that I havenโ€™t used and your customer service tells me โ€œNothing we can doโ€ I havenโ€™t used rogers internet in almost a year. Completely useless and unacceptable customer service!!!

    @RogersHelps I've done that. When I was on hold it said in he automated voice to go see your closet store. Also it's not all about my bill it's several problems I'm having with Roger's

    @RogersHelps Your customer service is the worst of the worst. I was at a Roger's store yesterday and they helped me send an email to the complaints department. Said they would contact me in 24hrs. I was at the store yesterday morning and still no callback ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    @RogersHelps There is only one, we tried calling and logging in and the self help thing is saying we donโ€™t have an account, even though we got the modem etc, we donโ€™t know what to do at this point lol.
