    Funny how my daughter has #Virgin internet and has no problem with it, and we have @Fidomobile internet and have had to restart the app and it's #buffering #FedUp with the @Rogers brand of companies.

    At this time I have no service. I am disconnected from my previous provider and not connected with @Rogers either. I came home after an hour and called my previous providers customer service. The agent told me to get my services with @Rogers activated to port my number back.

    @QuothTheKraven @RogersHelps It's all awful.. doesn't matter which one you go with. Finally got a hold of someone and they are being rude and patronizing.. what a wonderful experience I've had today

    I have no choice but to wait until 10 am tomorrow to get a SIM card from a @Rogers store and get the line activated. While I wait without service I won’t be able to logon to my work computer as I won’t be able to get the SMS for multi- factor authentication (MFA).

    @Rogers I would love to stay connected with you guys but being as covid meant my small business suffered and you took our discounts away I can't stay with you anymore after 23years evidently new acquisitions are more important so a customer service person quoted to me?

    Anyone ever get hit with a ridiculous overage charge without any notification that they were getting close to their limit? I was charged 352$ with 128GB of overages. Going to cancel every service I have with them.Who do you use in Ontario? @RogersHelps Bye!

    Hey @Rogers .. I really wish you would allow me to keep my device a little longer. Your upfront edge program comes with a huge inconvenience to your customer at the end of the 2 year term. #unhappy
