@RogersHelps 11 days-no internet service, no one has figured out the problem, 3 techs no-showed to their appointments and have to wait until Tuesday for the next tech. And on top of that I got my bill yesterday lol bill for what? I haven’t had service since I installed the modem

@atoonk @Rogers On question I would like to see included in the reporting is how the network handles the surge load on recovery. Surge load can slam a recover when you come back online. It happens when all those devices have a path to finally connect - with millions connect at the same time.

@CBCToronto BS @Rogers I don’t believe for one minute that your network update took down BOTH your cell phone network and your internet network. They are independent from one another and use different technology.
