Also, had roaming charges on phones that didn't have roaming data enabled. I would like to have that resolved!

And it's the work. How many people here would even be able to handle being yelled at by a customer? Or taking back to back calls for 8 hours solid?

I've never visited the US during the timeframe but was working an hour or so from the border.
