    @RogersHelps Wtf is the point? Y’all ****** up, and the CSR who already “dealt with us” was an ******* and acted like it was our fault you cut off auto payments without our knowledge or consent, then waited 6 months to finally tell us about it

    @RogersHelps For days now I am unable to see the "New Phones Offers" under My Rogers . Is this part of the new improved "services" offered by Rogers ?Your services are getting worst.Unreliable coverage , offers that cannot be seen . What is next ?

    Since the outage, I have pretty well no @Rogers mobile internet on my phone. I can't even load a webpage on data. Wifi only. It says LTE but it lies. I even had a free increase of high speed data added to my account @RogersHelps can you explain this?
