-
Bob Pickard (@BobPickard) reported@UniforTheUnion @Rogers The abrupt way Rogers turned off these stations was needlessly disrespectful to the employees let go and to the people in the communities affected whose listenership over decades supported the company with advertising dollars. You just don’t deal with staff and consumers so callously – no notice and crappy communication like they mean nothing. But this is the culture of Rogers under Edward Rogers and his beancounter CEO who don’t have the character and class to treat their stakeholders right.
-
Chris (@Islander2026) reported@RogersHelps Hahaha the thing that answered the phone told me it was AI. Maybe start by getting rid of that crap.
-
Alison S. (@yidchick) reported@RogersHelps @mattklopot Rogers is bs they don't actually want to help it's lip service

Deb (@Deblet1) reported@RogersHelps I don’t mean to be rude but you are asking many questions for what? If you read my posts I did not get any resolution and clearly no one is sending a modem given three transfers and not one of the staff knows who handles it. Tech put me to Customer Care they put me to legacy
-
Tanyassm (@tanyalsweet) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers READ THE MESSAGE BEFORE YOU RESPOND 🤬 🤬 TECH Transferred me to customer service for a credit for the week AND I’VE BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER 2HOURS!!! 🤬

Mike Hanafin (@MikeHanafin) reportedIf @CRTCeng had any ***** or true function they would have told @Rogers "no, you have a license, and until that license runs out, you keep these stations on the air. Then sell the license to another company that keeps it on the air." That never happens. Ever. The #CRTC: useless
-
Cole Smith (@_Cole_Smith) reported@RodMakeKidsBald @Rogers Less than two days after 1000s of Western Canadian fans travelled to Seattle to support the Jay's and Rogers removes their games from the airways out here. Evil
-
Don Bradshaw (@RealDonBradshaw) reportedThat’s some award-winning journalism there. 🙄 It’s not like the #BlueJays50 have 742 other serious problems that could be addressed. It’s a below-.500 ball club with numerous players in slumps but yeah, go ahead and focus on their toy box. Keep cashing those @Rogers paycheques.
