    @Rogers @RogersHelps Having issues with your MyRogers App. For the last few months I cannot see my usage information with my cell phones. Tried deleting and reinstalling the MyRogers app. Still happens. Called tech support and they could not help me. Please help :)

    @RogersHelps what is the escalation process? I have had many techs come, verified all good at my house equipment etc. Every time it’s below zero outside my whole service drops, tech was apparently checking nodes etc in hood. Didn’t see anyone and no follow up. No change bad serv

    @sportsnet @rogers I pay you both a lot of $$ every month in part to watch the Leafs in at least HD on my 4k TV, 4k Apple TV w/your 4k(?) app & my Rogers internet. And you're sending me resolution I couldn't see the puck on an 100" TV. Do you want Bell to get my hundreds a month?

    literally hate you @RogersHelps can’t wait to end my service. any canadians have reccs for good internet providers? i was thinking fido but they’re also with rogers and bell sucks too

    Hey @RogersHelps Why do you have to call me several times a day every day - always around supper time -about an account issue that has been resolved. Can you please stop? I don't want to block your number in case you legitimately have to reach me, but this is ridic.

    @RogersHelps Hey Rogers, very frustrating when the internet signal winks out every 5-7 minutes for the past week or so. Hard to watch TV, stream anything, work online or maintain a Zoom call. Please get this fixed ASAP. I’m not interested in paying full price for broken service
