-
Kelly (@AlbertanKelly) reportedMy internet/cable has been down for 24 hours. @Rogers (with Shaw). Never had this happen before. I actually appreciate the updates - apparently a cable was cut by third party contruction but, 24 hours is a really long time. I feel for everyone in my area who works from home. There better be some compensation for this.
-
James Seo (@james_seo03) reported@UniforTheUnion @Rogers Will never do business with Rogers. Ever again.
-
Ghaith Dalati (@gdalati) reported@Rogers Canada has again assured me that living out of Canada is the wise decision . Internet goes down a home since a week and been trying to get hold of customer service ( aka Some call center in a 3rd world country as per their ranking ) and no one answer, and when they do,

Jay A (@rodice11) reported@RogersHelps @RogersHelps it took over 6 hours but I finally got someone to help, meiji, a rogers specialist figured it out for me. Bills paid in full. F you for making it so difficult to accomplish (satirically, I don't really mean f you) I hope I never have to go through this again.

Cadence Grace (@cadencegrace) reported@RogersHelps You can start by firing Keona- this is the second time I’ve dealt with her and she is the direct reason I will be going elsewhere. She is rude, condescending, wastes your time and makes your business feel unwelcome and unneeded.
-
@jimaverse (@jollyjim55) reported@rodmickleburgh @Rogers That's your problem, you expect the government to do everything for you short of wiping your ***.
-
CDN_Footy (@TFCin110) reported@RogersHelps @mwalker1533 If this is the case then please respond to your DMs because like others I can not get through to talk to a person. The online chat can’t help me apparently. I just want to talk to a person.

Dan McGrath (@dannymcgrathy) reportedI didn't think there was such a thing worse than @RogersHelps #customerservice until I had an issue with @Fidomobile . Its much worse. Oh wait, Fido is Rogers. SMH.
-
Chris Webb (@Crippit) reported@RogersHelps I've been on hold for 1hr 35min trying to get my wife's sim card working after it just stopped working. If you want to keep customers, answering the phone might be a good move. Tried self service - can get a text, tried the store, people sat everywhere waiting....

Chris (@Islander2026) reported@RogersHelps Hahaha the thing that answered the phone told me it was AI. Maybe start by getting rid of that crap.
