Clearly @koodo only cares about attracting new customers and doesn't care at about existing customers. Wasted my time for nothing but if I was a new customer they'd bend over backwards to sign me up. 24 hours to contact me and make this right or a port all my lines to @Rogers

  • merveakgundogan Merve Akgun Dogan (@merveakgundogan) reported

@Rogers it is almost 2023! Why does my internet cut out suddenly! Am I paying less that I must?!

  • CDN_Cubs_Fan Rob the 🇨🇦 Cubs Fan (@CDN_Cubs_Fan) reported

@RogersHelps an 11 minute wait isn't bad.. but when that 11 minutes turns into 52 and counting you should have the option to get a call back .. this is ridiculous.

  • sgbdrummer The Beat (@sgbdrummer) reported

@runutz2021 @Sportsnet @Rogers WTF #SPORTSNET !!!!!! Biggest moment in Canadian tennis history and your satellite fails!!!!!! Brutal!!!

  • blacktopher Christopher Black (@blacktopher) reported

@RaptorsDevotee @Sportsnet Don't forget @rogers. Just another big crapout of service at the worst time. Leave it to the monopoly to cut corners.

  • OlMrB 💬 OlMrB 🔝 (@OlMrB) reported

@RogersHelps I will continue tweeting u when I have experienced a service disruption. I want your team to feel my pain of using a terrible service.

  • itsallforever Lily (@itsallforever) reported

@repa0005 @Rogers Same here, we have been having significant drops since yesterday morning and still no response whatsoever other than they cannot see any issues!!!! This is really frustrating @rogers

  • mfd72 Great Gazoo (@mfd72) reported

@RogersHelps 866-469-3904. Rogers marketing had called me at least 4 times a day for 2 weeks after I have told them I was not interested. As a long time (25+ yrs) customer I’m seriously looking for a new carrier if it keeps up.

  • creatively_red CreativelyRed (@creatively_red) reported

@TekSavvyCSR @Rogers Sadly it’ll be days before service can be restored. The manager said I should have had a backup line like their rural employees do. Why does shipping take 3 days and only happens on weekday afternoons?

  • TheHenday TheHenday (@TheHenday) reported

@RogersHelps @Weathermetre Yet another reason to leave Rogers everyone. Worst cellular company in Canada, right here! Wait a couple months for service to drop nationwide for a week. It’s almost that time of year!
