@AboutRogers Hey @rogers- you said 100% of cell service was back online- why not ME?! #amItheonlyone?!?

  • LoveFreedom11 Tay (@LoveFreedom11) reported

**** you @Rogers this is bullshit

  • mehereen WhoisMe? (@mehereen) reported

@Rogers it’s been almost 36 hours and still nothing. When we finally got through to a rep, we were told that 15 out of 21 modems in our area are offline with no ETA for more than 71% of households who still do not have service. #rogersoutage

  • FabulousFit40 FabulousFearlessFit (@FabulousFit40) reported

@vote4robgill @Rogers Rogers’ outage stopped residents from being able to access 911 services for almost 24 hours, causing delays in life-saving medical treatment. It’s possible that some people died (heart attack & can’t call for help) and Rogers thinks $3.80 will compensate for this?!!!

  • realjluque Jason Luque (@realjluque) reported

@RogersHelps any knowledge of when service will be returned to the Kitchener area? #36hours

  • RMVB4Flight Steve (@RMVB4Flight) reported

@RogersHelps, can you provide an update to your customers re internet still being down, unstable if up, low bandwidth only? Im in a major city. You’re on my **** list. Be calling around (now that I can) soon to find other options.

  • misterwashburn Mike Washburn 🔜 Nova Scotia (@misterwashburn) reported

.@Rogers may be saying they've restored service but the reality is they've BARELY restored service. 3/4 the things I use the internet for still remain non-functional. I won't let them only think we've been down for 1 day - my bill is WAY too high for that. #rogersoutage

  • vKodax P man (@vKodax) reported

@Trini123a @Rogers @RogersHelps same thing and my ignite channels automatically change to sports center . the internet is chippy and slow as well #RogersOutage #Rogers #rogersdown

@CBCNews Sorry but I couldn’t watch it as @RogersBiz and @rogerstv and associated internet networks are still down.

  • afathersbastard myfathersbastard (@afathersbastard) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers This was 9 hours ago and I STILL have NOTHING. My phone says I have signal, but I have no phone, text, messaging or internet. Nothing. 2 DAYS with no phone service if I’m not at home on my TELUS wifi. W T F
