    @RogersHelps @Dr_H_Pimlott Ah - the kind of blame others response that makes sure I'll never get a mobile phone or Internet from Rogers! That and how often the Rogers website is down when I try and pay my legacy cable bill (can't wait to ditch it!)

    @Rogers your live chat is equally pathetic. I am always queue number 50 and above. Do I have to wait 2 hours every time to resolve my network issues ? Cant reach an agent. On call since morning, wait times 2 hours already.

    @RogersHelps The ONLY balance I have is the exact same amount of the credit. ROGERS has now started sending me reminders about the overdue amount. Called today and told to wait one more day. To wait on hole and talk to someone with terrible CS skills

    @RogersHelps i don’t know i called the customer service number showed them everything, i didn’t even know there’s a win back team and customer care. They are supposed to tell me the difference not otherwise
