    @RogersHelps On chat, yes, not on the phone. Stubborn not to declare an outage, but we got a tech call for Saturday afternoon, and the 2nd chat agent diagnosed a lack of speed to the modem. This should be a must-do for TODAY, not Saturday.

    @RogersHelps is there any issues involving poor audio quality right now.?When I switch over to apps available (ie. YouTube/ Prime/ Netflix) the sound quality is awful

    @Rogers Why is it.. when getting a new connection.. you ppl will constantly call us.. once service is sold.. it takes ages for us to talk to real person.. Chat is a scam.. Anna waste of AI functionality and Chat agents don't have authority of anything

    @RogersHelps 4 hours later, mostly on hold, I have been bounced around to people who engage long enough to figure out they need to send me somewhere else where I end up on hold AGAIN. I have a service booking They made an error on the day. I was told tomorrow a.m.; the notice is for JUNE 3!🤬

    @RogersHelps @CCTS_CPRST I have already restarted my phone. I have reset the network settings on my iPhone. We have reset our network router. None of it works. I believe your provisioning group needs to make a change to allow wi-fi calling on my line.

    @RogersHelps Telling a customer one thing and then adding to the cost of a bill is not a good business practice. A long time customer that you are willing to lose may work for you but if doesn't work for me
