@RogersHelps @FidoSolutions This is unacceptable. Service still hasn’t been restored and no updates from you. We need to know how much longer and the service needs to be back on asap. Working from home depends on this. Get your **** together!

@Rogers What's going on? Literally shut down a city by cell phone service. No explanation at all??

  • chaussons1 2Chaussons1Dollar (@chaussons1) reported

@RogersHelps Hi Everyone, It turns our Rogers phones are down because Rogers sold all of our information to a 3rd party for advertising but thst system actually corrupted the Rogers Network. Rogers will deny this but not provide their version of the real facts and just state they don't know.

  • LoLoCheerBows Mama J (@LoLoCheerBows) reported

@nvonlanthen Lol. Just said that to a friend. Finally get to book an appointment and @Rogers is down. Nothing in this pandemic surprises me anymore. #pandemiclife

  • itjeepguy Big Al (@itjeepguy) reported

@RogersHelps A major system outage wether it be cell and/or Internet seems to be an annual thing with Rogers. Seeing as Rogers never seems to miss billing their customers, fully expect some sort of compensation for non-delivered services.

  • HughesFiona Fiona Hughes (@HughesFiona) reported

@timpdouglas @Rogers @RogersHelps It must be bad given it's been out since midnight apparently.

  • ParagonCause PARAGⴲN CAUSE (@ParagonCause) reported

@RogersHelps I initially thought it was my phone, then thought I didn't pay a bill or something... Then I tried to look online, but I couldn't because my data was down.. Crazy stuff, all day? I can't believe it's still down.

  • vpobri Valerie (@vpobri) reported

@Rogers @Rogers what is going on with this network I rely on this to be working as I am not able to connect to wifi at work.

  • rainbow_amanda Amanda Leliever (@rainbow_amanda) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps @Fidomobile #rogersdown #rogersoutage all the customer service reps deserve a few drinks once this gets sorted out. Please remember that it's not their fault, they are working from home & having issues themselves. Remember 2 b kind, even tho it's frustrating

  • yangontar1980 David A (@yangontar1980) reported

@rcmayer13 @Rogers @RogersHelps Well, if we have over our download limit, we have to pay. Then it's fair when service is downtime of 6 to 12 hours = 1 day cost of pay service each day.
