Back online. Rogers isn’t telling customers once back online, your settings go back to factory settings so you need a full reset of everything wifi modem everything. We are back high speeds and did it ourselves as they never answered our calls. @RogersHelps #rogersoutage @Rogers

@RogersHelps We still have internet outage since Friday morning, this is the third day. Postal code L5M5E2. I work from home and I couldn’t work on Friday and if you don’t restore the service today I will not be able to work on Monday as well. That’s really a big problem. Please do something.

No wonder I can’t set up @Bell services for at least a week - it’s all the disgruntled @Rogers customers flocking to greener pastures! Shame on you @Rogers, you can’t even get your customers’ calls answers in a timely manner let alone provide the service people are PAYING for 2/2

@RogersHelps you say you have restored services, yet some text messages aren't working, verification codes aren't working at all. Wtf is going on here, this is ridiculous. Costing lots of people money and opportunities.

@shippguy2002 @Rogers Sorry but Rogers does as all huge companies do. The problem is not Rogers. The problem are the laws that limit true competition in Canada.
