@RogersHelps Is there a logical reason why a COMMUNICATIONS company, doesnt have 24/7 service on the phone? I'm not interested in typing out a problem for 2 hrs to wait for a reply, then type out more, when it can be said in 2 minutes.

@patrickdoucette @Rogers It's very, very hard to cancel Rogers. After Rogers screwed up 3 (!) times while separating mine and my ex's accounts, I spent quite some time on the phone yelling at their client retention clerks who didn't get a simple "please cancel" request. Finally succeeded.

@RogersHelps I’ve done this, I’ve dealt with the live chat to try and resolve the issue. I have an nhl live account that was setup through the app that I purchased the subscription to. Every time I log in to a different device, it asks me what subscription I want to purchase.

@Rogers Hi there, it's been 6 months and no tech even attempted to fix this problem. The cable box is still uncovered with several cables hanging out and one cut cable. Hope no children will injure themselves on this box because Rogers is liable since it's been brought to your attention.
