Tell me @RogersHelps, do I need to make a harrassment complaint to get your collection agencies to stop calling me about YOU incorrectly billing me after an account was closed and the equipment returned in 2015? They have the audacity to offer me 2 pay BS bill to make calls stop

  • Sahil_bhopal Sahil Bhopal (@Sahil_bhopal) reported

@RogersBiz I am idiot for choosing your internet. I need to be punished for my stupidity.

  • allan97155158 allan (@allan97155158) reported

@RogersHelps two hours on hold to be transferred to the wrong department. No indication of wait times when transferring for the third time. No warm transfer offered. Was looking to upgrade my internet, now I am inclined to cancel everything.

  • bojcodes Bojan Land 🇺🇦🥊❤️🇷🇸🦖 (@bojcodes) reported

@TadeasKriz @Rogers Fiber is stable. Latency is not caused these days by the network media. Instead often its due to poor routes or c9ngestion.

  • schofie2012 sandra schofield (@schofie2012) reported

@linwood_barclay @RogersHelps Canada needs to be competitive. We also need a return to old fashioned customer service and stop moving us to self serve! A comment written by someone else said it all paraphrasing "for the country who developed communication technology it's crazy how we are so more expensive".

  • common_st Dana Bentley (@common_st) reported

If you have an outage with @Rogers they can confirm that yes you have an outage, but aside from acknowledging that you have an outage there is nothing they can do and no ETA aside from it shouldn't take more than 24 hours and they'll let you know if it's back before that.

  • IroquoisRainbow Rayne (@IroquoisRainbow) reported

@Rogers fixed the damn internet in Etobicoke!

  • Sahil_bhopal Sahil Bhopal (@Sahil_bhopal) reported

@RogersBiz How can your internet be this bad? I really can’t wrap my head around it

  • miller5252 Marni Miller (@miller5252) reported

@RogersHelps have been on hold 40 minutes to activate new service. Three times our call was rerouted back to the beginning. Am in an endless Rogers loop. Last month I was on hold 2 hours. Do you actually understand what it is you do?

  • RichardJoyTO Richard Joy (@RichardJoyTO) reported

@SevaunP From your time at @RogersHelps do you have any insight as to why it is holding out on cell service in @TTChelps subway tunnels?
