    I love @RogersHelps #CustomerService theory, transfer the customer multiple times, have them repeat the issue to every new person and after 90 minutes on the phone repeating your issue, you get tired and give up

    @Rogers what a brutal time my mom is having with Rogers. Since Dec 31 trying to get help Finally decided to go to Ignite. Took almost 3 hours for Rogers tech to set up and 3 modiums later not all the channels are working. This is ridiculous customer service. DO BETTER ROGERS!

    @Rogers is there an outage in Mississauga?? Internet is out. Rebooted modem and still nothing…. Only have rogers because it’s part of my rental agreement, definitely wouldn’t recommend

    @REWoman @Rogers If you want a real solution always ask the customer rep to transfer you to the retention team. Retention team will resolve your issue in most of the cases.
