So @Rogers had a major national crisis yesterday and broke every rule on how to handle it. 1. Acknowledge the issue 2. Top guy / gal takes responsibility and is visible 3. Overcorrect and over communicate None of that happened. #rogersdown

@RogersHelps I want a $150 credit. $50 for each of the phones I pay for that have been down. I lost a day's work, so nothing less. I have a fourth phone with Bell that is fine and will switch my phones and internet to them if I don't get it.

@AboutRogers @Rogers This is the second major outage in a year! We are not interest in $5 discount. Alot of small business lost their full daily revenue. You need share the problem, who caused it and what post-mortem measurements (i.e upgrade equipements or a team leader) to gain the TRUST back.

@RogersHelps When is your service going to be back up. No internet no tv (ignite) can't do banking or shopping since debt is down wtf. Over 24 hours now
