    @RogersHelps Rogers - once again, you have let a 20 plus year customer down with your insensitive and cavalier approach to loyalty. You recently increased my fees by over 100 per month despite over 12 months of subpar service which is fully documented in my file. /1

    I ******* hate @Rogers. Only company that somehow fails at building a system to disarm an alarm system. This is literally the worst designed process and they spent 13¢ on a app that barely works.
