    @RogersHelps Apparently Fibe is being installed in our neighbourhood and construction has started. As a remote worker I’m hating the internet outages and slow downs. I hope this interruption is reflected on our bill.

    Have had three of the most infuriating calls with @RogersHelps regarding charges to my account for something that literally did not happen with no resolution. Anyone have suggestions for a phone plan that isn’t through them? I’m ready to jump ship 🙄

    @RogersHelps service disruption this morning between 9:40-10:30 AM ET in Laurelwood neighbourhood, Waterloo, ON. No prior notice sent, internet going in and out!

    @Rogers @RogersHelps @RogersInternet another stellar day using your garbage internet. Internet dropping out in Toronto / NorthYork area every 15-45 minutes yesterday from 10am to 6pm. Looks like it’s starting up again today.

    @RogersHelps @TELUSsupport I was looking to renew my Shaw/Rogers internet but the customer rep only offered the max priced service, so I checked Telus and they had a great internet service but not available in my area of Calgary... What internet company should I try next?

    @RogersHelps I pay hard earned money to buy sportsnet now so I can watch the Jays play. Very disheartening when it dosnt work. Pay for a service and can't access it.

    @RogersHelps No. What you will do is refund me for this month. Since it is happening again today. I will be doing this everytime it goes down from now on..30 times or more thisbyearbit has dropped. I won't pay for trash
