@mattgallowaycbc There’s one thing more stressful, watching it on @Rogers Ignite and having it freeze as the kicker is bringing his foot back. Damn service went down for 5 minutes three times during the match too. Missed two regulation time goals as a result. Time to get a new service, I think

@Rogers No. It’s a pointless waste of my time. I’ve already checked everything on my end. I’m a freaking expert because of your so-called reliable service. Upgrade YOUR end, so customers aren’t constantly interrupted and inconvenienced.

@RogersHelps spent an hour and half waiting to speak to Rogers . After all that time the CS Agent could not tell us any further information about the outage on our area! Such a shame!!!
