My @Rogers Ignite service has been crashing every 2 minutes since April 8. After 3 separate service calls the system keeps crashing. Today a rude tech tells me after 10 days its a neighbourhood problem. One for the maintenance crew and 7 more days of spotty service. OMG!

This is what I hate about @Rogers they care about money. Not a customer. I work 12 hour nights doing 44-88 hours a week with staff shortages. It is brutal working with people who have special needs especially when they need support. So I work all night and then [1/2]

Is this another @Rogers @RogersHelps issue or one from @CNBC? Because the channel just froze. It’s not on pause and other channels work. Still frozen after switching channels #FirstWorldProblems

  • aaronpeart Last of the Snow-Eaters (@aaronpeart) reported

@Rogers I’ve sat here in BC watching ******* basketball for 2 hours while the @MapleLeafs game is on. Cable says it’s hockey. Now - Basketball is over and I’m watching highlights??? **** you. Figure it ******** out.

@RogersHelps is the internet having problems in Orono Ontario, my speed has dropped down to 7mpbs

  • exqsz NoExqsz (@exqsz) reported

@RogersHelps Brutal Service, returned equipment, kept Canada Post receipts. Keeping getting bills for non return of equip. 6 calls to their call centre dating back to March 2021, 1 incident and 2 case numbers. Still no remedy. I’m told Rogers needs to confirm receipt of equip.

  • SenselessEarth Nick (@SenselessEarth) reported

@RogersHelps Yeah. So does internet streaming but it's still 10 seconds faster than a local box. Just a terrible implementation. Time to admit it

  • ProprUseOfIrony Fenn (@ProprUseOfIrony) reported

@JK_atl I mean it isn't icon of New York. It would be like if a major company bought the skydone and tried to rename it something stupid... Like the Roger centre *gives a long stare at @RogersBiz *

  • Chilli_Momma Kim 🇨🇦💚🏎💨 (@Chilli_Momma) reported

Why is it always a hassle dealing with @RogersHelps. We can have all the service interruptions caused by them, but when you need help dealing with something, they could care less.

  • SenselessEarth Nick (@SenselessEarth) reported

How is it possible that @Rogers streaming of Ignite is more LIVE than the actual Ignite boxes themselves? The slowness makes me wish I never got rid of my Nextbox's which is 25 full seconds ahead of Ignite. I wonder if @Bell Fibe is this bad. At least they have a Google TV app.
