I have records of Roger’s telling the CRTC it was by police direction. Maybe I wasn’t clear on that point? Either way, I never authorized a device protection program with Rogers. Text messages are delayed and/or I don’t receive them. And my phone defaults to Edmonton time? When I dealt with Shaw previously issues were better resolved and promptly.

I don't have access to my account number & I don't have any way of retrieving it from any of the online services. Also, when I insist on getting in touch with a customer service person, the AI assistant disconnects the call.

I reset my network settings (just because their 'AI bot Anna' asked me). Then Anna told me that I need to call them. Called them about 4 different times and waited each time between 90-120 minutes
