@mekki @Rogers I second @TekSavvyBuzz. Once you find out about the infrastructure, I would definitely recommend against Rogers for their oligopolistic practices and absolutely horrendous service. I switched over a decade ago and wouldn’t ever go back to Rogers. Also, my rate has gone down.

@Rogers Just shy of one year later & I still haven't gotten my SIM card from you. "Oh, it's on backorder; it'll be here within a month," is getting really old to hear. Now your support staff says that there's no record at all?? 1st no working internet for 10 months, now this.

Just tried to unlock an old iPhone with @rogers and since I haven’t been a customer for over a year they won’t help me. This is one of the many reasons I left them. HORRIBLE service.

@Rogers Our entire area has had a Rogers outage for almost 4 days now. Not acceptable, especially during covid times where working at home is required and public places are closed. I get that outages happen but what is going on and why can’t you fix it!?

@Rogers I feel this way because the now 50+ collective hours on live chat from your website and conversations with calling your support has done nothing, but tweeting at you resolved our ten-month-long internet issues within a day.

@RogersHelps 11 quants one of whom disconnected, one transfer to a closed department who got pissy with me and down during work hours. 3 days with down internet, why is it I'm paying full rate for this service? How can you not be able to send techs during building wide outage?

@RogersHelps can some one tell me why I can’t seem to find an outage anywhere in London, and your virtual assistant says other wise ? No internet not tv, and no help from Rogers like usual.
