@Pam_Palmater @Rogers I remember in the 70's and 80's when you needed a home phone and there was only 1. "What, you have a billing issue? Awe! Sucks to be you." Now I have something to talk to Bell about, if they really want to talk.

@BesLori @Rogers @Bell_Aliant My parents switched to Rogers a few years ago. The bill was lower at first but the increases happened every month and now they’re at the same price when they made the switch. Also, the service is much more glitchy :(

@RogersHelps As a business customer and having to shut down my business because of no internet i'm very disappointed in the service. I'm also not seeing a discount on my account for several days of no internet. businesses lost a lot because of your screwup

@Rogers is giving credits for the blackout. That's good. At least they were kind enough to unilaterally increase my bill 3 dollars a month first.

@brarnavi96 @RogersHelps @Rogers Internet and TV down here in Waterloo. Asked cust service for extra mobile data since I foolishly have both home and cell with Rogers. You would think I had asked for food off their children's plates. Even after THEIR MISTAKE, Rogers is stingy, argumentative and punitive.
