Hey @Rogers / @RogersHelps we have cable boxes that don’t work after 5 minutes been an issue for over a year, and y’all don’t wanna do anything. We should be refunded 25% of our total monthly bills for the entire year as we are not getting what we paid for.

@RogersHelps as of June 28th, upgraded to Ignite. As of today, this will be the 3rd tech coming out to tell us why our internet drops every single day and the modem reboots itself. 2 techs have confirmed its an outdoor problem yet it hasn't been escalated.

Hey @Rogers stop calling me everyday in an attempt to rip me off. Offering me 5gb LESS a month on my plan for the same price I’m paying PLUS ADDING $60 a month for an iPhone 12 Pro Max that’ll be discounted in 3 months when the new one comes out is horrible business practice.

@RogersHelps my wifi has been out for almost 7 hours like this is ridiculous. i pay $120 a month for this kind of service? i am appalled. when will the issue be fixed? i have a job which requires internet
