Has anyone asked @Rogers if their computer system has the correct time on it since the incident? Our home phone jumps ahead 5 hours everytime someone calls. So either the system outage caused our setup to go haywire, or the system isn't fully back to normal... @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps Don’t need a dm just fix the internet been choppy at best since last weeks fiasco. Having to use my phone data since wifi keeps cutting out regularly .

@Rogers Your network is the worst. I can’t make a phone call without having it drop a minimum of 3 times. Absolute garbage service. This issue happens EVERY time I’m on the phone.

@telusmobility you've made a long time loyal customer very angry. First you jack up your US/INTL Roaming Charges w/out notice and then despite me calling in and your agent agreeing to remove them, they still appear on my bill. Are you trying to be like @Bell & @Rogers ?

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps so after all the crap about your outage and the promise to credit our accounts. Can someone please explain why my August tv/internet bill is actually higher than my July tv/ internet bill?

@Rogers When someone cancels cable service for a deceased family member, please do it right the first time. I don’t enjoy spending hrs calling, holding and being transferred just to say, “please stop billing her. Service was already cancelled, cable box returned and she’s gone.”
