izzy (@purgaytory_) reported@RogersHelps why is my phone giving me notifications that roaming is enabled due to losing connectivity to my home network? I'm at home and am not near the border. I've gone into my settings and turned roaming off, but its still enabled at the top of my screen.

John Kiefte (@JohnKiefte) reported@RogersHelps The price of my equivalent bundle is going up over $50 a month. Why on earth would I stay with Roger’s? After decades of being a loyal customer.

Nicole (@DiceNine) reported@RogersHelps been on hold for over 40 minutes with business support. My phones are not accepting incoming calls. Rebooted the system, unplugged each line, is there an outage? Burnaby BC

Mike Drake (@MikeD340706) reported@RogersHelps Many times over it went to the CCTS and I'm still waiting and I sent an email to the ombudsman. 10 years as a loyal customer and this is how Roger's treats its customers. I left and went to bell and now they want to charge me an early termination fee for a phone they lost.
