@RogersHelps My 81 year old mother called with an email problem and was convinced to switch her Internet, TV and Phone to Ignite Flex 20 to save $10/month. I already see her International long distance is gone. Phone and chat wait times are unacceptable. Can’t you hire more?

@RogersHelps I signed up for Rogers ignite on Nov 28th, 2020 and was promised to get the $150 gift card within 2 weeks but it never arrived. Called 4 times to customer service, chatted 2 times with agents no luck everyone gives me different time line. Can someone help ?
