    @RogersHelps I spent 2.5 hours on hold with your Accounts Payable team, only for someone to finally answer and tell me the department was closed. I’ve been trying multiple ways to resolve an issue with my account and haven’t been able to get anywhere. Can someone please help me?

    @RogersHelps It has started buffering once again. This app is an absolute hot garbage. You need to ask Netflix or Amazon how they make their streaming effortless.

    @RogersHelps currently 84 minutes into a call with internet down in my area not just my residence. Wants to charge me a fee to have a tech come out? Huh? It's at least the block (others on block no internet). St Albert, AB. No insight, no solutions, just eat up my time.

    @RogersHelps No when you dial the phone it says it’s not assigned. That isn’t a phone problem - it should go to their VM
