@RogersBiz everything down again (phone, fax, internet), awful & unreliable services for business. Best part is customer service tries to upsell LTE backup for your services that don’t work. This should be included, you will lose all of your customers to @bellcanadahater @TELUS

@VMediaCSR my cable internet is down, again. Some @RogersHelps customers also down. I know you use their lines, but when will this issue be fixed. Still haven't received my credit for the last major outage.... It's been all day. Have reset, already. Didn't work

Thanks @RogersHelps and @Fidomobile for switching my area to fibre internet only so an incredibly poor person like me has to get an unnecessary and expensive internet package. Absolute garbage.

Because @RogersHelps and @fido have no oversight my area to switching to fibre internet, a service I cannot afford. I am in a ridiculous situation where I can’t even shop around for internet because only Rogers and #Bell provide fibre. Internet is a need in todays world
