With @rogers reporting my payment. The rep on the phone sounded down and out. Ended up having a casual 20 min conversation, which ended in him being in a great mood. I learned the previous caller was tearing him a new a-hole. That’s never ok. Be kind people. Things get done that

@RogersHelps It doesn't work for "watch live" I have to watch it at least 30 seconds behind now after I fast forward thru everything.

  • andromakie Jo F (@andromakie) reported

@ScriptCoord @Rogers I switched to Virgin in the fall (my bill went down $10 from when I was with Bell) and I've been perfectly happy with them.

  • PrimoB87 .Preemz. (@PrimoB87) reported from Toronto, Ontario

So @RogersHelps you guys just hang up on ppl now after 15 mins? 3 calls, 3 hang ups while trying to resolve issue...multiple attempts since 10am...what a joke

@Rogers Been a customer for over 20 years. Have seen my bill increase from $170.00 to now $225.00 in 1 yr. I was forced to switch from basic cable to Ignite bc new tech and now I don't even have basic channels like ABC, PBS, Fox, CBC. How are these not a part of basic package.

@AHBSeaborn @sportsnet @rogers needs to cool it with all the gambling crap. Gambling can become an addiction like alcohol. There are laws against alcohol advertising for a reason. Gambling should be treated the exact same way.

@Bell I can't even change my plan. I getting in debt and not able to cope up with payments. I can't wait to pay off the phone and switch to @TELUS or @Rogers. At least they have equally better service and affordable plans.

@RogersHelps @DonSmith_ca Fix your infrastructure first; take the cost burden off of support requirements, then invest in marketing. You guys are so backwards.

  • Kadyeighty Kady Callahan (@Kadyeighty) reported

@RogersHelps I'm in Dorset Park area of Scarborough and lost internet about 15 minutes ago. Any news about the outage?

Hey @RogersHelps, will the Ignite Cable TV service support Linux/Ubuntu web browsers any time soon? It only supports Windows and Mac OS browsers
