You know how the adage, “It’s like a car crash — it’s awful, but you can’t look away.” That’s how I feel with bozo here.   @RogersHelps your AI automated phone system is terrible. If the AI hears "Human", you need to send the caller *directly* to a human agent. Anything else is disrespectful and annoying. The "higher call volumes... unable to accept your call" - #Disconnect is bad.

  @RogersHelps The pictures were lost in the phone switch over. But as explained for hours in a previous call to customer service. I have no reason to send back a broken phone we pay insurance to replace if damaged. Our phones live in an otterbox or Speigen cases with screen protectors.

  @RogersHelps can you please get your equipment fixed. Having lengthy outages every few days is not acceptable. Keep being told “there’s on outage in your area” without any clarity as to what is happening.
