@RogersHelps Am I correct to assume the credit looks after our entire account. There are 3 of us on our Rogers plan. Account is in my wife’s name (Nancy Mungar) & our daughter (Peyton) is also on the plan for a total of three phones - which were all not working on Monday 20th. Please clarify.

@RogersHelps What is the root cause and the corrective action? Why wasn’t a sandbox testing protocol used? I didn’t have access to 911 for 18hrs, when will a credit be issued for loss of service?

@RogersHelps That’s great one who days worth of a credit..... explain to me how I’m going to be compensated for my lost sales and business by using your unreliable network and you guys not being able to fix or properly acknowledge your own customer base for an entire day

@RogersHelps No sooner appointment, had no internet since Sunday. Working from home and online schooling doesn't work so well without it. I feel you should hold appointment slots for cases such as this where there is no service at all. Very disappointed
