@Rogers seriously the most reliable internet? I had to reboot my router this morning and now the internet is down again. The tech person says there is an area problem. Are we having an outrage again? Canadians already pay a high enough internet fee and deserve better service.

@RogersHelps So what’s the point of having this Twitter page if you’re not going to use it to notify customers of services not working. Such as email? Just found out after waiting to talk to support. Communication is the KEY folks.

@RogersHelps Yeah why is nothing loading on my phone and don’t say I used up a lot of data because I have unlimited is this how you trick costumers into paying for the unlimited package I understand a slow down but not a useless swrvice

@RogersHelps I already did that? They got me in through webmail but I need access through my regular mail. Rogers member still not working has it changed since yesterday? I don’t have time to sit around for 40mins again. Will you send a fox when it is done? Is there an eta?
