    @RogersHelps Care to tell me why my ignite Tv, home phone, Wifi and Internet has gone down for entire neighborhood 2 weeks in a row at Buroak /16th Avenue in Markham? Ridiculous. Please fix. They can’t even tell us when it started or give estimate for restoration.

    We have entered a post-service world. Tried to get customer service from @Rogers @Uber and @NRCan and all you get is semi-canned responses that make it clear they can't/won't solve problems and are not even listening. How'd we get to this point? It's soooo frustrating.

    @Rogers They said they’re working on it and it will come back on its own like last weekend. The whole Bur Oak/16th Avenue Markham, ON are us out AGAIN. Sure makes me want to switch to Bell. Please escalate Neighborhood issue and make Rogers fully aware of how big.

    @RogersHelps so frustrated - internet has been down for hours. Checked online “they’re aware of a problem in my area” . Can’t do my work/zoom meet,kids can’t do their school work. Is there a way to know approx how much longer until it’s back? Using up all my data to type this
