You have a choice between a telecom company where home service is inconsistent & you usually wait up to 2 hours for service or one who’s service is consistent but they don’t care to listen to you. Pricing is suspiciously the same. Who would you pick? @rogers @bellcanada #customer

Miracle of Miracles. This call is done. But they have to call back later so not over. What is happening @RogersHelps? Weren’t you supposed to be a good helpful company? All a customer gets is bullied and the runaround instead of service. Why bother with you?

@RogersHelps I make daily phone calls. You guys cant help me cause I am a Fixed Wireless Access customer. Everyday told It will take 72 from first contact and its been 168 :) Unless you can give me some months free for the horrendous service!!
