    @RogersHelps The issue is that first run of Episode 1 was not scheduled with adequate time in the EPG so the DVR recording ends but the episode still has a few minutes left (judging portion) of the episode. I just checked Crave on demand through ignite and the episode is still cut short

    @RogersHelps pls help. Wifi, ignite and home phone have been out for over an hour. I’ve reset and it did nothing.

    @RogersHelps @canuck_tom Reaching out hasn't been helpful. For me, a Rogers rep confirmed there was an outage (been so since at least 10am today). Couldn't offer any ETA of a fix or explanation of the outage.

    @RogersHelps For the 4th time your employees have been extremely rude to my mother and 85 year old grandfather about bills that shouldn't exist in the first place. "Well he should have done what a normal person would have done and hung up on them". disgraceful. We'll be switching
